I want to marry Rias.
I will fight you to the death.
You can try, hooligan, but my love for Rias is a source of power without equal! You cannot win.
A "pure" angel for this thread.
Sirzechs had to "give up" his family title in order to be Maou/Overlord/Satan. Thus his dad is still the family head. Eventually he will retire and Rias will become family head.
Maou is a rank based on merit in theory although the politics of the ruling class will impact that.
Note that Neither Rias or Milicas are in line to inherit the title of Maou but both are in the line of succession to be Duke Gremory.
Yes. Nothing changes. The heavenly dragons shall remain all-powerful. Trust me!
Even billboards are stacked in DxD!
And if you are animeonly and got an early sub release of ep 1, then you might not know the Hyoudo residence has 6 floors above ground and 3 basements, (No wonder daddy Gremory wanted to include some maids in the upgrade.)
Oh and this season we get a taste of just how badass Sirzechs is.
I thought the plot was pretty decent and I got through the entirety of S1 from the ending alone, it was kind of fun how honestly they prostituted their entire cast. But I'm only halfway through the second season and I'm losing interest with the vastly inferior ending.
series needs more Serafall love
to be fair he's not wrong.
I thought the final episodes of both seasons were just full of hype and fuck yeah. I'm hoping the third keeps it up. I liked the finale of the second season because the whole time I was thinking just how much more shit could they have his dragon form absorb and I was not disappointed
That's pretty good advertising right there.
So do I
Thing is season 1 works as an ending. Not a great ending but a solid enough one.
Season 2 ending was a literal to be continued, and is really only saved by S3 getting green lit early
I believe we are close to the second of the last Arc of the current series. Most likely things are going to end with the 666 beast as the outro. So maybe in about a 5-8 years is when we see the new story with Millicas.
All signs point to Millicas. He mentioned he really wanted to write a spin off about him, so it would most likely be a time skip when he's in
high school. Or we could get a new cast for the next installment and get integration from the original cast of DxD.
I wonder how Issei holds himself back sometimes, I mean he had no reason not to fuck each and every one of the girls after V10. Just look at that ass and tell me you wouldn't fulfill her dreams of becoming a mother.
>you will never wake up next to a naked Rias
You get to fuck this for 24 hours, but then have to spend a month in Hi Max Prison in Yankyland.
If not her, which DxD would you spend a month for?
Can't help it since, parts of vol5-7 packed into 12~13? episodes.
Saji is still shit even with those pieces. The point of the fight was Sona smogoning Rias so I don't think it's that big of a deal.
I remmeber in Vol13 top 10 was named. Is Jesus in the DxD world? like i know God is 'dead' but what about Jesus? very other mythology and religion have their loopholes, cant Jesus be a character?
>Rias team + Sona, his queen and saji + Rossweiss + Irina V/S Loki + Fenrir + 2 mini fenrir + midgardsormr
>Angel mode Irina
>Half fallen angel mode Akeno
>Nekomata mode Koneko
>Saji with all Vitra sacred gear
>2 Mini fenrir defeated
>Issei gravely injured by fenrir
Preview next episode
>Vali team appears
Looks like that vita game has some unique pics different from mobage.
BTW in the LN the team are
Rias Team + Vali Team + Rossweiss+ Irina + Barakiel
because Mjolnir appeared, and in the preview Vali Team appeared i think that Loki is defeated in the the next episode
Can't tell if that's Excalibur Ruler or Caliburn.
Ishi was the one who do the re-arrange of the story? really?
The novel story is not that good but this re-arrange is terrible thay's all I can say.
Oh god anime original ending inc.
I suppose they need to wrap shit up and they're making Loki related shit end in this season.
Asia is useless during actual combat because she has no defense and just stands around with a huge target on her face, so taking her means having to leave some one else behind to protect her.
And gasper still had issues to work out and would have had trouble in a full blown battle.
Asia should have ranged healing now.
Maybe that's how they'll save Issei
>Loki breaks into the gathering of all the strongest mother fuckers in the universe
>Gets sent away with plans to send 1 of them to finish Loki
Why didn't they just kill Loki in the banquet room?
