New chapter is out
I wasn't going to dump it but whatever
This is the page before the one I posted
Because this time it's a whopping 13 page chapter!
No dude, before that scene you can hear him finishing off Tank Top Vegetarian.
He likely stepped over his body and walked to the other side.
They were always close to the exit of the alley, The camera was facing the other way.
God damn it murata King is supposed to be threatening, not that fucking sexy
So, has it been mentioned that Sonic and Flash use the same technique? They might be related, my guess is both of them came from the same ninja village.
>King is supposed to be threatening, not that fucking sexy
Haven't you read Word of God
>4. While the most popular one in their world is sweet mask, king is rather high up as well.
>So, would Tatsumaki make a good fight for saitama?
No, not even close
No one can fight Saitama on par, the ones you think can fight him on level or anywhere near, are set up so that they can have that break down moment later as they react in a big way to not being able to win despite boasting.
I think she explains it at one point that in order to use psychic stuff on someone you have to comprehend their full strength or be stronger than they are physically with your mind.
King is popular as fuck, shouldn't be surprising he's both handsome and scary, compared to most of the S class. I guess Zombieman and Flash are just under him and Sweet Mask.
Thinking about it, I can't belive we never got a special chapter with Otakus fans of the female heros like Fubuki, Tatsumaki and the B class Lyla girl.
Honestly, it's easier to forget about power levels when it comes to fighting, and think about power levels when it comes to stealing Saitama's food.
If you gathered all of the S-Rank heroes together around a hot pot, who would be the one to get all the meat?
> We'll now see those breasts in more than half of the incoming chapters.
Feels good man.
>All this talk of Fubuki's boobs when these guys are ignoring best girl
Relief i'm not the only sane one.
Tatsumaki's are way more emphasized because of the lewd dress. Just comparing their best point.
Well, it's also possible she's overcompensating because she has a childish body... who actually wears things like that, especially if you can fly...
regardless, tatsumaki is still better.
Stylish mature sexy body, lewd lips, huge breasts.
legal loli body, lewd dress that emphasizes the legs/hips/asses, and can fly.
I really want to see how the Prison School's author would draw both of them.
>There are people in here who dont read One's Wan Pan mang
>Don't know what people are saying in this chapter
What is your excuse, fifthy casual?
Don't try to question anything related to the vice pres, it just doesn't works like that.
The redraws are so much better. Based Murata.
Can't wait to see what he will give us for the 9th volume and the Fubuki arc.
Besides the serious side hops obviously
At which chapter did the 8th volume end ? When can we expect the new one to come out ? 2-3 months ?
> Prison School's artist
> lack of drawing skill/knowledge
Somehow, I just can't picture this cutie in a lewd way compared to Tatsumaki and Fubuki.
Did you forget or miss the 2 pages comic bonus of the 8th volume ? The clean is already done.
i saw that, i'm actually waiting for better scans of the entire volume or the scans of the extra chapter. Else it feels awkward to make a release of only 2 pages.
But these 2 were already available in good quality compared to the rest, besides being the only real new pages. Rest is just illustrations or redraws, which I don't remember you ever adapting.
So, Murata posted this sketch redraw but didn't update it after all ?
can Tatsuya beat king?
there's also this page, hence i'm waiting for better scans.
I really love this redraw, because you can read it as intimidating, but once you've read further and go back to it, you can clearly see the fear in his eyes. It's the perfect expression for the situation.
> do just plain porn
That's the opposite. Prison School is literally the best lewd comedy ever. Every scenes besides ones with the vice pres that involve something like a guy seeing a girl naked always have repercussions. And the characters are great.
>Start reading Prison School
>Pretty much marathon it in couple of hours
>Judging by it, I was 100% sure this guy does porn on the side
Genuinely one of my saddest anime/manga related discoveries
Yes, also, better version of the image for you.
Powerlevels don't make sense in the first place. The character with the stronger plot armor wins in any case. If Accelerator was in a DC comic,he'd lose. Same for Flash in a manga.
