So how does the carding system work anyway? Someone decides certain people have bounties and sends posters to Bacchus and all over but who? What do they do to make it so those people can be carded? Who ever this is they have a lot of power.
Does Favaro still have a bounty on him? If there's a S2 will he get carded?
An outlaw surely can't be knighted so I doubt he still has it. Plus it would be risky having Kaisar say seal soh ketom while he's holding the bracelet at an arm's and then some length otherwise.
Oh neat a Bahamut thread.
I always got the impression that some human authority is involved with issuing bounties. Since Favaro got his shortly after escaping the Knights with Amira.
>If there's a S2 will he get carded?
Oh god I hope not. But I do want to see more bounty hunting shenanigans for the probable S2.
>Plus it would be risky having Kaisar say seal soh ketom while he's holding the bracelet at an arm's and then some length otherwise
Oh yeah that's true. Wouldn't of that been awkward.
It was a real worry I had for a split second.
Hey Kaisar, the good news is you got extra money. The bad news is...
I wonder how bounties get cancelled. Did the king dash off a letter to somewhere? Is there an office full of angels doing paperwork?
So how many of you have the BluRay iso downloaded and working? It finished for me a few days ago. Too bad I don't understand Nip, otherwise I'd listen to the Kaisar commentary track.
Someone summarized the jist of it in previous threads:
> Laments that Favaro dumped him to do the commentary on his own
> "Haha, perhaps you don't quite understand what I am saying? I myself have no idea either!! Forcing me to do this commentary by myself because YOU couldn't come... haha, it's too late to regret it now!"
> "I want to go home"
> "Ah, while I was talking about nothing, the opening credits have started!"
> Random FAVARO as the OP plays
> Is proud of his chest hair (while pondering Favaro pit hair) because it's manly
> Is jealous of Amira sitting on and slapping Favaro, wants to be slapped too
> "Such brutality!" at Gauring stabbing him
> Captan Lavalley is so nice and awesome! Captain Gauring is mean..."
> "And while such misfortune had befallen me, in the calm second half, Favaro was on a horse-riding date with Amira"
> boasting that he could totally go all the way into a haunted house, unlike the embarrassing Favaro.
> "I want to protect, I want to try and protect the lady... is what I was thinking, but of course, it was Amira!"
> ”Such beauty... of course, with Favaro, it's a complete mismatch"
>"I mean - the two of them are HAVING DINNER together?!"
>"No, Amira, you can't drink the wine!" ... "AN INDIRECT KISS!?!?"
> even indirect kisses are not allowed before marriage
> "Favaro! It's incredibly rude to ask about a lady's first time! I can't believe you would ask such a thing... but, do continue"
> likes chicken, and has chicken and cake every year on his birthday.
> "And before we knew it, we have come to the ending. Perhaps because I was so frantic, I have absolutely no memory of what I talked about."
> gets teary-eyed over Amira's beautiful singing, and then reads out the lyrics to the song (ie not singing) just before they are sung
Think they'll be making subs as well later
>seel soh cetom
>Favaro and Gilles get carded
>Jeanne tries to stab Bahamut, fails and dies
>no Holy Knight to save the world
>everyone is kill
Oh yeah there was that bridge too. I mean where Amira stomps through the planks.
This fucking media player I grabbed for playing BluRay iso files won't let me go frame by frame and every time I try to pause it's blurry in that scene, but here. File size is huge too, but oh well.
I've only noticed two changes so far, the bridge scene in pic related and the scene between Kaisar and Lavalley. Overall it looks good though.
Has this baby come in for anon yet?
I must see these...in higher resolution.
I would watch corporate SOL about angels doing paperwork in RoB world. Imagine what the events of the show would cause in workload.
>that feel when the fucking clipshow episode aired on my birthday
They got a better artist on those wanted posters I see.
the worst wait in Bahamut history was between 6 and 7 though
Yeah no kidding. In retrospect they really needed that 1 week break so I'm glad they did it.