>Decide to go fight Loki
>Fucking Ultimate demons transport Low and high level demons to go fight Loki
Why didn't the Ultimates just fucking go?
Did this whole scene feel awkward to anyone else? Almost felt like a joke.
It seems to me like they're going to drop the Sitri game all together now.I mean, many of the things that were supposed to happen during the game happened today
>More dere koneko
>Tsubaki falling for Kiba
And if i remember right Ishibumi didn't really like the whole Reverse idea and scrapped it so this way they won't even introduce it.
Would've been better if Issei would've just told Rias that he's sorry for being a failure instead of going after the hammer. Same effect atleast with improved results.
Regarding Rias saying that she's not going to let "him" die did he refer to Issei or Loki as in punishment? Pretty trivial I know but it seems to bother me slightly
If you don't mind the ending being censored then it doesn't matter.
For some odd reason third seasons are the death for most fanservice anime (Queen's Blade's S1 and S2 sold well S3 sold like shit, Ikki Tousenn Dragon Destiny and Great Gurdians sold well while Xtreme Xecutor sold like shit) Not saying the same will happen to DxD but there might be a significant drop from the New for Born, not sure how this season is tracking in comparison to the last it seem like New was consistently doing well while Born has been doing okay so far.
Because if they were to fight Loki, a possible political war could happen. What with Indra and Hades trying to fuck shit up behind the scenes, they could easily turn the other mythologies on the Devils and blame them saying that they killed a fellow God. That's why the non-representatives have to fight him.
I think the reason is they start to repeat themselves too much at that point. Though I do admit that there's little to like in this season other than juggernaut drive.
>Asia should have ranged healing now.
She might, but its still VERY limited and can actually be intercepted which would heal whom ever did it its one of the draw back Azazel mentions from Asia being "too kind" .
>why didn't they just kill Loki in the banquet room?
we need conflict to have a series anon, maybe they didnt kill loki right away to not make the other asgardians angry/wary of them which could fuck with the treaty.
>Why didn't the Ultimates just fucking go?
To test the young generation? to avoid more issues ? to allow us to get more fights to look at?
take your pick, you are basically asking
>Why didnt gandalf use the eagles to drop the ring ?
because then we would not have anything to read about.
>because then we would not have anything to read about.
No because the eagles had incredible curiosity and eye sight that they'd have seen the ring in the bag and then we'd have the Eagles on Saurons side
They're probably continue it regardless in some format given it's the ONLY thing TNK has supporting them now unless they just do straight up porn. Let's hope the distributor doesn't decide to take to property to another studio
Getting a third season itself already an achievement. It mostly depends on the sales. Original plot it often mean full of action and plot so it's not something to be hate or avoid about.
>first two seasons basically perfect adaptations
>not even third of the way into this season and already changing things
>Ragnarok is just big rain of hail
I don't know what to be disappointed about there's so much to choose in this episode.
There is no need to be mad IF they change it for better plot which in this case it's not, it's worse. Yup, they better speed up the story but change it into this stupid crap is not a very good idea.
Pretty standard from some of the novel volumes that focus more on the action, yes.
>>Derailing from source material
Everything is handdled by Ishibumi him self so while it does deviate from the source its probably the best result we can expect considering how hard most studios butcher adaptations with out even consulting the author.
>This can't be redeemed can it?
And now you are going full diodora.
I don't care about that but did you see how they handled the bite marks on Issei? It's like Fenrir is supposed to be wolf god with only 1/3 of it's teeth which are crooked like he's full English.
I really doubt about this " Ishibumi handle it himself " that many anon claim to be true, I still remember Tokyo Ghoul Root A that many fag claim that ishida do the change himself which is clearly not.
The anime added parts where their clothes were ripped. That wasn't even in the LN. It's not as heavy on fanservice as you think.
Yes, but this is nothing compared to that.
Yes, so he's lied on his blog quite a few times then huh?
But dragging it out is an even worse idea for the anime. If they take too long it will loose the point of being an advertisement for the novels and they want to get to highlights like muscle wizard.
Fuck you. It could've been glorious but you just had to ruin it all.
This is nothing like Tokyo ghoul they are doing 3 volumes this season. Did you expect them to spend 6 episodes going over every characters training and power ups? I just want the SoL and juggernaut drive animated couldn't give two shits about Loki.
