What asspull/tweest will Kubo pull on us this week?
I'm not sure i'm prepared for this.
He can't use Yama's bankai. The badge got splattered with ink, meaning it lost its name and power.
Also, like every other sternritter he wouldn't be able to properly use it on his first fight anyway, so no East/West, only fire and skeletons.
The asspull that will give him victory is going to be something else
What do you think Kubo will do after Bleach? Does he have another idea for a story? Will he fulfill his life long dream of become a fashion designer? Maybe he will retire to Hueco Mexico and marry a qt latina.
think there's something important on why the Monk said he was the most despised of the Shinigami, and he was the keeper of their darkness. This may be a long stretch, but I think there is a common reasoning behind:
- Why Shinigami wear black clothes (death in japanese culture is attributed to purple, not black)
- Shinigami that distinguish themselves from the others get to wear a white haori over their clothes
- Kyouraku's zanpakutou ("choose your color")
- Ukitake's bankai
- The Quincy living in a "shadow world".
The end of the last chapter seemed to make a big deal out Yhwach being splattered in paint.
According to Ichibei he should be rendered powers.
It would feel anticlimactic if Yhwach just magick'd back his powers like he did the last time.
I think some crazy shit is gonna go down.
A bunch of places, these off my head:
>Kenpachi gives his lieutenant the name Yachiru, the "one person he respects"
>Unohana being a Kendo specialist is noted
>Tensions between the 4th and 11th divisions as early as Soul Society
>There's one page in late Hueco Mundo/ Deicide where they exchange glances
I feel like Kubo had a half mexican friend in elementary school or something. He had some of the mexican thing floating around in the background of Zombie Powder, what with the western vibe, there's Chad, a lot of the hollows having that dia de los muertos skeleton doll look, and then the arrancar and all. It seems like there's something to his fixation on it other than just because he thinks it's cool.
or Bad Shield United 2
That's not foreshadowing because it doesn't implicate anything at the time of it being brought up. The core reason being that the reveals were mostly retcon'd in, not planned from the start. Kubo's been retconning new twists out of old loose ends pretty consistently since the end of the soul society arc.
He probably did, in most of my trips to Mexico I've ran into plenty of Japs and Mexican business men hanging out at bars and stuff.
I wouldn't put past a Mexican guy being Kubo's drinking buddy back in the day.
He wasn't the most despised, he said he was the leader of the yhwach's most despised shinigami. As in both "most despised" the superlative adjectival phrase and "your"/"[yhwach's]" possessive, modifying "shinigami" as the object. It was just an awkward translation muddling the simple statement that ichibei is the leader of the royal guard, who are the strongest of the shinigami, who are the sworn enemy of the quincy.
That isn't a retcon, it is a charater reveal.
Retcon is a different case.
Also, there is more than just what he said.
I remember hearing about a Bleach play involving Unohana and Kenpachi that also foreshadowed things, but I wouldn't care enough to remember more.
Whatever, foreshadowing or not it all amounted to nothing in the end.
That's exactly what "retroactive continuity" is: "continuity" that takes effect "retroactively." Not all retcons have to be contradictory rewrites, that's just kind of what retcons are notorious for.
Foreshadowing is the indication of a future event, seeing the metaphorical "shadow" before seeing what casts it. You can't see the shadow of something that isn't there. If it hinted nothing at the time of its release because there was nothing planned for it to hint at at the time, it's just not foreshadowing by all the most basic definitions.
>Yhwach restores his powers
>Scary monk does a scary face
>suddenly zoomed out view with large noise emote
>panel with both of them looking in the wrong direction
>Aizen with slight smirking smile not really looking at them
>panel of them both preparing for something
>panel of them both taken out
>final page is Aizen walking somewhere cliffhanger with maybe a speech bubble somewhere saying something like "It's time" or something ominous
that's basically what Bad Shield United was, with a buddycop schtick and android women
>You will never get a Rukia for Christmas
Why even live?
Unfortunately, any more foreshadowing than what little we were given wouldn't have made much sense; the reveal itself was placed in a very particular time/place for that very reason. What was certainly foreshadowing was:
>Unohana's combat prowess
>minor foreshadowing about the division rivalry
And that's about it. Still looking for that page, maybe LM has it somewhere...
shit i forgot how fucking 90s Kubo's art style used to be
You seem to be missing the point. Unohana's combat prowess and Yachiru's namesake were not specifically foreshadowing the reveal we got. They foreshadowed that Unohana was stronger than she let on, which had nothing to do with Zaraki at the time; and that Zaraki had a backstory yet to be elaborated on, which had nothing to do with Unohana at the time. Tying two loose ends together after the fact is not the same as having planned for them to merge when they were individually introduced. What was foreshadowed was not the fact that Unohana was Yachiru or the first Kenpachi.