Goku is my favorite anime character, but nor him nor Superman can touch Saitama, simply because Saitama is written to be the strongest being in universe and can defeat anybody with a single punch, only chance in defeating saitama has some superhero whose powers work on like a mental/spiritual level, like some kind of mind control or something like that, but anyone who relies on psychical damage can't do anything against him.
As I stated I was only talking about psychical damage, someone with supernatural powers which don't rely on psychical damage can probably defeat him.
Let's say there some guy who can control time , he regresses saitama to pre training.
Or something which works on a soul level, like ghost riders stare.
>mind controller's face when trying to figure out how to manipulate that
PL in DB are bullshit when it comes to destruction scaling.
> Gotrunks SSJ3 goes full power on muscle Buu and it just makes a little hole less bigger than Beefcake's after he smashes Saitama
>but his punches can't fucking split the sky halfway around the world like Saitama's can.
He has literally punched through 10 Earths worth of mass, and that was a missed punch.
His endurance is well beyond planetary destruction levels for sure too.
Battle of the Gods movie. He promptly got his ass handed to him by Beerus after doing that.
>A lot to make others look good
Except that the monsters he can't beat are always defeated by saitama. How explain to me how can you make saitama look better than he already is?
Also it isn't a lot, he was beaten 3 times out of 7 battles
>No he didn't punch through 10 earths, what are you on?
King Kai's planet has 10x the mass of Earth.
Isn't DBZ more like they're so strong, that they reduce most of the dmg. It's like a simple attack-armor fomular.
He may be fast enough for anything we know. I think, we've never seen a speed comparison in DBZ, soo
>I think, we've never seen a speed comparison in DBZ, soo
It's all over the place. Goku effortlessly moved faster than the speed of light in 23rd Budokai.
>I suppose that's true, but Saitama's punch still seems stronger considering what the mere breeze of it can do.
The breeze from Goku/Vegeta's punches during their second fight was knocking mountains.
"others" in this case meaning Saitama.
Genos getting his ass kicked is used to build up the monsters and whatnot as dangerous and powerful, only to have Saitama destroy them to reinforce how ridiculously strong he is.
Genos pretty much takes the same role as the supporting heroes in any shonen fighting series, he gets to slap around some second-rate enemies that you know don't really matter and look sort of cool, then the big bad guy comes along and trounces him, so that the main hero saitama can waltz in a destroy him.
OnePunchMan just takes formula to such a ridiculous extreme by having Saitama obliterate the villains in one half-hearted punch.
It's great that Genos is able to go completely serious in almost every fight at the drop of a hat, and can get destroyed so hard but his regeneration isn't instantaneous so it still feels like he's taking major hits.
I havent read all the chapters leading up to this because honestly, I never can get into that much, but what I dont get is how Saitama can be rank B?
Isnt he literally the strongest fucker ever?
Doesnt the organization know just how much 100 situps can do for a man?
>implying that only one author writes the Flash
You know why capeshit it's shit? Because the solo run of someone like Flash etc. changes every fucking time, so it's never ever consistent. And it's not over with just that. There are also the apparation into other hero comics, stuff like Justice League etc.
The result? An incredible clusterfuck and complete inconsistency.
That's because a lack of food leads to suffering, as the body can't function without it. The body doesn't suffer from lack of sex. As for a strong opponent, he's probably just tired of not having any way of expressing himself without destroying the planet's surface. That's why it's good that he's gathering friends, because they give him a venue for self-expression that doesn't involve fighting.
It gets better after? Well, I don't know what to tell you. It gets more exciting by the time Saitama joins the Hero Association, the Sea King and Boros arcs being the two major arcs we've gotten through so far.
I think he gets excited about the possibility of gratification. He thought being a known hero would be enjoyable and so joined the Hero Ass., but in the end it doesn't matter to him. He hopes that good food will be great, but will it? He hopes that a good fight will be what he needs in order to be "happy", but will it? Saitama doesn't understand his own lack of desire and believes he should have desires, because that's what he's used to.