I'm not said anything about dragging it out is better or good, I just said speed up the story is good thing but If they wanna change thing and do the original stuff at least do it better than this.
Basically, I agree with your comment, I just complain about their original plot that it is kinda shitty and they should handle it better than this, that's it.
No, Ishibumi put on his blog that the season will end with Loki still. This episode hinted at the Rias/Sona Rating Game, so we're going from the Akeno date next ep, to that, to Volume 6 and then rounding out the season with the last part of Volume 7.
>they literally explain in the episode that if the Maou go to fight him that he can start Ragnarok
No big plot point has been fucked up, people are just butthurt that they aren't doing a 100% adaptation.
To all those that are confused.
Why don't you try reading Volume 7 and look up the FIRST fight with Loki.
> Loki + Fenrir vs Gremory group + Baraqiel + Rose.
> Fenrir put a hole on Issei's body
> Vali Team arrived to diffuse the fight.
See any resemblance?
Hold on now, are people mad that a text medium isn't adapted 1:1 into a visual medium?
I understand people here really get attached to their half translated spoilers they read on sites like animesuki, but let's not pretend there were riveting plot points that needed revisiting through pure dialog that are completely crucial in the understanding of the plot and characters. We don't need the same thing expounded on 6 times so people can yell "Oh that's the thing I totally said was going to happen if they ever animated this volume!"
So you are bitching about them not sticking to the LN content(switching order of events),but you are also bitching about them sticking to the LN content(less fanservice)?
There's a wonderful site called sadpanda that has all the T&A you could ever want. People watch LN adaptations for the cool fights and cute girls. If you want hentai, read hentai. If you want a well thought out plot with interesting and well developed characters, stop reading LNs.
So you don't actually care about anything but the T&A, which they fill SoL portions and OVAs with?
You want battles to be punctuated with scenes of clothes flying off or stupid shit like Issei learning to talk to boobs as opposed to people flying around in dragon armor shooting lasers at each other?
Yes, that's be very good actually/
>Want stupid shit that doesn't really have any place in the grand plot
Actually, given that the anime tries to change around events to avoid stupid shit, while relegating them to appropriate humor moments I'm pretty happy with how it's being paced. It seems like the diehard LNfags are the ones who are angry despite the switch-ups being things the author himself saw fit.
>diehard LNfags are the ones who are angry
Ehh skipping bilingual and the rating game events sucks no matter how you spin it.
The only way you will make people pissed is if they fuck up Juggernaut Drive and the song.
>Ehh skipping bilingual and the rating game events sucks no matter how you spin it.
No, you don't need 2 episodes of kaichou's reverse powerup asspulls and Issei talking to breasts, because those 2 episodes would completely fuck up the pacing of the season. Characters literally talking for paragraphs to explain the special secret powers is retarded when you can just show it since it's an anime. LNfags are retarded if they think that would make for good pacing in a one cour season.
Reminder that devil's hear any language spoken as their own, which is explained in the start of the series. So even if loki/odin talk a scandinavian language they would be speaking japanese to Issei
>fuck up the pacing of the season
Having the Loki arc before Juggernaut Drive fucks up the pacing more than anything.
Its going to make Issei struggling against some random devil powered up by drugs next arc seem idiotic coming from him taking down Fenrir.
Hell I'm more angry that the Loki arc got butchered and rushed than the rating game getting skipped.
He doesn't struggle. He beats the living shit out of Diodora even with an Ophis Snake. Second off, he took down the much weaker Fenrir clone this episode. Third off, the Rating Game is not skipped. Sona and Rias talked about a hypothetical game between them this episode and how Sona's team is their perfect match.
>Its going to make Issei struggling against some random devil powered up by drugs next arc seem idiotic coming from him taking down Fenrir.
What? You're remembering events wrong, and then assuming that despite changing things to fit together better, they'll combine them in the worst way possible.
Who is he even going to use it on? Loki? Bilingual being born from his desire to talk to tits while he was alone on a mountain was always hilarious to me. Although I guess he could already have the technique just not have had an opportunity to use it.
Excep Ishibumi actually talks about working with the anime team in his site and on twitter, he even apologizes to them from time to time because he feels he forces him self too much into the anime.