Yeah, it's only four volumes but it was pretty clear that Kubo has a solid idea what direction it was going in pre-cancellation, and it established a lot of trends in story/ character design that carried over to Bleach.
I'd think there'd be fewer here who haven't. It was a good start but obviously it didn't get to go anywhere. It has a lot of motifs and character concepts that Kubo pretty shamelessly salvaged for Bleach. It's a decent read for the length of it.
>What was foreshadowed was not the fact that Unohana was Yachiru or the first Kenpachi.
I don't care to see what difference it makes in retrospect or how it would improve the result. It's not the first time seeing two seemingly separate mysteries later found to be correlated, and in all honestly it was for the better.
It's not a matter of what effect is has/had ont he result it was just a derailing tangent about how terms were used wrong. There's no implications to the the misuse of the terms having any effect on the plot.
He never really learned to utilize his other powers. How broken do you think he'd be if he learned to fire ceros/ballas with or without hollowfication, use sonido, do the old style Quincy shit Ishida does, utilize blut vene and new Quincy shit.
>Ichigo have the most boring fighting style
He doesn't; at least not if you've been following his growth since chapter 1.
>when he has 3 kinds of superpowers
Also wrong. They may take different forms but they're all one "power".
His Hollow is the only one who can teach him stuff but this whole time Ichigo thought the Hollow was evil so he didn't bother asking for help. And NotZangetsu didn't want to teach him anything because he didn't want Ichigo to succeed.
Hopefully now that he's accepted both of them and they've accepted him, he'll have new moves.
his old oneshots are included in the tankobon 2-4 of zombie powder. Rune Master Urara, Ultra Unholy Hearted Machine, and Bad Shield United.
These one shots are older than Zombie Powder, but looking at the expressions in this page it looks like with current Bleach he sort of (sort of ) came back to this style, kinda like a cycle.
Why are chad and orihime even going up to the palace? In story its been like a month since they were getting wrecked by xcution and they don't have ichigos bullshit genetics to justify jumping in power so much as to suddenly be a 0 division level threat
It's the difference between a well-drawn one shot and a serialized manga; while the former is more detailed, it's harder to maintain that level of quality. The 'return to form'you speak of is the results of Kubo's experience as a weekly artist.
Orihime is a huge asset to have around no matter how weak she is in terms of attack power.
No idea when it comes to Chad. Not really seeing how Kubo will make him relevant here without a terrible asspull, but I might be suprised.
Because they're main characters? Because Orihime is one of the better healers in Bleach? Because they need to power of friendship Uryu? Or even just moral support for Ichigo?
If you stop thinking in terms of powerlevels and more in terms with plot progression, you won't need other people to answer your stupid questions.
I want Ichibei to shoot me with his ink all over me
god beards are so fucking hot
Kyoraku's gonna go to Aizen's cell to ask him for help only to find it empty.
Then it cuts to the Fullbringers, about to move out from somewhere in SS, and then it shows them with their leader, Ganju.
Then it cuts to the "Ganju" in the Royal Realm flashing a shit-eating grin behind everyone's backs.
End of chapter.
Screencap this post.
Most of the time, his drawings don't really call for backgrounds and would look awkward and out of place against the detail of his characters. I imagine he has his assistants focus on the ridiculous amount of inking and cleanup work.
I honestly feel like his art style took some weird steps backwards when he started Bleach.
Chad is fucking useless and you know it.
Even in his "arc" he was full on fucking useless.
At least fucking Orihime can heal and now that Unohana is dead she is now the best healer.
If Chad was a girl the tumblr SJW landwhales would call Kubo a racist sexist fuck.
Chad is only a main character in name.
At least I get entertained by Hinamori getting stabbed all the time. With Chad it is disgraceful how many times he has fucking jobbed at this point.
I feel like Kubo has just sectioned it off. He still seems to love it he just doesn't let it run rampant across the whole manga. He clumps all the gore and weirdness around distinctly weird characters, almost like it lets him excuse the gore and weirdness by doing so. Mayuri, Aaroniero, Zomarri, Szayelaporro, Quilge, As Nodt, Super Star, Pepe, etc... because when he's not being gross and weird he defaults to generic same faced attractive characters, the cold broody pretty guy, the wild rough around the edges guy, the spunky loli, the ditzy titty monster, and so on. And he used to show that he could do things other than those two modes but then his font of ugly but interesting looking background characters just dried up. He used to have so many square jawed bug eyed thugs back when Ichigo went to school and when all of the gotei were after the intruders. Then everyone who wasn't in a databook just kinda vanished. Chad and Ganju are basically the only survivors in that category.