This reminds me of JRPG models from the ps2 gen. How nostalgic.
I think out of all the episodes 10 had the most QUALITY. 11 on the whole looked good, just some offmodel scenes with Kaisar and the fight with Favaro looked kind of 'eh', at least the animation hasn't suffered from it.
The episodes I want to see fixed from BDs the most would probably be 7 because offmodels, 10 and the parts I mentioned from 11.
His eyebrows look like that most of the time actually. But I agree. That look of wonder in his eyes, that small smile.
10/10 would watch the end of the world with.
He's just so happy about the world ending. It's lit up his shrivelled crusty soul.
I would maybe want some fixes to cgi-dragon in 9. Then again my real issues with cgi dragon are plot related. I wish they'd had an episode between 9 and 10 with Amira Kaisar and Favaro doing something before even more exposition in 10.
>7 because offmodels
Surprising how different problems 7 and 10 had considering Kenji Hayama supervised both. Also the goddamn motion blur in the good shots I'd want to cap.
I must be one of the few people who weren't offended by the CGI dragon. Maybe I just grew accustomed to that CGI style from T&B.
There really should've been an episode in between 9 and 10, everything seemed to happen too fast. Plus more lovely time for FavaKaiAmira interaction, but alas the plot had to move along, and there were only 3 episodes left.
I didn't even notice that shot, what a shame. Wait for BDs, hopefully.
It wasn't the cgi iteslf that bothered me so much, really just the plot explaining.
Another episode would have really helped. Kaisar really could have used some interaction with Amira. He has this huge crush on her but never really knows her at all.
He is a very pretty man.
I like how you can tell how serious a situation is through his hair. Episode7: pretty serious, pomp rustled. Episode 12: world may be ending, THE POMP IS DOWN REPEAT THE POMP IS DOWN.
It's funny because he meets her in front of the tavern but doesn't show any reaction. But when she's in her human outfit (which Favaro picked out) he's completely captivated. I guess the two just have the same
Also I wonder if Kaisar went through that thing with Favaro where he realizes she's just a kid/extremely dangerous and doesn't want to tap that.
True. He's all "hey you ned help?" but drops it when she's not interested and other wise doesn't seem to care. Then later he's blinded by her amazing beauty. I guess Favaro is a master of style.
He heard the exposition in 10 but who knows if it really registered. Other than that first meeting they've barely exchanged words.
The difference is actually cleavage or no cleavage.
Surely Kaisar would never even glance at a fair maiden's chest?
Shit you might be right
That's a funny way to spell thighs.
Spain dandy strikes me as an ass person, judging from his two companions.
>even indirect kisses are not allowed before marriage
Is Kaisar serious?
Kaisar is pure and possibly a masochist.
This commentary has brought us great things.
Well Favaro gave him a hand instead of a ring but maybe that counts as marriage and they can indirect kiss all they want.
What are the chance of a second season?
Is the show selling well?
I am excited but also dread the possibility they'd kill more characters. Aw hell, I'll take the gamble.
I don't think he was close enough after she was absorbed by Bahamut and up until the very end he was pretty adamant about wanting to save her so even if she could still have been carded I don't think he'd do it. I don't think he's a guy that'll think "well if I kill one person to save many then--"
He stood in close proximity and for a good few seconds gawked at her in angel form after she hatched from the key cocoon.
>even if she could still have been carded I don't think he'd do it.
That's why he's destined to be useless, he'll never do anything unless you tell him. No wits whatsoever, there hasn't been a single instance where Kaisar's decisions on the spot helped anyone.
Excluding his sudoku maneuver in episode 7.
We can only assume Kaisar and Favaro had their bounties lifted through their accolade, but Amira is still viewed as captive fugitive. For a safety measures I imagine her bounty would've been kept in case she tried to run for it.
I don't think Kaisar ever had a bounty on him.