Hell for S2 he gave a heads up about some of the changes like erina sticking around and shit, saying that he made the call and that thinking back on it it made more sense to have her there than just disapear for a volume like she did in the LNs.
Trust in Ishibumi.
or he will suplex the shit out of you like he did to that train that spoke shit about his mechawaifu
>or stupid shit like Issei learning to talk to boobs
>or stupid shit like Issei learning to talk to boobs
Yes. It's stupid and impractical seeing as most of the major enemies are men. As a comedy side story it'd be one thing, but inserting it amidst the main plot is stupid.
The other pointless fanserivce move? Yes, that was also stupid and taking time away from moving the plot forward to show him develop a pointless skill is a waste of episode time.
i wish saji was a actual rival instead of just some generic background character
Yes, seeing those things integrated into the main plot is fine, and seeing SoL bits or OVAs full of them is fine, but side-lining the main plot to show boobies is stupid.
I have hundreds of H doujin on my hard drive. When I want nudity, I read hentai. Seeing comedy or fanservice in a story is great, but not when you detract from the actual plot.
Stop putting words in my mouth. I've said I enjoy comedy and ecchi bits, but the focus of the story is on battles between gods. The humor and fanservice is secondary to that.
Who is this semen angel?
Actually that is why Odin went to the conference.
Because he doesn't want to fight and wants to chill out fucking bitches with Azazel.
All the villains are faggots like you who want to be super serious and the protagonists just want to grope breasts.
I'm not sure that I'd call this dudes plan serious though. Sure his plan involves the end of the world, but all he wants is a new world because he's simply bored with his own.
Because they didn't do that.
Ok, Odin likes boobies. It doesn't change the fact that the focus of the story is the conflict between Gods and not Gods groping boobs.
>All the villains are faggots like you who want to be super serious and the protagonists just want to grope breasts.
>Y-You're a faggot
And you're a child. See? I can fling insults, too.
>You're a faggot
But you are, not in the 4chan sense but in the literal.
You seem to hate nude women and instead wish the series were more about two dudes hitting each other.
I don't think you can be more of a faggot than that.
>Focus of this story is Issei groping boobs.
No it's not. At best that was half of the focus early on, and as the novels progress the conflict between the gods takes center stage.
>You seem to hate nude women and instead wish the series were more about two dudes hitting each other.
You're putting words in my mouth again. I read more hentai than you've heard of, I'm just not stupid enough to think that randomly shoving boobies into a larger conflict makes for good story telling.
The fights and powers are cool, the comedy and fanservice is fun when it's paced correctly (like the swimming pool segment). Trying to stick the most ridiculous fanservice segments into large scale conflicts is just stupid, and there's a reason the story is being shuffled for the anime adaptation. You can bitch and moan all you want, but clearly the author thinks it's better this way.
>the fact that the focus of the story is the conflict between Gods
What are you reading? the focus of the story is Issei , and Issei is very much focused on groping tits, AND his love of tits has been crucial to moving the story along from the fucking get go, saying that it should be relegated of side stories is fucking bullshit and goes against what DxD is about.
Also let me guess, you pissed yourself in anger when they brought the chichigami back and now its a central part of the plot?
>Except it dosen't, at all.
Except it does. I'm using the term gods to refer to any hyper powered mythological being, if that's where you're trying to argue semantics, and that is absolutely what the story is about.
>Its really clear you haven't read the LN's.
I don't think there's a single person in this thread who's capable of reading Japanese and has actually read the LNs, as is the case with every LN adaptation ever.
>What are you reading?
Not a bunch of half translated spoilers that are part of a bad translation which I then base opinion off of as you're clearly doing.
Please, they're gods in everything but name.
>No it's not. At best that was half of the focus early on, and as the novels progress the conflict between the gods takes center stage.
WOW, your newfagness just dropped from your pocket and its flopping all over the floor anon.
>Please, they're gods in everything but name
What, the Hero faction is literally humans, the second Cao Cao starts to stop being a human is when he loses.
The arc after is about the old devils coming back and the dead dragon kings.
Loki is literally the only God that has picked a fight with them outside of Hades who just tries to manipulate and gets blown the fuck out.
