We get this shit instead of K-On college/Amagi season 2? It better be good
How convenient that they placed the best girls on the same side
>long straight black hair (i know it's overused but fuck it)
My boner can't be contained.
But this is the best girl.
Jesus fucking christ when you will you people understand this isn't a SoL.
>every piece of H-art is going to give her balloon tits and sausage nipples
>Amagami didn't have that much fantasy either
That's the same argument people make about Haruhi. Both are bullshit. Both had enough fantasy to not be real. Enough to spice things up.
Still have to watch for Mio clone though, FUCK.
K-ON College manga is just stupid. College, girl interact with girl only. Author can't insert boy because it will make them slut, not pure or something along that lines. But college without boy or drinking beer seems unrealistic. Probably author also can't write decent interaction/dialog between boy and girl.
That's why they ended early.
Anything in college with 4 girls would do though, it doesn't have to be K-ON.
I'm mean this is also K-ON with classical instruments anyway.
I'm dying at the sight of such genius creativity.
>not one, but two girls with fluffy hair in the main cast
I'm going to fap myself raw this season
>Anything in college with 4 girls would do though
How many anime to do sell ever get set in college in the first place? By any studio?
Genshiken? Golden Time? Nodame Cantabile? Moyashimon?
It's a rare thing for Japan to adapt seinen/josei series set in college, much less make original shows either. College in Japan isn't that interesting anyway, your characters can become too jaded, they're not young and full of promise anymore. Anime culture is obsessed with youth and their high school years; always has been away will be.
i feel like KyoAni has a "system" that the production team follows for every new show that makes them all the same. They get a new script and the production team follows the same guidelines and directions that makes the same finished product.
This. You can do what you want in college compared to their school.
When everybody behaves the same in schools and the anime is about someone being unique, then it works.
In college everybody can be unique because they can do whatever they want so the characters don't stand out much. In every single school anime if they show a glimpse of college even if it's a couple of months later, the characters are suddenly super mature and responsible.
That touch is just because they hire all their staff, so always use the same character designers and effects/photography people. It's why that bloom effect is so common in their shows.
Why? Ishihara is directing this. Completely new people directed Free! and Kyoukai.
Ishihara, Takemoto and Yamada are the three major ones who have directed most of their shows and those are the ones everyone seems to love?
Midget Mugi will be the bestest though.
>girl with Eureka hairstyle
First episode preview impressions:
>there were so many "I remember that!" moments from being in a brass band. And I don't know how, but I started to cry during the prologue. So many memories from high school
>First ep made me glad to have played a brass intrument.
>It was pretty good. Sasuga KyoAni. Looks like the ED was written and composed by ZAQ.
>My overall impressions:
>Lots of motion in the OP!
>The main character was like early Ui-chan
>Saphire-chan is cute!
>Hibike Euphonium preview just finished! The story already makes me want to watch the next episode. I think I can like this!
So Euphonium got confirmed for 1-cour instead of 2-cour like I initially expected.
Which makes me question what Kyoani will do in Summer and Fall, maybe Euphonium is split cour or we'll finally get Violet Ever Garden.
A break is also possible though Kyoani have already done one in Winter this year.

The show is TBS, so I assume they're also in control too? You can never be 100% sure with production committees.

It has Lantis and Ponycanyon listed for production

Not much of a preview with someone wearing there nostalgia goggles. Nor insightful nor do I care.