Kaisar isn't a planner he's a doer. He's really good at kicking ass but tricky shit and long term planning are weak points. That's why him and Favaro work best as a team, Favaro can think shit up an Kaisar back it up.
Not that Kaisar doesn't try to get better at it over the series with paying more attention to surroundings in 7 and distracting Azazel for Jeanne and trying to fake a fight in 9, but he's still working on it.
I see only pros of this situation, even if they had to go another route with their villains and make them more obvious and conflicted as opposed to rusemaster from S1.
- Hopefully a more matured Amira
- Less Kaisar pointlessly chasing Favaro, maybe sobe better development between those two.
- Hopefully a better villain than Blandyvalley.
- By popular demand, more Rita and Azazel.
Stop making excuses for this faget. He got rused by Lavalley in episode 11 like a child even after all his bullshit had been exposed, could not muster such an obvious thing as carding him immediately even after being briefed by Rita with particular pressure on the fact that he's a Bounty. Stood there and listened to the exposition dragon and yet couldn't draw any conclusions regarding Amira's situation. "I'll save Lady Amira" my ass, words as vapid as Kaisar's head.
I'm not arguing he's smart. Kaisar is not a smart man.
Yeah maybe you should stop being angry at anime. Some characters are just written to be slow when the quick-witted and resourceful role is already filled by a couple of others, for balance.
Hopefully the producers or whatever for the show have a better idea now on how to subtlety market their game. Add more likeable card characters and if possible, make them relevant to the story. Hey the gods now have a reason to interact with humans because it was partly their fault for Bahamut releasing for being so distant with them.
Why do you hate Kaisar so much? Why can't he just be our lovable naive-and-not-so-intelligent Knight?
I look forward to more card cameos as well. Azazel and Jeanne were really entertaining to watch so I'd like to see what they could do with the others.
God yes please add Grimnir and not kill him. Maybe give Cerberus more to do since she's mandatory.
As for major villain possibilities I got your guaranteed VOTY right here.
But no really thee are some interesting characters in the cards they could throw in.
>Yeah maybe you should stop being angry at anime.
Don't take it so personal.
>Why do you hate Kaisar so much?
As prominent character as he is, he is also frustrating to watch.
Cerberus' role just tells me that too popular characters are hard to include since minding not angering the fanbase all the time is too restrictive. They had someone from Cygames overseeing their handling but he apparently looked away with everything involving Azazel.
>Hey the gods now have a reason to interact with humans because it was partly their fault for Bahamut releasing for being so distant with them.
Somehow, other than Michael, I don't think many of them picked up that lesson. There's also the fact that humans weren't really the part of the fight against Bahamut this time so gods weren't able to notice their involvement. I wonder if anyone ever wondered what did actually happen? Was Gabriel put before some kind of tribunal for her god awful handling of the Bahamut case? Or are the gods a bunch of self serving, complacent bastards and as soon as that's been dealt with everyone went to have a margarita and a cigar for a job well done.
But she's been relegated to a mascot and comedic relief, same with Jeanne being sidelined or Lucifer being hilariously passive and useless.
Remember the cardfags from initial threads blustering about Cerberus being amongst the strongest in Hell and how she's about to wreck shit? That was fun.
I would think and hope that Gabriel is in a shitty position right now because she indirectly let her whole council die, and a bunch of other pantheon thanks to Bahamut releasing. From the angels conversing there seems to be some sort of system to deal with the consequences of their actions, but I'm not too sure and haven't watched those episodes in a long time.
Was she really one of the strongest in Hell? I haven't been playing the game for long so I have no idea what she's like in the game plot. I do remember that one cardwaifu fag though. Christ that thread was a nightmare to read.
That's the thing really, she didn't need to fight because her losing or inconsistencies or uncool moments would have pissed the hell off people minding >powerlevels. She was just being cute and fanservice. Better do nothing so nothing can be done wrong. Lucifer is that or time restrictions.