Why do ESLfags who haven't actually read the novels read spoilers online then get excited about calling people animeonlyfags or newfags?
You literally have no idea what you're talking about. I hope you don't think you're asserting any kind of seniority.
>The arc after is about the old devils coming back and the dead dragon kings.
Any hyper powered being with an unreal lifespan and immense physical and magical power is a god. The only other way you can split the term is to say "only truly omnipotent beings are gods" in which case there are no gods as no conflict would exist.
Any stitches for this episode, besides this one?
VR technology will make it possible.
You seem to assume no one here has read the novels which is completely fucking wrong. I would honestly assume the vast amount of people in the thread have read all of the translated ones.
Ok, I'm using the term god as a blanket statement to describe anyone who stands head and shoulders above humanity. You're using this series' criteria for beings that are worshiped.
Now how about you tell me how the series doesn't focus on the conflicts between any faction of hyper powered beings, which was the argument in the first place. All you're doing is talking in circles and trying to nitpick semantics instead of actually addressing the point.
>Stop being retarded.
: a person or thing of supreme value
: a powerful ruler
I know English isn't your first language, but yes I used the word correctly. Now how about you tell me how these beings aren't the focus of the plot, which was the original argument. I know you're excited to prove someone wrong and assert your non-secondary knowledge (despite not being able to read the novels) but you literally don't know what words in English mean.
It's not how you use the word anon. It's how the creator of the damn series uses the word. And by that extension, Loki is the only God they fight in the series. Stop bending the show to your own perspective and trying to prove to other people you're right.
Ok, so are you going to explain to me how the focus of the story isn't the conflicts of not-gods, but rather on boobies? What's the driving force and conflict of the narrative anon? That's what I started asking about, and yet no one can make a point.
>That the series is a comedy and about breasts?
Oh, so it's doesn't have overarching plot and conflict that take up the majority of narrative? It's primarily about boobies and jokes? That's the driving force?
I'd expect her to be wearing black. White is too pure.
>Are you ever even going to pretend to address the original point?
That the series is clearly about Issei and his love of tits instead of being abou a war of the gods?
Why even bother, you clearly hate what the series is actually about, which is a straight up comedy action series with a perverted protagonist who gains power from his love of breast, and much rather this be a bland straight shonen series about gods fighting.
I suggest saint seiya, you will probably enjoy that much more its all the serious business you seem to enjoy and none of the fun that Ishibumi clearly injects into DxD.
>What's the driving force and conflict of the narrative anon
Breasts. Well except for Vali, then its asses.
If you want to get technical Issei wants to be a hero to children after realizing that he has already achieved his dream of obtaining a harem as well as his love for Rias. There is no conflict between gods, its a conflict between terrorists and the Gremory family for the majority of the time. It eventually expands to members not of the gremory family forming the DxD with them under Dulio. Not to mention Issei wanting to get stronger to become a first class devil.
So I tried to read ahead, as it were, by checking out the translated light novels on Baka Tsuki but I was unable to progress past like a page or two. Is it just that the translations are really really bad, or is the original just as bad as it seems? Like, with these long sound effects being spelled out four of five lines, and shit that makes it read like a dirty Goosebumps book.
>That the series is clearly about Issei and his love of tits instead of being abou a war of the gods?
The war of the Gods is the conflict. It drives the plot. It leads to events that allow for character development and growth. The comedy and boobies are there, but they aren't the main point. Most of the meat of the story is focused on these conflicts, with bits of humor and fan service sprinkled throughout.
>Breasts. Well except for Vali, then its asses.
I said driving force of the narrative, not character motivation.
>There is no conflict between gods, its a conflict between terrorists and the Gremory family for the majority of the time.
For the tenth time, I said "gods" as in anything that stands above humanity, not God as in omnipotent deity.
>It eventually expands to members not of the gremory family forming the DxD with them under Dulio. Not to mention Issei wanting to get stronger to become a first class devil.
This is a central conflict and story focus. That doesn't sound very funny or filled with boobies.
Fantasy action harem LNs are the equivalent of English young adult fiction. On top of that, most translations are rough at best.