>At least fucking Orihime can heal and now that Unohana is dead she is now the best healer.
She was a better "healer" than Unohana even when the latter was alive. She mentioned as much when she saw her undoing Ichigo's damage at the end of SS sage.
>Try thinking like a person instead of an autistic powerlevel calculator.
If Kubo was a decent writer, Chad would have been Ichigo's Kuwabara but instead we got generic shonen hero friend jobber #491921.
At least Kuwabara was able to take out Toguro Elder and fight against Sensui and was actually plot relevant. Chad is only there to job like the faggot he is. And guess what Kuwabara was moral support for Yuusuke and had more character than Chad or anyone else in Bleach for that matter.
Stop excusing Kubo for this shit and accept Chad is a shit.
Though his level to detail was surprisingly strong despite being in a weekly format. And that's something he still keeps and tries to show it from time to time, even though he adopted a more minimalistic approach nowadays.
>fight against Sensui
Yeah, no. He wasn't able to fight him. Sensui simply was playing with all three of them until the end.
He was relevant because he was the only one that could cut the barrier between worlds, which is a lot more than what anyone can say about Chad.
Orihime's event rejecting power was pretty much going to be Bleach's Kuwabara sword, but that got dropped pretty fast during Hueco Mundo arc.
Healers in Bleach are pretty useless tbh. They WOULD be useful if they could heal people while that person was in the middle of a fight. Like Orihime could be healing Ichigo while he's continuously getting his arms shot off by Yhwach or some shit. But as it is, all they can do is heal people after fights are already over.
Yes that's it. There's never a need for healer's during a fight. There isn't even much urgency to find a healer after a fight because it takes ages for Bleach characters to bleed to death.
He doesnt, he just has to find another way to contribute. Mayuri and Urahara are some of the most consistently useful characters and it rarely has to do with personally fighting.
The problem with chad is fighting is all he can do and he sucks at it
It wasn't the much of a tangent. Kubo has a weird binary switch between "fan favorite/fan wank" same face and "gross/freaky." He used to have a third thing inbetween those two that was just "ugly/funny" but now it's gone. It didn't really veer that far off topic.
Ichigo saw it in pic related and it probably would've been trivial to show Orihime.
Chad on the other hand... Yeah I dunno.
>The problem with chad is fighting is all he can do and he sucks at it
Not at all. Remember during early Lost Agent arc when Chad was literally the only character who spoke to Ichigo honestly, when Ichigo had convinced himself he was happy without his spirit powers? Reflect on that before thinking about what Chad contributes.
I'm still a believer that the drawback to Kyouka Suigetsu is that it can only cast the illusion on release, it's name must be stated, and the blade is held upside down with the blade facing Aizen (aka, the least threatening way to hold a blade).
Gin did say he had to be touching the blade before it's released to avoid hypnosis.
This has already been debunked. He's holding it the wrong way, he didn't say its name, and in the very next page he says that the zampakuto was disappearing because the Hogyoku deemed that having a zampakuto was "beneath him" or some such.
I agree that Orihime may or may have not seen it, but Ichigo and Chad have definitely didn't.
Which makes me wonder when did Aizen do the ol' switcharoo. Ichigo tried to behead him the moment he came out of the garganta and while the other Captains were fighting him he saw Aizen instead Hinamori right? Otherwise he would have told them "What are you doing!" way before she was stabbed. So was Ichigo under KS's illusion all along or did he just recently see it?
He said "what are you doing!" too late because the plot required it.
As soon as he left the garganta he was told by Komamura that they would make sure Aizen doesn't release his Shikai in his presence since he's pretty much the only one still unaffected by it that can stand against him.
>holding the wrong way
What's this bullshit about? Of course it can only cast an illusion when released, and in order for that to happen its name has to be stated. But what the heck makes you think it needs to be held a certain way?
So if the Aizen in the air was the real Aizen then how'd he switch with Momo if he was being looked at by everyone including Ichigo. If he was already using it then he would have seen Momo replace him.
Yes, that's why i said it was going to be the same as Kuwabara's sword but the plot point got dropped.
Aizen was supposed to have her unlock the true power of the Hogyoku or whatever, and she instead planed on removing it from existence.
But then, Fake Karakura arc out of nowhere and "It was all a ruse to get a bunch of captains trapped in Hueco Mundo" bullshit.
Is Kubo supposed to have center color this week?
