This is a zip containing 39 lines of Kurisu waking you up. I ripped the audio files from an obscure japanese android alarm clock app you can't get that easily. Previous thread has been deleted for some reason.
It's not like I appreciate this or anything.
Here is the .apk:
By the way, there are also apps for Okabe and Suzuha, and I coul do the same for them. I would have to buy them for 350¥. Which one would you prefer?
I just found out there is also a Mayuri one. Anyway, I won't upload anything today. I will post again when I have more for you.
>mfw this is the only picture of Mayuri I have on my phone
Holy shit, thanks OP.
I'd like to hear Okabe's next, but more Sci;Adv anything is great.
Obviously. The original John Titor couldn't fly.
>post best girl
Muh dick, pretty sure I heard all of these in an eroge somewhere before.
Well, I googled it instead of just checking the Wikipedia page and it would seem you're right. I'd love to hear some of that. Guess I'll have to hunt down some of the eroge she's in.
Well, while I've found that she has done voice acting in eroge, she hasn't actually had any h-scenes, I don't believe. Like, with Michiru, she only voiced her in the PSP version and the anime, so she didn't have h-scenes there. Haven't looked into Majikoi, but Jinchu Lee seems to not have any h-scenes, either, I don't think.
Kuttsukiboshi doesn't seem to be an eroge, but I don't know how lewd that OVA gets.
I just want to hear Imai moan, dammit.
Yeah I hear that a lot, and I'm glad that she isn't the abusive type, but how she always complains and nags at everyone really got on my nerves. Not to mention she's arrogant and full of herself, and every time anyone does anything nice to her or she does something for someone else, she does the whole "I-It's not like I wanted to or anything, b-baka!" It gets old really fast.
She's considered one of the best upcoming scientists in her field. And in all honesty, she's far more humble than some of the nameless PhDs I've met.
And maybe you focused too much on that because I didn't seem to notice those sort of antics too much in the series.
The VN is far superior, by the way
I never knew I wanted this
No qt trap alarm clock
It's not as hot as you'd think. I've listened to them for reasons and I think she's just joking around when recording these because her not H recordings sound more lewd. Just leaving this here.
>tfw when i know i will miss it and ill never ever get these ever again
>mfw I accidentally read that as "Not qt trap alarm cock"
Sadly never my friend.
It's not Kurisu, but I'll just leave this here.
I thank you anon, but it was never meant to be.
>mfw listening to this
This is what happiness must feel like.
>POST BEST GIRL
I could get behind this.
For those that want it, you can hear Maho Tutturu at the beginning of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5LiJLNpf4U
Also, you can just listen to her speak in general, Maho a best.
Who knows, I know Winkel is translating some other stuff as well along with getting ready for medical school. Still, 17/321 isn't much after several months, though it seems they finally found those special lines.
confirmed for white, which is perfectly fine with me.
Why do you people use a single scene to confirm what panties color a certain character wears. It wouldn't bea surprising at all if they just happen to have many pieces of different colors. I never understood why such a fixation on the color.
Suddenly I think I can live a bit longer.
Not him, but they're boring as hell. All the effort of a game with 10x the reading, but none of the fun. I'd much rather just read a manga that tells the canon story instead of a glorified "choose your own adventure" book with pictures.
>glorified "choose your own adventure" book with pictures.
Now this has to be bait
This is the same as the people that say all anime is moeshit
and coincidentally haven't watched/know very little about anime themselves
>This is the same as the people that say all anime is moeshit
What? That's exactly what they are. A VN is just a digital picture book with multiple paths. That's what makes it a VN.
I'm aware, but I'm not going to suffer through the VN because I have no interest in doing so.
Don't mind me, I'll just be the super minority in the corner...
>Wake up to these
>Every morning wake up alone and realize there's no Kurisutina next to me
I'm not sure what you're trying to say. I don't like VNs because there is a single canon story, no gameplay, very little voice acting, and nothing much going on visually. I'm just looking at a static image and reading through text until I get to make a choice, which is just me clicking one of several options.
It just isn't my cup of tea.
Steins;Gate doesn't have traditional choices, for what it's worth. And certainly not "very little voice acting", every character is voice acted including the protagonist. And the images aren't entirely static either, the characters have animated lip flaps.
