How was Araragi able to jump from rooftops without any damage, have 100% effectiveness with the sword and grab/lift the tiger and drag him towards Hanekawa?
I'm on episode 12 and still wasn't explained...
Oh I can see where this is headed.
If you've read the LNs could you tell me what happened between him and Karen that time? I don't really enjoy thinking he lost his virginity to his sister.
He's half vamp, he doesn't have super strength or super agility, the only thing he retained from being a vampire is regenerating, not falling from high places with no damage and having super strength.
He's not even half vamp most of the time, he's usually around ~1%, unless he gives his blood to Shinobu increasing both of their powers, its like what Oshino said before he fought the rainy devil, that he doesn't even have 10% of the power he did when he was a full vamp even after powering up by letting Shinobu drink his blood.
Letting her know when he has started another relationship? I'm not clear on the details, but I'm pretty sure that Araragi just sort of dropped the fact that he had a female ""life partner" on Senjougahara and she had to deal with it.
But I guess it depends on how puritanical your views are on cheating. There are a few groping incidents mostly done for comedic value and he's kissed Hachikuji, or rather she kissed him. But she said she's fine with his escapades as long as it doesn't get serious. He hasn't actually had sex with anyone but crab.
Nothing wrong with a good old wholesome play session.
>Having a serious relationship with someone
Who exactly are you talking about?
It might not be conventionally romantic, but he is genuinely committed to spending the rest of his life with her.
I don't know how many times I've had to go over this.
Yes, he is extremely close to Shinobu. Their relationship is closer than Araragi and Hitagi's could ever be. But his relationship with araragi is completely different from his relationship with Shinobu. They are symbiotic. He loves her as he loves himself where as he loves Crab as an actual lover.
See the above
It's a one sided puppy love. Maybe if she were like 8 years older and not, you know, dead they could have had something.
>He loves her as he loves himself
This is wrong. Araragi loves Shinobu as a separate entity. Their relationship may be physically symbiotic, but they still have separate bodies, thoughts, emotions, and motives. If they really wanted to split it off, they could ask Gaen to do it. I don't know what else you need in order to be a separate person in any way that matters.
Not many people would be so tolerant as to accept that sort of side relationship. You might be able to justify it as a sort of familial or fraternal affection that normal couples have to accept in almost every case, but I won't buy it if you tell me that there is no romantic tension between Araragi and Shinobu.
He's Karen's brother. You know the girl with no magical power who can destroy the whole area, a bridge and the road when she's sick. He also have vampire powers and a brushy stick.
>"These days, you never know if it might be a crime…"
>After all, there’s been trends to protect the rights of characters that don’t even exist that have been rising day after day.
How can he be so based
>Araragi loves Shinobu as a separate entity.
I agree with you.
I said that the way he loved her was LIKE loving yourself.
His relationship with Shinobu is deeper than it could ever be with Crab, but at the same time it's also more shallow because he doesn't love her romantically. He loves her in a more familial sense.
Nah, she is just completely unrelated to the story. The only reason she exist outside of her arc is to have a reason for Araragi not to have sex with any of the other girls. All the moments she is in could have her removed and it wouldn't change a thing.
>it's also more shallow because he doesn't love her romantically
Back-up a moment. You really cannot defend the claim that any form of love is stronger or more important than another. I also can't believe that there is no romantic aspect to their love. They may never act on it for their entire lives, but it's definitely there.
This is the education level of Crab-haters.
If Hanekawa gets raped by a wild pack of niggers and gets HIV while she's traveling, would Arararagi use his semen to cure her?
Personally, I think Araragi has resolved to kill himself after Senjougahara dies.
It's never overtly mentioned, but there's some serious sexual tension at points. Nobody who goes in for this sort of kiss is completely joking
or teasing or whatever excuse you might make.
You're talking out of your ass. She had a pivotal central role in bake and a secondary supporting role in all subsequent chapters. She was immensely important to the development of not only Araragi, but also to the entire overarching plot.
>Nobody who goes in for this kind of tooth cleaning is completely joking.
How is that reaching? He "teasingly" went in for a 5-second kiss with a close female friend "just to shut her up." Anyone with any sort of social awareness is going to think that something is going on.
