How can MC just sit there and deny all the supernatural shit around them?
Should I watch it?
Is it actually good?
he is denying the supernatural shit because if he accepts it he loses the match between him and beatrice. The whole point is that he is trying his best to find a loophole that would validate their being no magic involved. You stupid or something?
Well? What are some female-specific applications for a metal bat?

I have read shoujo manga before but generally just things that stray from normal shoujo manga conventions.
I think the last "normal" shoujo manga I read was this ~30 chapter story about a girl who was molested by her dad/uncle as a child and had androphobia. Suddenly Playboy Bishonen turns up and finds out about her past trauma and wants to save her or something and his ex-girlfriend is there and tries to blackmail traumatised girl and it was just a horrible mess of love triangle tropes and over...

I just hit episode 4 of Overlord and something isn't clear to me.
Do the NPCs realize they were originally game characters? They seemed to acknowledge sometime earlier that they were created by others, but it hasn't been communicated if they realize that. It's only been in the last couple episodes where Albedo says "Yggdrasil players" and the others imply they were programmed.
Yeah, it's weird. When that part came up, I thought I'd skipped an episode or missed something.
They know that they were created by people and that Ainz was the only one that's stayed with them all this time. They know all of their original masters/creators and such. That's why they're so loyal to him and such.
They understand that they were specifically created, and display awareness of their time 'in the game', but lack the context to know that Yggdrasil was a literal game. To them it was reality.
You can see this in Shalltear's description of her creator. She's aware that she was a voice-actor, but doesn't understand what that specifically means, and so she interprets it through her own perception of what a Supreme Being would be talking about.
Why is this show is flopping so damn hard? the manga is quite popular.
>the manga is quite popular
It's not. I was even surprised when the anime was announced, Sousei no Onmyouji doesn't sell even 100k copies per volume.
That's Psyren/Mx0 popularity.