Ichigo was saying shit was wrong the entire time, fools. Aizen simply decided to block Ichigo's voice from the perception of the Gotei 13, all of whom he had under complete hypnosis. Seriously, this is like level 0-1 on the Bleach Reading scale.
I don't know, but considering it says "2015" in HUGE BOLD TYPE, I'm guessing it's intended for the first week of 2015, not this week.
Winter-wear over his school uniform. Also, the number 15.
And by the way, that zero looks like a broken "null" sign. Wonder if that has anything to do with the planned content of the chapter.
Ichigo is clearly looking AWAY from the blade
He's looking to his right
aizen's sword is on his left.
>Of course it can only cast an illusion when released
I mean that the act of releasing it is the act of casting the illusion. If you look at the sword after it's been released, you won't be affected. To catch new people, Aizen would have to revert his sword out of shikai and re-release it.
> in order for that to happen its name has to be stated
Those who achieve bankai don't need to say their sword's name for shikai.
>But what the heck makes you think it needs to be held a certain way?
It's how he was holding it when releasing the illusion in front of Barragan. It's a weird way to hold a blade. He even calls it a ritual.
Yeah, I agree. Honestly, I think there's probably going to end up being some kind of remote mythological connection that nobody has noticed but Kubo, much like with the Aztec Gods parallels and the Aizen Myōō stuff.
Aizen carefully constructed all of the events that occurred in Bleach. All of the events that he planned out are generally accompanied by a moon, sometimes full, crescent, etc.
I had a full list but I lost it a long time ago. I said I was going to do it in like early 2013.
Damn reading the stuff in this thread makes me think I underestimated Bleach. Should I go back and read again? I stopped after X-cution because I heard the final arc was still ongoing and got really crappy.
Yeah, but he obviously wanted for them to know at just the right moment so that he could do pic related and troll the shit out of them. Gotei and Visored never stood a chance to begin with, given he could control all their senses and had a hard counter to Yama, so why wouldn't he have some fun with it.

sounds fishy as all hell, but it could just be a really really bad chapter. Unlike a lot of these dumb spoilers there are a few different instances showing up mostly with the same text in different blogs.
James was an extension of The S power, given his freakish regeneration he was probably never even actually human.
oh and I think it was implied that in the ink drowning thing Ichibei actually erased Yhwach's name, which was why The Named was brought up. Again, sounds really stupid and I'm hoping that means it's fake. Hoping.
S works if he has fans cheering him on. So either little James midget clones took shape to cheer him on, or little Yhwach clones did.
It makes sense that Yhwach would start out strong, but get beaten and then come back stronger after pulling out powers. Oh god, he really is Ichigo from 1000 years ago.
Also a reminder that OMZ can split himself into multiple bodies, but in doing so he splits his overall power as well. Yhwach may be able to do the same.
on a second go around all the different blogs showing up in the search for this text are shitty no hit count, no comment, porn ad infested sites. These might actually just be spam designed to rake in search hits.
It better be fake. If Ywach has access to all 26 bullshit sternritter abilities then it would make him stupidly overpowered.
The mere fact he can somehow bestow such powers to random people is bullshit. Doing it on himself would be absurd.
Seriously, S would make him almost immortal, V would allow him to make anything he thinks real, J would allow him to seal anyone inside a jail that can only be opened from the outside, Z and L would allow him to control his enemies, W would make him immune to physical attacks as long as he pays attention, and a long list of etc.
>The mere fact he can somehow bestow such powers to random people is bullshit. Doing it on himself would be absurd.
Its fake but it really isn't absurd. He gave himself the power of voice after this throat got crushed. His power is probably to give himself any power which is more broken than Aizen.
>One of the highest ranking officers in his army
Some get stuck with shitty powers and make up for it with superb base skills.
Bernice's power was asking questions for fuck's sake.
What diference does it make?
Aaroniero supposedly had the powers of like 30,000 hollows and he died because he didn't consider the posibility of Rukia having developed more zanpakuto techniques since Kaien died.
Bleach fights are not based on powerlevel but intelligence level.
I think the (fake) spoilers are saying he uses it to get him name back from having been erased by Ichibei. Hence the line of text that reads something like:
"My name is Yuuhabahha
Exist together, advance together more"
I don't get what benefit there is in him fusing those two in particular though. Again this just seems too dumb to be real.
watch it be real
We don't know really what her powers were like. Kempachi killed her while his hearing was fucked after Roar, well, roared at him.
Her power probably would have made him question his resolution or some hypnotic bullshit if he actually was able to hear her.
