>I am the winner. You better deal with it, bitches
You know, I don't know why everyone has to fight over Utaha, Megumi, and Eriri. They're all cute. Seriously. I'd
marryany of the three, and while I like Utaha the best, they're all amazing and having them on screen is a joy to watch. I don't know why everyone wants to hate, any time they're on the screen I'm having fun. This show is too fun to watch.
Have you ever watched eps 00? At first, I don't know what she was rambling about. But the latest eps has been made clear that Eriri supports Megumi.
More like we can only have comfy threads if people stop trying to shove their opinions down people's throats and respect other people's opinions without baiting. Like it or not, Megumifags have become obnoxious for constantly pushing their girl as best.
Just because most patients in Japan are Japanese, doesn't mean they are sickly. It just that they have bigger population comparatively.
Just take a look at
>her character song starts playing
Fucking aots moment. How are you supposed to compete with this much perfection?
But it's the same old Megumi laughing as she absorbs the other girls strengths.
She won't change, because she was always in control. She's always known exactly what she's doing. EP2 was the perfect example of her ability to play the MC like a fiddle. So many perfect digs.
I got pretty hot and bothered when she appeared.
>two girls fighting over second place
People loving fang/ZR and fapping to it isn't the same as saying objective best/claiming truth and replying to every post that isn't loving Megumi to enforce this best rule Megumifags have in their mind.
The main thing you can fault Eririfags of is taking baits and being defensive, but they react because of Megumifags hating and for being obnoxious in the first place.
She has a few friends
She is not a sociopath as she is not charming and doesn't seem like a self serving cunt
With who? Nothing like that has been shown
Eriri is best.
It's fine if you disagree since that's just my opinion.
Tell one thing MC did for her besides abuse their past relationship to try to make her work for him for free?
In this last episode she went for his home because she was worried he wouldn't have motivation to work, which was correct, and then helped Megumi, which she saw as a rival, to try to motivate him toward his project.
>Would your ideal girl fall in love like this?
She is totally digging the MC.
I pretty much fell in love during that scene.
Best girl, hands down.
>but they react because of Megumifags hating and for being obnoxious in the first place.
Just like Megumifags react to Eririfag baits and general antagonism. And don't pretend Eririfags don't do the same thing of claiming her as best and reply to every post either.
Acting my good sir! She was acting a script drilled in her head. Nothing in ep 00-3 has shown that she feels something special for Tomoya.
But she said mean things to him and acts like an asshole.
Shizuka does do that to 8man at times, and they aren't always for teacherly reasons.
Tomoya and Eriri are childhood friends. At the level of hitting and yellow Eriri does, it's just like a cute quarrel between friends who are upset at each other. You can feel the tension in the air.
This isn't even a contest at this point, it's a one sided massacre. Also Tomoya and Megumi have such good chemistry with each other. Lines like this are giving me heart attacks.
The scene in question IS scripted though, and it's done by Utaha. Megumi won't change, but the role she was playing isn't her, but a girl Tomoya finds is ideal, which isn't of course the typically plain and indifferent Megumi.
>eririfags and their victim complex
It was always you against THK in the first place and Megumi bashing on the side. Of course things didn't explode back then because Megumifags are low in number.
>But she said mean things to him
So did Megumi in the second episode but as longs as they are fun remarks people don't care. And he deserves most of those comments.
>acts like an asshole
People aren't friendly when people ask them for huge favors and then dump them, keeps ignoring them for another person and don't even put effort in the thing he wants you help with.
As we all know, this scene takes the cake (so far).
Your beloved fellow eririfag even provide the proof in the other thread.
Don't you ever pretend that she had more than two or three fans before the seond episode.
Too bad for you I'm far from being the only one who calls out THK.
Megumifags rode on what THK started. And they follow that kind of obnoxious shitposting while praising their girl to heaven.
That is an awful excuse. No one stops their family vacation, asks a couple of girls on how to make a guy motivated, and stays with a guy two nights just for FUN. She has an angle.
Hanging around with Tomoya won't get anyone to notice her.
They spend their money in the most appropriate scenes. That's enough for me.
>Hanging around with Tomoya won't get anyone to notice her.
She's noticed by the two jelly losers.
>tfw megumi will never be real
what is the point in living
You should check the fucking archive better. They were hardly few even in the first week. The real shitstorm started up on the 10th/11th, and there were plenty of Megumifags by then thanks to spoilers.
This episode was pretty much rolling like that. Eriri and Utaha when came to MC's place, none of them could motivate MC to write a project proposal. Megumi also hinted that if she came alone, she wouldn't be able to do anything.
It was trough everyone's effort that Tomoya got back to his feet.
There were, /a/non, dozens of Megumis around you in your life so far. It's just that they were too plain for you to notice they were there
Just like Eriri in that spinoff. Her parents are so great.
I hope the show ends up being about the value of teamwork instead of being about one girl being the best. Especially if we get a few more scenes like this out of it.
But are they just as cute? Remember that Kato is attractive and cute, but she just lacks presence.
Here you go, anons.
>literally gets more perfect with every episode
By the time the show ends, we'll have some sort of perfection paradox
That scene was hilarious.
They like him, which is why they compromised with the plan to give him him motivation for his project, not to make him date Megumi.
Tomoya wanted to taste her delicious saliva.
This is too much for my heart.
Anyone have any idea what he was thinking?
You know how Kato kind of just went with the flow? Maybe he wanted her to push him a bit into doing the stuff that she wanted to do.
I wonder if there'll be a group that subs the insert song. I wonder what the song is saying about Kato.
Is Eriri is a butt goddess?
Especially when Tomoya went to the effort of making the school a perfect place for both of them.