I can't help thinking about how it would be to motorboat those Fubukis.
I also wish I was as bald as Saitama.
No, I'm not a Buddhist. I've read some about it though, but this isn't Buddhist thought. How is it nonsense, though? Didn't Saitama think, "I should be famous, I want to be famous" when he signed up with the Hero Ass., then end up completely disregarding fame and ranking? Hasn't he expressed worry about his lack of desires? Does he actually know what will make him happy? Didn't his desires start to disappear as he became stronger?
Give me awhile to find it. I'm probably wrong though, I just thought of that on the spot, so it's by no means a complete or particularly good analysis.
Early on there was a bit where he pretty much says he's suffering from an existential crisis. Since he became a hero for fun, but wound up so strong that any fight ends after one blow, he became numb to the world. I mean, wouldn't you if the one thing you like doing ended up becoming a boring task with no fulfilment attached to it?
That's why he joined the HA and gathers friends. Its so his dull ass life has some spice to it, if not outright give him an outlet to gain self-satisfaction
That's called ennui. Lots of people get it. Sometimes right after fapping!
But yeah, that was satirical, wasn't it? The chapter immediately shows how 'worldly' Saitama really is. Saitama has desires and feelings; he just isn't selfish or puts too much effort into pursuing them (unless it's his hero hobby).
They look pretty good as normal human beings.
I'm pretty sure that's (mostly) for comedic value - note how he immediately gets enraged once he fails to swat that damned mosquito.
It's definitely a theme that he's bored with not having anyone to fight, though. It first appears back in chapter 3 when he tells the Bro that being the strongest is hella boring, and just sticks around for the rest of the story.
All he wants is a good, adrenaline-pumping fight. That's LITERALLY his dream, as in chapter 4.
But he won't ever get one, since he's the strongest and one of the things with being the strongest is that if someone can challenge you you aren't really the strongest are you?
Hopefully God will be a good fight. It'd be nice for something good to happen to Saitama for once.
That's not necessarily ennui. Since you brought up Buddhism earlier: in Buddhism, fear, anger etc. are called unskilled desires, and one who has skilled desires, or no desires, doesn't experience them. You're probably right though, and I'm just reading too much into it since ONE sometimes does put that much thought into it.
The more I read OPM the surer I became that ONE was a neet for a longer period in his life.
>Saitama is a neet until he becames a pro hero.
>The guy in the fubuki extra was a neet until he became a hero.
>Both of them talk about how hard is it to get a job, like the author speaks from his own experiences.
>King is a neet,
>Homless emperor is an uber neet.
His dream before that was to be able to end every fight with one punch, and that wasn't very satisfying. Let's put aside the earlier talk about desires. I wonder how happy he really would be if he had a good fight.
After finally finishing the current chapter of the ONE version, these are my theories:
>GOD (the guy who gave Homeless Emperor his powers) will be the final boss
>it is revealed that GOD is the reason why all Mysterious Beings were created
>Garou will appear in the last battle against GOD and help the S-class heroes to fight him
just to lose again with Saitama saving the world with one punch.
>since GOD was defeated and there was no more villains to fight against, the hero association ends and every hero starts living like a normal member of the society
>the final chapters show what happens with every main character
>Saitama becomes a celebrity, but decides to live in another country and starts wearing a wig so no one identifies him.
What if Saitama's power is not getting what he wants?
He wants someone to be at his level so he can have a huge fight, but nothing has made him truly serious, and the only thing that made him "serious" was basically powered up by himself.
There's 2 on sad panda. One is an incest where the mom, who looks exactly the same as the vice prez, bangs her son to teach him about the female body. The other one is also a /ss/ where the kid bangs his hot neighbor milf. Obviously his pen name is going to be different which is why so many people haven't found his work.
His power is that he put in all of his effort into his dumb workout, not skipping a single day or taking a break. Nobody else in the world has the same amount of dedication as him, so they've never been able to become impossibly strong and ~break the limit~.