What If she were to ask someone whether or not they exist and they could not then they would disappear
This is accurate. Its really annoying when people bitch about things like how Tousen's former VC Hisagi could kill a fully hollow Tousen. If people stopped thinking in terms of power levels its pretty easy to see that Tousen died because he was overconfident and sloppy which allowed him to die via sneak attack.
I think that was more referring back to his childhood thing and being born deaf mute and blind and having to give himself all his basic faculties. When he said he gave himself the power of speach again he never used any kind of "" or 「」quotes like Kubo's been doing throughout the whole arc. So whatever it was it wasn't like giving himself the schrift, The V, The Voice. It was some other arbitrary thing.
You mean the guy Aizen said was the only one that matched his intelligence, which annoyed him because of how he accepted being part of SS instead of aiming higher like he himself was doing? The guy that succeeded on making the Hogyoku when Aizen failed, which prompted the latter to orchestrate Rukia's kidnapping to steal it?
He stated he didn't need anyone, but only used them to stall for the Hougyoku release.
He could have killed the entire gotei 13 captaincy at a meeting.
Using Kyouka suigetsu he could slowly decapitate Yamamoto and have it so he wouldn't even know it were happening.
What Aizen got out of the deal with the Arrancar was a nice hiding place where he can brew his plans and conduct his experiments undisturbed.
The Espada were more of his doorman than his army.
Powerlevels are obviously based on ranks of "coolness." If Kubo can't think of a cool way to kill a villain then the hero just gets bailed out, offs them off screen, or gets a lame unimpressive and narrowly won victory. It's why Shuuhei and Ikkaku and Shinji and the Vizard never win any fights now. Kubo blew his load with most of them during the Aizen thing and with no cool scenes left to give them they just don't ever win.
You clearly haven't read Bleach.
Urahara is a copycat. All of his inventions are copies, including the Hougyoku
Aizen created the original Hougyoku. Urahara's was a copycat. Aizen stated this as he was killing Gin.
He stole Urahara's and melded it with his own which created its own consciousness.
This is my one of my big gripes about the series. Reading it week to week sucked but FKT was probably the worst arc in retrospect because it was literally a year long filler in the manga. Sure you got some neat fights out of it but in the end the shinigami entirely swept up the arrancar army. And then Aizen fucks them all up in 1 chapter. Why the fuck did Kubo waste a whole fucking year to do that?
Yeah, so why was he able to do that, anyway?
Still just some residual power from his transformation? Had Yhwach seen Kyoka Suigetsu some time before, or does he now just have an aura of sensory disruption?
Back when it seemed like Aizen had only started making his own Arrancar and sticking them in neat white uniforms since he left SS it felt like he was making them just to test out the hougyoku and get the hang of it before using it on himself, or Gin or Tousen. I always liked the idea that he never meant to raise an army of arrancar, he just kept piling up test subjects and needed to give them something to do. It kinda lent to his god complex to think he didn't even want them as pawns, he was just stuck making use of them so long as he was stuck with them.
He wasn't really defeated. Ichigo lost. Aizen regenerated from Mugetsu. Urahara claims that the Hogyouku abandoned him, but it just healed him up like 3 seconds before.
It's a case of the Genie's Comprehension, I think.
Aizen wanted to see the fall of the current system, and the Hogyouku gave him immortality. Now he can see the fall of the current system. Or he wanted to be the most powerful, and it made him immortal. Now he can't be defeated.
In any case, his wish was granted.
Have you fantasied about best man today, /a/?
I enjoyed this. It made me realize how long these characters really live. A couple of decades is nothing to them.
And it was kinda cute how people would come down every now and then to visit him. I mean, no matter how much of an asshole somebody is to you, can you really continue hating them for hundreds of years? Eventually you'll become friends.
>High spiritual pressure = more blood needed to zombify = red color
>Low spiritual pressure = few drops of blood to zombify = no color change
Bambi had high spiritual pressure, as did the captains, so they became red. It doesn't matter if they were dead or not.
>or based upon the soul king or something like that
it's GOT to be this
all the elements are there
>Urahara knows of Kirinji's spring tech
>knows that Kuukaku can get them into the royal realm
>knew by Aizen's "thing" comment that he was referring to the soul king
It's extremely clear that Urahara has visited the royal realm for some reason
Furthermore, the suggestion that asauchi are functionally similar to the "whites" that aizen created also suggests that Aizen visited as well.
What I am starting to suspect is that Aizen might be more directly related to events than we thought, and he was cast out of the royal realm, which would explain his absurdly high power, and his knowledge.
Aizen is one of the shinigami amongst the royal guard cities, probably a researcher of some sort with very high spiritual powers.