They're way too long and the pacing is usually bad because of the format. The writing is often very questionable as well since most of them are just elaborate porn setups anyway. Steins;Gate is very good in this regard compared to something like Muv Luv with shittons of flashbacks and irrelevant scenes and entire long as fuck story arcs that shouldn't have been more than one 24 minute anime episode's worth of content, if that
lacross, I'm looking at you. Not to mention all the awful, shoehorned sex scenes and the one completely retarded tentacle rape scene so bad that I nearly gave up after like 70 hours invested to that point. It makes you wonder if the writers even tried. I still read Muv Luv because the setting and story was great, but I think the format really weakened the story rather than complimented it, which is what should ideally be the case in your choice of format for the story you want to tell. I also don't like the whole multiple endings thing, especially when there's the whole "character endings and then a true ending after 6 times through" system. Having to go through like 6 times really diminishes it more than anything, the story is usually stronger and more focused if there is one well-written ending planned from the start than trying to split everything up so you can be with your waifu. It also really diminishes the impact of the true ending when you have to go through 6 others to get to it rather than coming to it at the end of the story naturally.
Based on everything you said you obviously don't have much experience with VNs, if at all.
Not all VNs are heavily choice based. Images on screen change constantly and are often animated.
Just like anime, pictures on a screen isn't the incentive, it's that combined with the story that's being told is the reason most people watch anime. Sure, VNs are just books with added effects like voices, music and art, but how is that a bad thing?
>not liking MOEka
And Kozu-pii is that low because she was completely auxiliary and irrelevant to the story, she could be removed completely and have no effect on anything.
>very little voice acting, and nothing much going on visually.
How many VNs have you fucking played, because that doesn't describe most of them
That sounds like 1000 yen comiket doujin VNs, not official releases like S;G
>there is a single canon story,
Steins;Gate any many other VNs have a true end, and other VNs are static anyway
Thanks OP, late to the party, but I got some Imai Asami goodness to share, only skimmed the thread so they might've been posted already but whatever.
Drama CDs from neptune, she voices Noire:
Windows 7 theme from Bing:
>Based on everything you said you obviously don't have much experience with VNs, if at all.
I have attempted to play more than a few VNs. All of them bored me to death.
>Not all VNs are heavily choice based.
Then they are just a book with added annoyances to me. I would much rather read a plain old book or read manga.
>Just like anime, pictures on a screen isn't the incentive
What? The entire point of film as a medium is to provide the viewer with a story in motion.
>but how is that a bad thing?
I'm not saying it is. You just asked why some people don't like VNs and I told you. To me they are just a weird thing straddling the line between game and literature.
You make every single decision in Steins;Gate by directly controlling your phone. Like answering a call or not, sending messages, ect. Often you don't know what the consequences will be. You feel really immersed into the story. It is not like most other VNs.
>Steins;Gate any many other VNs have a true end
That's what I said. There is one canon ending. In many VNs you need to actually try to get the canon ending. I am not at all interested in doing multiple "playthroughs" or reading a guide to get the story. I play games for the gameplay. I read books for the story. I go to VNs for neither because they don't do a good job of providing me with what I want.
>Then they are just a book with added annoyances to me
... music, visual cues and aids, sound effects, and voice acting are annoyances?
They're deep immersion tools for most.
It's why people gush over mediocre VNs like Katawa Shoujo and Yume Miru Kusuri when they have no previous experience with the medium, because immersion is that intoxicating to most.
But I guess your taste is just different.
I just hate characters that have no real purpose other than to be waifus or harem members, which is why Ruka is also the lowest on the S;G list, since he was clearly just the token trap rather than being important to the story really.
>... music, visual cues and aids, sound effects, and voice acting are annoyances?
A VN is mostly static. It's just a picture that sometimes has a minimal amount of movement (usually really cheap "animation" with cut pieces moving across the screen). It's lie listening to CD while reading a picture book to me, and there's usually very little text on screen at one time, which makes them tedious for me to read.
I dislike the entire medium. The quality of the work is irrelevant because I am not interested in the medium as a whole.
I will personally put money in your account so you can buy all of them if you can reasonably convince me in an email that it's you and not someone else trying to steal my money.
Other anons can feel free to write me too, I love you guys. It's not like I want to be your pens pals though or anything!
>A VN is mostly static. It's just a picture that sometimes has a minimal amount of movement
Again I ask you how many visual novels have you played?
That's not even remotely true for a lot of VNs.
Modern VNs have plenty of fantastic animation.
Once again I say it sounds like you're describing ten buck unofficial games rather than actual visual novel releases.
>I dislike the entire medium. The quality of the work is irrelevant because I am not interested in the medium as a whole.
