This is your emperor now.
Are there any other news on FLCL2 apart from the fact that the Pillows are coming back for the OST?
There's still a long ride untill Saturday but we are almost there.
How will Actas fuck up this time?
Great, now she's pissed off for you all letting the last one die so early.
Is this anime as intellectual as people say?
>Madhouse's 2011 adaptation has been met with near universal critical acclaim. While the series as a whole has received widespread praise, the Chimera Ant arc in particular has been often singled out. In addition to being met with rave reviews, the arc has generated considerable discussion and analysis of its themes, symbols, characters and structure throughout and in the aftermath of its run. The arc is commonly viewed as a deconstruction of shōnen and action anime; other readings have focused on supposed symbolic parallels with Buddhism and nuclear war. Nick Creamer compared the arc to a “war drama”. In a lengthy essay, Creamer read the arc as a study of, and in the end a simultaneous critique and defense of human nature.
>Much of the writing surrounding the arc focuses on its villain, the Chimera Ant King. Largely echoing Creamer’s conclusion, Luke Halliday, in an examination of the character, describes his story as “an exploration into what it means to be human.” In the piece, Halliday describes the King's development as “one of the most interesting and captivating in anime . . . [the King's] journey is simply unforgettable” and states his own belief that the arc “will go down as one of the greatest stories told in anime”.
Left or right?
What do you think about it?
I wish to Her Highness Asseylum Vers Alusia to step on me with her high heels and look down on my earthen pathetic life.
I just finished this the other day, and I didn't really understand why this show caused such a huge fuckin divide
main things i heard were that the manga girls were cute and the anime ones looked like downies, and generally just how shit the rotoscope was. But, other than that, why else was it such a shit show to peeps?
There is no huge divide, it was hideous and only a small subsection of contrarians and/or hipsters and/or trolls bothered to watch past the first episode. It's shit, the manga isn't much better either.
What does /a/ think of the ever-elusive 2D GILF?
I want to absolutely fuck Touko-san.
You there. Why aren't you watching Drifters?
I don't know, I haven't watched anything for weeks.
I try to, I torrent an episode, sit back and start watching but it just doesn't click for me, I end up turning it off after 5 minutes, no matter what the show is.
why is this anime so pointy, they look like they can cut someone without being edgy
Can't see what you're talking about.
look for other scenes, like this for example
What are some good examples of unexpected kisses in anime?
Rem is getting married!
The trolley is going to run over 5 people. There is a switch. If it is pulled, trolley will be diverted onto the track with only one person. Emiya Kiritsugu is the only person able to pull the switch and he is going to do it. You are a policeman. Would you stop Emiya Kiritsugu so that he is charged with attempted murder or arrest him after he pulls the switch so that he is put on a death row for murder?
How come this guy is the main character but isn't remotely interesting or likable compared to the cast around him?
> hurr durr I'm the one punch man
> jobs to the edgy teenager
I hope we get to see more of Fubuki in season 2. I know she had her own OVA but we need more of Blizzard

These are you classmates for the season.
>goes to battle without any sort of special equipment or strategy
>falls into every trap
>loses half of the time and is only saved by luck or thanks to his hand parasite
>talks as little as possible
>still ends up killing the bad guy simply because he's always more powerful than his enemy
>gets all the girls
Is there a more inane MC than this?
What went wrong?
It wasn't about Kirito and Klein buddying it up in a survival adventure where the travel to numerous unique locations and make numerous friends/enemies along the way, building up their group so they can conquer the 100 floors together.
Something simple like that but well executed would have been miles better.
Dumping ch47 raws
>tfw no qt deaf gf
also don't get the hype for the manga or the flick
Do you like Chiwa?
Just saw the op for this on jewtube. Looks interesting. What does /a/ think about it? Is it worth watching? Or is it garbage and a waste of time
>I've been here for over 2 years.
Why is anime/manga today less and lesser featurin gaijin in their chinese cartoon
They're trying not to perpetuate gaijin imagery because they're increasingly concerned that the allure of Western society will draw even more people away from Japan, further reducing their diminishing population, or that it will promote race-mixing within Japan, with whites coming to out-breed the Japanese, much as blacks and Mexicans are doing to the whites in America.
What's the series you always come back to when you feel like offing yourself is the only option?