He finds out that the Soul King is a hybrid of sorts that rules over all of life, and finds the Soul King as an oddity against shinigami convention and rules about how shinigami should not cross into the domain of hollow to gain a higher dimensional power.
He tries challenging this convention and gets kicked out of royal realm. Frustrated, he begins the development of the Hogyouku so that he can cross boundaries AND ultimately return to the royal realm to overturn the hypocritical convention.
>zanpakto are composed of a shinigami putting their powers into a blank HOLLOW soul
>technically there is domain crossing already, but it isn't permanent and the power and ability is still limited in scope
Aizen wanted to sit at the top of heaven, in the soul king's seat, because he wanted everyone to be able to achieve a higher level of being in a world where bullshit hypocrisy wasn't the standard of operation.
It was basically all about the kenpachis
there's fucking three of them in the book
considering Zaraki is kenpachi 11, and we know who 10 and 1 are, they're basically saying that of the 10 previous kenpachis, only 6 were actually killed by later kenpachis, at max.
That, and the mere idea that someone just is given the title because the previous one got jailed is ridiculous
I always had a pet theory he learned about the Royal Guard / Spirit King from prisoners in the Maggot's Nest. I mean he spent god knows how many years as the warden for shinigami who were a danger/embarrassment to the Gotei 13. It't not out of the question that he had prisoners who learned about the nature of the Spirit King somehow and got jailed for the trouble.
Captains know well about Royal Guard, it's not a secret.
What he knows specifically and how his inventions tend to be direct follow-ups on RG's inventions is indication of some deeper connection.
Yeah, but Urahara had already built a healing hotspring in his and Yoruichi's secret training ground, which predates his captaincy by quite a while. Also considering how fast he jumped into researching upon becoming a captain, it's pretty obvious he was at this shit long before he got promoted.
If anything, Urahara's invented so much shit he'd probably have ended up as a RG himself had the events of turn back the pendulum not gotten him stripped of his captaincy.
Shunsui told Aizen, who was a VC. As I said, it's not a secret and he had to encounter RG's inventions otherwise, but also directly.
And yes, he made some cool shit too.
really thinking about it...
I get what Aizen was trying to do
he was trying to create a way that a shinigami would not have to rely on their zanpakuto in order to harness that power.
So he first invented the hou gyoku, in an attempt to let that power bubble up to the shinigami themselves, rather than into the sword.
Then when that failed (because it just kept making hollows, because the power needed to be kept in by something, and that meant a hollow mask) and urahara whisked it away, he started working on the whites while he waited for Urahara to show himself. No doubt with the plan of using these whites, imbued with shinigami souls, in an attempt to create a shinigami-like hollow. His later experiments would lead to arrancars.
All of this was for his eventual goal of using it on himself in order to take his immense power, and use it to adapt his body. That's why he was so happy when Suigetsu crumbled, he thought he was finally achieving that full fusion of his power. Leading into that he kind of was, for he had effectively wrapped himself in his own power (not unlike Ichigo)
The kicker, of course, was that he was still shifting to be more and more hollow like, thus without his keen mind.
No doubt this is all because he figured if he could bring all of his power out, and wrap himself in it, and maintain his abilities (illusions, kidoh, etc) and mind, that he would be a match for the soul king.
Which means that Ichigo hasn't quite reached that perfection yet either, because he's still relying on his powers to be in the blade. However it's possible that Aizen was just misunderstanding, and it takes something like what Ichigo has achieved, having his powers give themselves up to him, to freely use that power like Ichigo does.
It seemed like mostly ONLY captains knew, and Shunsui was basically caught red handed and had to spill the beans.
I actually wonder if the reason Shunsui hadn't seen Aizen until that point was aizen using his illusion.
Shunsui told him because he's in on the keikaku. He noticed something was up with Aizen during TBtP and did nothing about it.
This man and all his wasted potential. I was so hyped for him because of his initial introductory fight but Kubo seems to be going turbo mode right now.
My guess is that "N" stood for "Nimble" because of his speed and accuracy.
Still best Quincy was Kirgie since he showed that Quincy could be a threat, unfortunately most of them ended up forgetting their full abilities, or as someone mentioned that Kirgie was possibly a full blooded Quincy since he showed such high level techniques and he awoke Ichigo's latent Quincy abilities.
>Kirgie was possibly a full blooded Quincy
Yhwach outright says it, but its likely most or all of the new quincy were pure bloods too, just less skilled than him. They're getting their powers straight from the source, sit around in a place with no hollows, and all the old half bloods (except Uryu) were purged so there's no reason any of them would have hollow AIDS.