Fair enough I suppose, I just think that's a really generalizing way to think about it. No medium is fundamentally perfect, but there are bad VNs and good VNs, bad anime and good anime, bad video games and good video games. Most people determine whether or not they like it on a case by case basis, not by writing off an entire genre that contains some great stories in it.
To each their own I suppose.
I find your tastes to be abnormal and will leave it at that.
I've already went over that. There's usually less text on screen than with a book or manga, and there's more clicking involved. Not interested.
Don't be pedantic. In the video that the other guy posted it is clearly just a set of static images with other static images sliding over the screen. It's so similar to cheap Powerpoint "animation" that it isn't even funny.
He's also conveniently forgetting music and voices, too. Like he has been this whole conversation.
I don't mind if someone doesn't like VNs, it just seems like he has silly reasons. All he's done is state what VNs are and say that's bad, instead of saying why they're bad.
>There's usually less text on screen than with a book or manga
And now you're forgetting the visual part of a visual novel.
Are you somehow considering its constituent parts and.. not able to conceive that they might interact in a way that allows for a more unique experience than individually?
I already mentioned that. I might as well just listen to music while reading. The "animation" does nothing for me, I do not want choices in a book, and I find reading VNs tedious.
You are forgetting the point of the conversation. I do not like visual novels. I do not like the experience they are trying to provide because they are strange middle child between game and literature.
Because a shitty slideshow isn't "animation" from my point of view. When I think of animation I image actual moving characters with moving limbs that are doing things. Not one picture, a sound effect, and then another picture showing what the aftermath of the event is.
Thank you anon, i'll cherish this since i share birthday with Kurisu a few days ago, and not even my family remember it. This is a great birthday gift.
This thread is great. I'm loving all this Imai Asami audio.
I'm in a sharing mood now, so take this:
It's a collection of S;G clocks, screensavers, games, etc.
I haven't tried them all out yet, but I definitely recommend the Divergence Meter screensaver.
Like the steam engine, this is something that I never imagined before, nor something I ever would have asked for in my life.
But now, I know that it is here, and I know that I want this.
Based fucking OP. God's work, Allah's work Buddha's work, and Satan's work. You're on top of the fucking ball.
Wow, thanks for the kind offer, but money is not an issue. This thread was very nice, so I will buy them all, just not all at once.
Most people voted for a certain mad scientist, so he will be next.
Here's a little teaser from the description of the app. Two of his lines:
I'm at work right now, but I will try to get to it as soon as I get home.
Is there a Mayuri app ? This is very important.
Sadly, it is that way in my original files. I cried a bit when found that out. I don't know what it is even doing there.
So the Good Night file wasn't suppose to exist in the first place?
Well, I'm disappointed but I did find it amusing how a Good Morning Kurisu Sound Package had a Good Night at the end.
Got myself too hyped up and didn't even wander what a good night is doing in a good morning zip.
It doesn't appear anywhere in the app. My guess is that it is a dummy file and the author wanted to include a good night, but decided against it for some reason and forgot to remove it.
Duhuhu 5pb is having big sale.
I think Steings:Gate VN is the best thing I ever had in my android tablet. I'm loving the story but I also like how it resumes play from last point even if the tablet hangs. Almost 3Gb but worth every byte.
I used MX Player when I used to watch anime on my phone. It can't play all anime equally well though, but I don't know any player that does. I also have an S3.
Isn't there something like this with CCC Caster and Saber? i never could find a download for it.
Most choices have only minor impact. You can choose the ending route right before it starts, by either sending a mail or not. If you proceed without doing anything, you get closer to the true ending. If you send the mail, you get the alternative end.
Oh, but you need to have triggered certain flags to get to the true end, otherwise you get the bad end.
What is even the goal of this game, I filled up the entire thing and she still keeps calling me an idiot.
Hm. It's been a while since I finished the game, so maybe I remember incorrectly.
Huh? People on the internet tell me something is not as it is in my memories? This feels familiar.
Oh I get what you mean
I meant that if you get 0 true ending flag you will get Mayuri end. But if you get 1 or more flags you get Kurisu end (not the true end)Yeah now that I think about it, I guess it could be considered a bad end, but not exactly a bad end.
Thank you OP. You are hereby declared a sick cunt.
They used Jap memes, and explained them separately in an encyclopedia.
The 2ch interface was changed to replicate 4Chan's in case you're into that. Translation's also done by the same guys as the fan translation, so there's that, too.
I don't get it, it's just some meters that mean nothing?
I think it might be some kind of computer performance widget.
> that "...and more !!!" in English
The second "and more!" at the bottom is even more hilarious, to me. I don't know why.