She ruined it all.
Why did they ruin Kato this episode? Her character was fantastic last episode but, by the end of this episode, her character was full of feelings and shit. I don't if I can like her character like that.
Eriri didn't know what Tomoya did when they were kids. She obviously still believed she would get bullied again, that's why she stayed away from him. Tomoya held that grudge, but Eriri was hurting too and he didn't know about her situation.
But Eriri did choose her dream as a creator over staying by Tomoya's side. She still likes him, but she has other priorities that are higher than romance.
>that insert song timing
Good job A-1.
She was acting.
>MC cannot make opposing sides join force to his cause.
>Megumi single-handedly putting truce on them work for a goal.
>choose her dream as a creator over staying by Tomoya's side. She still likes him, but she has other priorities that are higher than romance
Eriri confirmed for better character for not just being tsundere who wants the D above all else.
She could have left Tomoya's circle while still having a chance to win, but she fucked up. It's not that she's a better character because she has other priorities, she's just inept.
Why do the other harem shows have better threads than this show even though Saekano is aots material?
Being emotional fragile/weak is a flaw of hers, but it can be said to be a moe trait too, you know.
Also, not really. Tomoya got depressed and upset not because Utaha and Eriri told him too late before he could discuss or convince them otherwise to not go, but because they left him. However they could had approached it, in the end they still will have to leave him. That's what Tomoya cared about.
That's one of the reasons I like her so much. She gets shit done and acts nothing like a boring or plain girl, putting the title of the series to shame.
>you will never be assaulted by Eiri's silky slim scented twintails
My chest hurts.......a lot....
The most irritating thing is, she is a nice girl to both of them. Rejecting her will only makes them looks like a bitch.
That's typical in harem. Girls are always easy on other girls and hardly ever wrong them in harem. Even if they are competing, they make it fair or support the girl anyways for some girl reasons. And it's always the MC's fault or is the one who gets punished whenever there's a case of being a pervert, making girls cry, and so on.
This should be the official webm for the average Saekano thread.
The characters accurately represent their respective fans there. It's perfect.
I guess you could say it's a
Alright, in the spirit of actual discussion, I'm going to bite the bullet here and ask: "what makes really Kato the 'best girl'"?
It's obvious that she's cute, and I enjoy her deadpan conversation delivery immensely, but I can't seem to wrap my head around her being "the best" at all.
There's just something off about Kato - mainly her motivations/reason for any of her actions. I just can't seem to grasp her as a character.
Coming from some of the other spinoff material (namely the manga), as well as conversation/information from the show itself, it's clear that the other two "heroines" have a history with our protagonist, and are enamored with him. They've known each other for a longer period of time, and interacted enough for the two to understand, somewhat, their feelings for him.
However, Kato, on the other hand has only just started being on speaking terms with the protagonist, and she's already comfortable with entering his house, staying the night, and even leaving a family trip to come meet him?
Any extra character motivations are just completely non-existant. I've seen comparisons between Kato and Senjougahara of the Monogatari series, and this doesn't seem to be the same either. Crab-chan at least had a series of interactions and her own troubles that caused her to seek out any "pillar of support" which happened to be Araragi, and her troubles were even fleshed out very early on in the series. But with Kato it just feels unnatural, and breaks my immersion, my suspension of disbelief, ever so slightly.
So, please, I would love to have an explaination for why Kato is Best Girl, as, while I do love her dialogue, I find myself drawn to the delicious thighs of Kasumigaoka Utaha more.
then why was everyone a bitch to Mirei?
She is essentially the genderbent version of themselves.
Plain, boring , normal compare to the other high achievers and 2 hottest girls in school.
Megumi is essentially the viewer self insert and shows how a normal girl can actually rise up and end up besting the 2hottest girls in school.
Nigga, you need to re-watch the episode. The club girls were angry at the MC, not her. And they should be since the MC clearly fucked it up by leaving the misunderstanding opened and not fixed.
Rivals who stand on the same level are the exception to the rule. Japan has a huge hard-on doing this. You see this almost everywhere that deals with rivals on opposing spectrum. Yozora/Sena, Yukino/Yui, Orange/Silver, Aika/Twoearle, Eleonora/Mila, Eriri/Utaha, etc.
They weren't. How the hell did you arrived to that conclusion anyways?
So basically no matter how good you are, someone out of nowhere can come up and upstage you, seems legit... Years of past chemistry spent with the other 2 all disregarded because the MC happens to be a faggot.
Everyone love an underdog story and Megumi is the girl most people can relate to the most.
Invisible, not many friends, no club, just go to school and then go home with minimal social contact.
She doesn't love Tomoya unlike the other two. She sticks with him because he was the only one to pay attention to her. She sees that he's a fun company, and above all, has ambitions and goals, which is why she feels compelled to help him out.
First of all, not all people likes something for the same reason. Also,
>I just can't seem to grasp her as a character.
Thats the point, Anon. Katou Megumi designed as an ambiguous character to break your stereotypical immersion on typical harem heroines. It makes you wonder and inquire like what you're doing now. What she was thinking? What is her motivation? Is she a pushover? Or actually though? Where will she draw the line? Is she liking the MC? etc. But rather than an "X"-box she is actually/also a white canvas which could absorb any kind of color painted into her (like she did in this episode). She also has the lowest AT-Field which makes her identity attribute is weaker, making her a little bit harder to like from the get-go, but also very hard to hate. It also help that there are not many characters like these. So, people with more experience in watching harem series felt her character was rather refreshing to watch (and being the main heroine, no less).
Well for me, I love her exchange with Tomoya. And how she is less 'desperate' than any other heroines.