I wouldn't really call it a waste. Even if you think Bleach is bad, art isn't really about what other people think. If hes using his talent to draw what he wants to draw then its not a waste at least.
>it must be racist because the majority of the black people in it are bad guys
by that logic almost every story and game is racist as fuck because white people are always the villians
not only that, but they are sexist too because it's almost always a man that has to do all the work and women never do shit but complain about senpai not noticing them
basically: Shut the fuck up and go back to reddit you SJW faggot
Now that I think about it, they're definitely all purebloods. The new quincy really hate dead weight. Anyone weak enough to get bitten (which makes them even weaker) would be executed by the other quincy long before they had a chance to procreate.
no he's not
if he was to Ichigo's right, then he wouldn't be using his RIGHT hand to point his sword more to his LEFT. Either Ichigo is directly in front of him, or to his left (which means he is to Ichigo's left)
no he is not
we clearly see him holding it down, at his right
then we clearly see him with his forarm moved and angled further to the left.
Yes it's still on the right side of his body, but the fact that he's moving it TO the left means that is where Ichigo is, to the left of his arm (which means center or further left)
But that doesn't even matter because Ichigo isn't even looking forward. He's looking COMPLETELY to his right. Which means Aizen would have to be ON his right, or at best, directly in front with his sword pointed completely to ichigo's right (Aizen's left)
That is clearly not what is going on.
why is this so hard? I'd draw you a picture, but Kubo already did that and you're still not getting it.
Yh and Ichibei still fighting.. (*like there's no other phrases to describe Bleach chapter anymore*)
A's ability is "all knowing and all powerful" (*that's it!*)
>A's ability is "all knowing and all powerful" (*that's it!*)
We all know that his original ability is soul collection and every ability after that is one he has harvested from the souls of the departed, so naturally The A can not be different And that begs the question, where the fuck did he even find that ability?
And Uryu has it too now? Holy shit.
>yuha can create any power he deems necessary
>aizen has a wish grating jewel encrusted on his chest
>monk can create and probably change the meaning of concepts and words themselves
I still cannot understand how just
can counter those fucking broken abilities.
Unohana knows that aizen is smart, so he wouldn't risk having a blind captain running arround if he could stop his keikakus, so there are only two options:
>have him work for aizen
and as tousen is still alive and has been since a long time ago,the only logical conclusion is that he's an ally of aizen.
>I still cannot understand how just>lolreiatsucan counter those fucking broken abilities.
It's easy enough, imagine it as a computer program.
You send a command like create new folder or something, or install gentoo or whatever you want, now, since spells/abilities are basically commands that work in a system defined as "world" and you need reiatsu (which is basically the electricity that give power to the system) to use them you can just create a temporary short circuit problem by overcharging it with reiatsu so that while the command is issued it never activates by the virtue of reiatsu overcharging and partially "resetting" or temporally "freezing" the system.
This is basic Rape Culture, if you don't understand it you might want to take more classes.
>I dont want tumblrfaggots to think this is a "safe place" even for one moment with their SJW bullshit
Explain your reasoning as to how those fags would think that a thread that touts rape culture in any way is a "safe place".
pretty sure all the boards those faggots want are /v/ /fit/ /b/ /pol/ and maybe /cgl/ either because fat cosplayers are made fun of or are intimidated by good/average looking cosplayers
I'd say he's lending them his version of Asauchi and their own powers are amplified or altered by it. Gremmy's V was the Visionary and Yhwach gave himself the Voice.
I'll never understand that shit
Like, if the fatties are doing it for "fun" like they claim, then why do they try to show off?
They have no fucking excuse for being fatasses that look nothing like the characters and then posting their pictures like anyone wants to see a shitty cosplay, makes no sense
if they cosplayed fat characters that'd be cool though
and I bet this is from the last page too.
兵主部「ユーハバッハ いやかつてユーハバッハだった者よ 名を失うのはつらかろう 哀れなおんしにわしが 名をつけてやろう

yup, that's why she instantly knew
Black soldiers in the main portion is filled Yuhabahha
Eagle I'll put a name to the soldiers the main portion "Yuhabahha Well once lose by name and was the person who Yuhabahha is Tsurakaro intends pathetic teacher
Star performer, or do it comes to Manjikai if say in terms of known brush character ... state-of-the-art "
Once upon a time than the world swastika solution is born, it seems Zan 魄刀 that evolved was first born
Soldiers main part "This sword can be inscribe a new name to those filled with character"
Soldiers main part of writing a "black ant", "the power of teacher became equal fragile Fragile Life in black ants crawling on the ground now."
