>Kill la Kill with SNK money
I'll watch it
So this a battle show the first totally had me fooled I thought it was going to be cute girls on bikes now I'm happy
Looks like Yozakura quartet but with an all girls cast.
At this looks like it's going to turn boring way faster than YQ. That combination of modern + extra fantasy setting and the lack of drama and the fact that's it's going to rely of cute girls being cute aren't really making me hype.
Feels like it lacks any drive besides wanting to look cute and well animated.
I feel like the setting is wasted, I don't need an elaborate colorful fantasy setting and sakuga fight scenes to enjoy fanservice and cute girls being cute.
If you choose a setting like that commit to it and deliver a plot that fits.
Best girl spotted on far left
It's not similar to Kill la Kill at all. Do you guys know what the story actually is? The super-power fighting is background decoration, the main characters are delivery girls with no super-powers. That's the entire point of the story: it's a typical fighting setting except the fighting is irrelevant because the main characters aren't involved.
effects look pretty flashy, hope the same goes for animation
I'll be glad if this show manages to surprise me, but I'll be going in with low expectations.
PVs are there to give you an idea of what to expect so you can decide if you're going to watch it or not. I don't know why you're mad at me for doing exactly that.
I expect a great local gangs fighting against each other anime.
>I hope the animation will be as good
Do you understand the fucking PV? It makes fun of the fighting. The whole point is that the main characters are "mobs", the word Japanese people use to describe background characters. It's about delivery service girls trying to go on with their lives in a Japan in which there are actual people with super-powers fighting it out. But the main characters aren't part of any gang, they're delivery girls.
>Talking shit about Ben-to
>Hi, I've only seen one WIT studio anime
The first chapters were pretty neat.
Far away from being "just SoL".
The story is basically: people started gaining powers at some point, these people with powers wanted more power, a war among people with powers divided Japan in 4 factions with their own territories. The main characters are delivery girls that go all around Japan to carry out deliveries. They aren't part of any gang so they can cross territory borders without caring. The gangs are the setting, not the main story.
>I've only seen one WIT studio anime
Snk looked like shit
Hoozuki had literally no animation and was mostly mouthflaps
They're doing three more anime next year before rolling SnK 2 in 2016, let's hope they don't get burnt out before then.
Is this delivery girls on motorcycles? Is that what this show is about?
I know, it's just juicer to say that
If the anime is just half so action heavy as the manga then we will get a great middleground between hometown patriotism and action.
It's funny to see how the "expert" does asspull after asspull
The entire "mob" setting doesn't make sense if nothing will happen.
It's funny if even in a thread about an original anime there is someone who claims to know what will exactly happen in the 12 episodes.
And it doesn't get better if the manga to the anime doesn't support all his claims.
Fresh director - who did his homework as episode director for several higher quality shows and Silver Spoon S2 director
And the Bible Black and Afro Samurai guy does the screenplay
Imagine you live in a fantastic world of competing gangs and you're just a plain delievery girl who gets involved in all the crazy stuff.
While Zvesda has the world conquer setting.
D D D D DROPPED That Shit!!!
and here i was expecting some cute girls rolling cute bikes...
why must every anime these days, turn into gigantic shit...
Oh, ok, Cute girls doing cute stuff...
Now, really, the art direction and some animation effects look nice.
Though personally, I find the character designs are kinda meh.
It doesn't look like KLK at all (is this by any chance the third anime you will watch, OP?) but so far it seems interesting.
>It doesn't look like KLK at all
Don't be dense
