Is this the way to HELHEIMU?
Not a peep from the official account as usual, but the materials book (~200 pages) is slated for April 28th.
Of course there'll be a S2
in another dimension with an all new cast
Well there is a lot of fall out from Bahamut and the events of the series.
>power gaps in Gods and Demons due to tons of them dying
>relationship between Gods and Humans changed since Jeanne was fucked over and even though she's back in power the only God in charge that seemed to care much about human relations (Michael) died
>new king always possible he's a fuck up like last one
>Humans have to deal with massive destruction in general and probably shittons dead when the towns blew up
As for the main characters there's
>continuing bounty hunting shenanigans now in bffs duo mode
>Azael maybe fucking with them if he still wants revenge for episode 7
>trying to find Amira
>if Kaisar actually had no permission to leave his job and is in shit now
Time skip is so rushed and random it's hard to tell what's even going on. One scene of Kaisar being somewhere, next scene he's in completely different outfit and setting, some knights gathering, Favaro rambling about Bahamut, half the characters missing. It doesn't wrap up anything.
I could see scenario for S2 following pretty much the same 'some skewed individual seeks to unleash Bahamut' route. It wouldn't be off the bat for some interdimensional demon to find him, take out the barb and there you have it, Bahamut released.
I could see that as a possible plot
>THIS SHOW IS OVER AND MY NEVER COME BACK!
Bahamut could kick himself back by pure coincidence at any given time. If a single stab with a barb iwas s all it took to send him, or open a portal, into some parallel dimension a whole intact Bahamut could do the same by himself.
I think if a S2 ever happens, Favaro trying to find Amira is an all but guarantee. I mean he's already snuck into a living demon castle from hell to save her, doesn't seem like a stretch he'd try to find Bahamut.
That might actually be something I'd buy. I'd like to see some preview pics though before committing.
Art books are great, but sometimes there's a fuckton of written material in them that I can't read.
That's true. Can't just let the poor kid suffer.
I like to think she's in the ED dimension chilling with flowers and stuff at least.
Also I really hope they do White Day.
I think since it's a material book and not a fanbook it'll be more focued on art. I wished we had more interview and behind the scenes meat released through other channels though.
Were there any auctions posted on mandarake this week? I know there was this one
Yahoo auctions had one, might have been a resale of the one from mandarake though.
So does that mean they went full detail on everyone's character sheets?
Stay away from the little girl, anon.
I think it's part of his charm.
I like how characters in this can go from pretty to ugly as all hell depending on emoting.
That's Kaisar's special ability, pretty by default and ugly when emotional. Favaro's default is goofy, which changes into handsome when serious.
Damn, his not pretty crying is great. World needs more ugly crying in anime.
Neither the official site nor amazon have updated the BD cover. BD bonuses haven't been listed either. Shame since I want to see this in higher resolution. I wonder what's the hold up?
They should update the info soon to have time to spread the word about the card bonus with people who don't keep up with the animu. And maybe acknowledge the soundtrack and the book releases at the next Baharinight.
Gilles can't give money if he's dead. Also anime Gilles seems to have more charisma than RL one did. Can't see him running and hiding in the chapel from a demon.
>BD bonuses haven't been listed either.
You mean on amazon? That's weird, it's like they don't WANT this to sell, if they still had issues with the cover they could just upload a tentative pic.
Yeah. Anime Gilles would probably tell a demon to fuck off if it wasn't the one he wanted.
And what I'm reading seems to indicate he's not necessarily as intelligent as how he is depicted in most media, or at not as savvy. It seems like it was his grandfather who had more cunning than him. I guess Gilles was more of a Cersei Lannister than a Tywin Lannister in real life. Capable of some cunning, and paranoid and delusional, but not really the mastermind he is depicted as in media sometimes.
I just hope funi does a whole series release so I can buy it in english.
Yeah RL Gilles sounds hilariously dumb in a lot of what I've read.
God realm or whatever
Maybe his stupidity is part of the reason a few people over the centuries have claimed he might actually be innocent of his crimes. He seems to be pretty gullible, an easy man to take advantage of.
When is the next screening event supposed to be? It'll have Tsuda Kenjiro this time right?
Compared to the first volume bonus list seems pretty much complete, there's the book, pamphlet, commentary, codes. I'm not really expecting much more at this point. I think lack of store bonus is also going to be consistent with the first one else they'd have already listed it. There's still a month to preorder it but narrowing the window like that seems odd.
Nah, there's no point to it beside Amira. Kind of makes me wonder if she was born naked as a demon then is her bikini armour what Gilles dressed her up in? Not the best taste, that bikini.
