GENERALOBERST Yukari, bitte!
If Yukarin is Generaloberst, what would become of Miho the Tanoshii?
>SS comparison, ever
No anon, that's not okay.
Katyusha fanart with the T-14 when?
Is that their new design after the T-99 or is it an abandoned project ?
Looks weird as fuck either way.
So cute! I wish I had the money for all those figures and tanks!
The Surcouf is really small, I'm surprised the tankery club even has room to train.
There are a couple of small OVAs that were bundled with the BDs like the tank corners. They're worth watching, even if there's no tank action.
It's why they specialize in urban conflict

Eclair in rabu rabu when? She's perfect, I want to marry her.
Much better to have her in Wehrmacht get-up
Civil War Russian team on a Typhoon when?
Not until I get my Black Forest OVA
So, you suddenly find that you are both in the GuP universe and a little girl, as well as the captain of your school's completely new senshado/tankery team. As such, you've been given a budget to buy tanks and have generally been given the liberty to purchase whatever tanks you want that fit the rules of the game.
What 5 tanks would you secure for your initial starters (think Oorai), what tanks would you seek as your team grows over the years, and what would your "dream team" look like? Max 20 tanks on the dream team though.
Assuming my budget doesn't allow me to just spam the biggest and stronkest tanks right off the bat
>Shinhoto Chi-Ha (if the budget allows for something better ditch this in favor of another T-34 or a Stug, more Chi-Has if I can't afford the T-34s below)
>2xT-34-57 (85 if I can afford)
>Chaffee (pretty much a dedicated scout, but one that can still be useful in combat as well)
>Try to get panthers and fireflies to increase firepower against heavy tanks
>Eventually might consider aquiring Tiger IIs and/or IS-2s for staying power
>Maybe a single jagdtiger for a long ranged heavy hitter after getting all of the above
>Dream Team 20
The First five, plus:
M4A3E8 (76) Sherman
M4A3E8 (105) Sherman
M4A3R3 Flame-Tank Sherman
M4 DD (Duplex Drive) Sherman
M36 Tank Destroyer (based on the Sherman chassis)
3 Panzer IV H's, 1 Jagdpanzer IV/70, and a Tiger (P) as a the command vehicle.
Increase the number of tanks, essentially just double the starter tanks, though if possible get an extra Panther F, with the Schmalturm.
4 Jagdtiger's 3 Tiger II's and 3 VK4502's and 2 Schwerer Löwe's, 2 E-50's, 2 E-25's, 2 Jagdpanther II's, 1 Maus and 1 E-100 as the command tank.
10x Hotchkiss H39 with Stuka zu Fuss rocket device.
When the match starts, aim roughly at the starting area of the enemy team and fire one salvo.
>tfw you're a filthy gaijin who can't read moonrunes

Team would be modeled after an Aufklärungsabteilung and focus entirely on information advantage via reconnaissance.
Team would grow to acquire 50mm L/60 guns for some of the tanks.
It wouldn't be the most effective team by any means but I would enjoy it.
She would had only Kv 2 here. I can't help it but I find those tanks cooler than rest. But true it could use something from other countries (maybe I should stop listening to many Polyushka Polye versions).
Next would be one or two IS tanks, some Shermans (at least one Firefly), some Pz IV or III , one or two 38(t), maybe 7tp (if it was cheap to get or I cant get any other tanks), all best British tanks what served on north Africa deserts, and maybe Lee or Grant if I had room. I'm not sure if using over engineered tanks like Tigers or Panters would be good idea, those are probably expensive and difficult to maintain even in GuP world. Some turretless guns like Hetzer or Stugg would work too.
Decided to image search "girls und panzer best girl" and this first result. Good choice google. (Yukari is still best however)
No. For all its flaws, the Maus was a functional vehicle. Oversized, underpowered, utterly cost-inefficient and a logistical nightmare BUT... it worked.
God. Fucking. Damn it.
Well, according to the Maus Panzer Tract, the second prototype was tested extensively between march and August '44 at Boeblingen, and while the test pointed out many problems, it also proved that the damn thing moved under its own power without bogging down and could shoot with decent precision without shaking itself apart; ie. it worked "as intended" (mind the brackets).

I don't need guns to win a fight.
Like cavalry battles with tanks instead people and and TOGs instead horses.
Here we have a tank fan with refined taste.
I had no idea that's how those bridge thing worked.
All of Fury minus the dinner scene and final fight.
Wanna derail the thread and fight about it?
Yes. The movie was a shit tier fanart.
The canon ending was Tiger destroying Fury, penetrating that first shot to his side that cut off the hanging logs.
Then the Fury did what Shermans are only good for - exploded. Entire crew died.
The end. Canon.
Or you can just take three seconds to google it instead of being a retard
I liked that movie, it may not have been historically accurate at times but that didn't keep me from enjoying it. Dinner scene was ok and I thought it helped with character development, but I wouldn't want to sit through it again.
Life is Beautiful has one of my favourite tank scenes, despite said tank appearing for less than 5 minutes and not firing a single shot.
Like most people I enjoyed it until the last part, it felt like one of those overly gritty semi-realistic WWII comics. The movie kinda lacked scale, though. It felt like everything happened on a single day, Norman's development felt way too rushed.
