What's your excuse for not having watched the greatest coming of age story of all time yet?
Also why aren't there other tv anime with the superior 45 minutes per episode format?
I got the first episode on a preview disc that came with my NewtypeUSA subscription way back when. I liked the cute girl(s), but when she transformed into a grown up woman with big boobs I said fuck this shit.
It's completely different, but personally I prefer it. Tsubasa is basically the most realistic child MC I've seen in anime. The series is about her becoming more self-confident through interaction with her new twinsister and classmates and can be incredibly sweet as well as extremely sad at times.
>Implying bread isn't better than cake in every aspect
The fighting scenes make only about 30% of the series, most part is social ganbatte.

Most productions can barely afford their half-hour slot, how the fuck are they gonna double that?
Depends on the season and slot. If it's airing at fuck-you-o'-clock like half of late-night anime, it'd be a little more doable but then again whoever's negotiating their slot isn't exactly fighting for the better hours.
Makes sense. Too bad, though, I feel that 45 minutes is pretty close to the perfect length for an anime episode. It's much better better to really get into the story than mere ~23 minutes.
Consider that it's rare to see a show today with two or more consecutive cours, and that the doubled weekly airtime means double weekly effort required from the animators. Straight-up more expensive, and flopping or being overshadowed would be a death sentence.
"Don't Leave Me!"
I watched like 4 or 5 episodes and I thought it was kinda generic. Also I don't get why they decided to go with 45 min. episodes, the pacing sometimes is just too slow.
The lolis were cute though, so maybe I'll finish it tonight.
Nice taste, OP. But I think you may be overselling it a bit.
Just a bit.
The last one?
Man, I don't remember.
It was pretty great as I remember it. Pretty unique and great at what it does. It's been quite a while since I watched it so I was planning on re-watching it some time. I guess I might as well take the cue and download it.
Also, the opening was nice.
>I watched like 4 or 5 episodes and I thought it was kinda generic
Well, the main idea is not exactly new, that's true, but the execution was magnificent if you ask me. Also the plot later gets some twist that are rather untypical for this kind of show.
Indeed, I also like the battle theme very much.
There was a porn edit of this one but I can't find it.
>Figure 17 OST - Battle of Fire (Female Chorus Version)
Shit you just hit me in the nostalgia bone really hard.
While we're at it, I really like this song too. It did a nice job capturing the mix of melancholic and bucolic that the show had about it.
But do you have the light novel?
I don't have the LN either. Or Blus.
Likely a codec issue.
