>【OP曲】神撃のバハムート GENESIS OP『EXiSTENCE』収録のSiM５thシングル「ANGELS and DEViLS」6/10（水）発売決定！！フルVer.がようやく！ #バハジェネ #bahamut_genesis
No worries anon hope is the core of this series, right?
The official twitter also posted a spring-themed image yesterday
Wouldn't it be based if they finished show before writing the rest of the lyrics to be accurate.
A full S2 would be better for bounty huntan and Hell honeymoon
plsantics but a movie for a conclusion of the story (except Bahamut still can't die because it's better that way).
I liked it but feel bad for Amira.
S2 would be hard for my nerves in case they kill everyone or something but either is great as long as non-tragic ending.
Honestly, it's a venture so big and time consuming that I'm not expecting anything soon, what with Satou getting involved in other projects, his new studio, dim possibility of T&B S2 and so on. Not that I'm not hopeful, even despite the fact that there doesn't seem to be much of a demand. It's one thing that cools my hopes the most because if people don't want to watch it then moba coins aren't going to help here.
Well, it's not like Amira is all forgotten, Favaro's life is pretty much dedicated to getting her back at this point. I'd really love to see where this goes, it feels like the adventure is only just beginning and it'd be a damn shame if we'd never gotten a chance to see it. I'd really love a continuation in any shape or form. S2 would be good, but I think a movie would be great for bringing everything on a even more epic scope of things. I think I'm less about length and more about the spectacle.
Would you accept a time/old-skip with no casualties instead for a definite closure?
I'm sure that is next on their list.
>Unlimited mobage funds.
There's no such thing anon. If bahamut mobage doesn't increase in popularity we're doomed. Cygames dude may be crazy with his idea Genesis but he's not going to keep throwing money into abyss.
Granblue is new hotness, I suspect. Rita is already in, maybe she can bring everyone else.
Or maybe if they flipping sold the show in dvds and not just limited edition versions and did some advertising it would sell a bit more, goshdarnit!
>"Shingeki no Bahamut:GENESIS is an epic about the spirits that interweave and inflame the lives of men!"
>"What is it, something about Lucifer's manly spirit?"
Lucifer's spirit confirmed for inflaming Azazel.
>bounty hunter honeymoon
>Rita and Thing honeymoon
Maybe it has something to do with the international audience? Staff interviews already hint at intentional western pandering in Bahamut, and since the game is out in the west, maybe they were intending to promote it over there? Exceot then they kind of didn't
We'll see after the BD are out, I think Genesis would fare well on westfag TV.
Baby Kaisar looks a lot better as a chibi.
Granblue looks very promising from the PV but unless they turn it into generic mass-appeasing JRPG it'll bomb as hard as any other recent fantasy production. Optionally it could have a fantastic story, but those don't really happen in animu.
There's a recent interview with Cygames, talking something about their new anime division. And a new project this year? Would any anon be badass enough to translate this?
Granblue anime seems to be all but confirmed. With Cygames opening a production studio I don't see how they won't promote their new IP. I'm kind of excited, because they have the funds to make some classic high fantasy anime any JRPG adaptation could wish for.
Part of me wants to believe they're holding off on the dub to find a better quality cast. Or waiting for the right time to advertise in the west since the anime recently ended.
They were never going to release DVDs. It's been flat out said it'd be a waste of art/animation quality for a shitty format and they won't have that. Still though... 50% drop off in sales for vol. 2? Come on cygames, come on. Inb4 BD 4 cancelled.
Possibilities are endless.
I feel like Bahamut is done in Japan, there'll be a concert and that'll be it
50% dropoff is pretty bad, the only solace we have is that they obviously didn't give a shit about sales judging from the near absence of any kind of promotion. For an old-fashioned medieval fantasy in today's market, it's actually doing fine.
Just look at poor Maria's sales for comparison.
Pretty much, although sales are still a gauge of demand which makes it just as bad. It's not just the dics though, but the anime itself is barely known outside of the core fanbase. Did cygames not give a shit if anybody even watched their show?
Shit sux, I had hoped it would at least cross 1k. I also hoped for genesis vol. 2 to cross the 2k mark. Welp, shows hoping for things is a bad idea.
>tfw no offshoot of Favaro and Kaisar as wrestlers
Thanks. Didn't see it listed in any of the sales threads.
Japs, shit taste, etc. We all know it's true. A dub would be great, because I think this show would do better in the US than over there, but I doubt we'll even get that.
Halving the stalker estimates are actually a pretty good way to predict sales now. I fear how much vol. 3 has accumulated.
>but the anime itself is barely known outside of the core fanbase.
That sucks, didn't Bahamut at least get a decent timeslot? I guess the only hope we have is decent show ratings to the likes of Space Dandy on Toonami or something.
It won't though.
Only 749 copies less than Mushishi.
Anime is dead.
Why can't we have nice things?
I don't have a BD player
Yeah I like you Baharimax, but I don't like you that much. I still need to eat.
It makes me sad to see that the bahamut franchise is pretty much dead, I've become quite attached to not only the anime cast but the moba characters as well. If only the moba had better gameplay and UI.
>T&B never got another season
>neither will this
Goddamn pleb japs ruining everything for everybody
I'm just a broke nigger. If I had money like I used to, I'd probably go fuck it and buy it, international shipping rape prices and all. Wouldn't be the first time I've overpaid for media. But not now.
I don't understand why they charge so much for BDs anyway. I guess it's the same logic as the record insustry charging so much for cds in the 2000's. They do it because they think they can, then whine about downloading.
It actually helps that the dreadful Kancolle anime and to a smaller extent Cinderella Girls aired right after Bahamut since it's getting sometimes brought up as a benchmark for social game anime. And hell the interview here >>123485673 said the reception was better than they excepted.
And for the record they don't deny the possibility of Granblue in it but also say they keep their horizons open for e.g. mixed media projects (pls no they're always doomed) and the guy thinks Genesis ended very nicely so if the creative end of things doesn't think it needs a continuation, it's not likely.