Fate of teacher also "good but die by being trampled on as the black ants hugging the Reaper our life that killed up to now" soldier main part to say that so far
Soldiers main part to crush in stepping the Yuhabahha pushed down Gassho a huge foot "O king of worms both ... Farewell"
Hash Forest "Your Majesty ..."
It was the falling go Yuhabahha "... Yomoya and is visible far in state ... was same of my eye Zum (and) and up to here"
Light behind the soldier main part? Pillars Standing, penetrated the chest from behind "... teacher ... and unexpected not dead yet why ...!"

Hash Forest "... your power is the force and its not possible characters that defeat the Majesty in His Majesty has been known force capable of knowing outlook all that now happens A control power of the name of His Majesty ... omnipotent (di Almighty) "
it's a mortician joke
on autopsy reports, if the penis doesn't have any serious issue (such as scars, or damage, or discoloration like vitiligo) it's declared an "unremarkable penis"
Why bother reading it. You already know how it's going to end. Ichigo and Bach will fight to the death and exponentially level up an exponential number of times. Ichigo will ultimately win.
>That's not foreshadowing because it doesn't implicate anything at the time of it being brought up. The core reason being that the reveals were mostly retcon'd in
How do you know this?
Even if he didn't foreshadow, that doesn't mean it was retconned
oh, and his heritage is also foreshadowed here
Either way, who doesn't want to bask in this beautiful man's glory, sexually or not?
>retconning new twists out of old loose ends
Just to clarify, you're not that one autistic anon who's using the dictionary definition of a retcon as opposed to everyone else who uses it in its more popular definition are you?
I've always found Aizen's design lackluster, but then they had to make Sho Hayami voice him, and then my inner Aniki woke up
Damn, Sho Hayami really makes me question my own sexuality.
>uses Kyouka Suigetsu to make the 10 gorillion year punishment feel like 10 minutes
now that I think about it, what the fuck are they going to do once his punishment is over? Are they REALLY going to let out a man who can put you in complete hypnosis if you look at him, who is also immortal, and probably the single most powerful person in the world (aside from soul king)?
>Are they REALLY going to let out a man who can put you in complete hypnosis if you look at him, who is also immortal, and probably the single most powerful person in the world (aside from soul king)?
At this point only Yhwach, Haschwald and Kyouraku seem to be aware of this. They probably figured that they'd be dead or retired by that point and the C46 of the future would deal with him for them.
Ichibei is able to visualize a word. He then wrote "black ant" and attempt to kill YH
When a light penetrates Ichibei's chest, hashbrown explains Yh's ability.
He said Yh only started using his power, anyone's ability that his majesty knows will not hurt him. (or something similar). The power is A the Almighty
In other words, Ichibei can't hurt Yh cause Ichibei explained his ability to him chapters ago
>He said Yh only started using his power, anyone's ability that his majesty knows will not hurt him. (or something similar). The power is A the Almighty
>In other words, Ichibei can't hurt Yh cause Ichibei explained his ability to him chapters ago
Kubo really knows how to have fun with his readers.
I can already see the next chapter.
>Thank you for explaining YOUR ability
Based Ichibei already used bankai, it was good folks, see ya next week.
I see /pol/'s settled in over at the panda.
It's out http://www.mangabee.com/Bleach/609/
>"I am become almighty, destroyer of concepts"
>Literally what the fuck Kubo
I think mangapanda might have been too literal. He's almighty but apparently monk explaining his power was part of the power. the whole "he see everything" part makes me think of Naruto, where they see a glimpse in the future and thus avoid the outcome
So if you explain your power, he understands it and can just negate it with bullshit like Aizen did with lesbian's instant kill? He negated that because he had too much reiatsu or whatever.
If his power is that he can negate abilities he understands, I suppose that makes sense because he waited until Yamamoto had used all of his tricks before popping up and waited until monk used his bankai.
Maybe people should stop fucking explaining their powers. Like Shinji, who would be able to beat almost anyone his ability worked on, if he didn't fucking tell them.
>Come from the right
>You are actually coming from the left and take their head off
So basically Ichibee could of won and would have won if he didn't explain his powers, but since he did like all stupid people do he will die.
Then ichigo will come and Yh will think he understands his powers, but since he is the mian character he has "mysterious" powers and Yh will be like "Waht!?" and die.
>Shirafude Ichimonji is the name of his bankai
and it's ink is white.

>series where literally everyone explains their powers to the opponent for no fucking reason
>final boss power is being immune to someone who does exactly that
This was pure BS on Kubo's part, every character of his explains their power, so Nazi jesus is unbeatable until we see another ridiculous asspull?
At Least Togashi in HxH uses narrator rather than everyone explaining their powers.