>I said "gods" as in anything that stands above humanity, not God as in omnipotent deity
And yet thats not how the series describes gods.
Gods are figures of worship in various mythologies, strength has nothing to do with it. Quite a few people are stronger than gods.
>A characters motivations can't be the driving force of the narrative
>And yet thats not how the series describes gods.
And yet that's still a word in the English language which I (correctly) used to describe a group of beings.
>A characters motivations can't be the driving force of the narrative
Sorry, I'm a little confused. You're using the quote function, but you're pulling shit out of your ass instead of actually quoting me. I was talking about the specific driving force behind this narrative, but you seem to be extrapolating that I said this is a hard rule that applies to all literature.
>Anyone who disagrees with me is baiting
>I'm not going to actually show that the focus of the series isn't about this overarching conflict, I'll just claim everything I don't agree with is bait
Telling me "you can't use words this way even though that's what the word means" and then literally putting words into my mouth is talking sense? You can circle jerk all you want, but don't pretend that at any point you've actually refuted a thing I've said.
>The comedy and boobies are there, but they aren't the main point.
Except that with out it there wouldn´t be a series at all, and a couple of the conflicts are the direct results of tits.
Saying that they are not the main point of the series is just fucking silly , for gods sake the main villain´s focus now is to destroy the Chichigami .
Well at least we'll get titties next episode.
What's with Japan and terrorists? I mean the country has nothing to with terrorists. Though they probably think those that don't kill themselves after not getting work after graduating are terrorists
>Except that with out it there wouldn´t be a series at all, and a couple of the conflicts are the direct results of tits.
No, it would be a different series. Without the conflicts between various super powered entities there would literally be no story. The nature of the story isn't Issei setting out on a quest to accomplish something, then finding new challenges. Everything is reactive, as in some event (involving super powered conflicts) occurs, then they all respond to it and in turn grow stronger and strengthen resolve. The fact that these events all happen, they react and then the story is shaped from there makes it the driving force. Issei isn't seeking out these things in the name of boobies.
It's basic story structure, but apparently people liking the boobies means that what the story is being pusher forward by.
I stopped reading translations a while ago. It's not worth fishing through a sea of shit to find one or two ok translations.
It's far more satisfying to just learn the language and lose your dependence on that stuff.
So they stuck the first chapter of volume 7 at the end of 5 and are skipping the rateing game. This doesn't even change anything so why are you guys so mad when the rateing game was terrible anyway.
Sirzechs and serious ajuka would rank among the top 10 strongest beings in the series not counting great red.
So nah, Sirzechs would be a serious threat to even the heavenly dragons.
how come some websites show censored and some show the uncensored version, which is the website that only shows uncensored version or do i have to wait a couple of days for it to come out?
He developed bilingual during his mountain training so the game doesn't matter and it can be debuted during the final Loki fight. Only other actual important thing is setting up Saji's powers which they eluded to this episode since it was key in beating Loki. They had to make cuts and of all the events Sona's game is clearly the least important.
no DxD is about a new devil, who wunt to become a hi-class devil so he can get a harem.
issei was working to become a hi-class devil by getting contrac
now on to the word god
2: a being or object believed to have more than natural attributes and powers and to require human worship; specifically
>issei was working to become a hi-class devil by getting contrac
That's the premise, not what moves the plot along.
that's how plot progression works.
>now on to the word god
Anon, please don't pretend to be an authority on English when you can't form a sentence. A word having multiple meanings doesn't mean you can decide which meaning I was using, and it doesn't make my correct usage invalid.
Because you just spent three hours of your time in a thread you don't frequent arguing an opinion literally no one else in the thread agrees with to the point it stirred the thread into shit. Great job.
So because I don't agree with you, I'm a shitposter? Even though I'm discussing an anime/LN series, because people don't agree with me I'm a shitposter?
You literally want a hugbox.
And I'm not the only one who thinks the anime pacing a better, there are just certain ESL LNfags who are particularly zealous about unimportant events happening despite it breaking up the plot are just loud.
My God that ending
WE WARNED YOU BOUT THEM TEETH BRO
That was the single most FUCKING Leroy Jenkins move I have ever seen
We saji juggernaut drive now?
Or is that later?
>yes but in the seating of dxd it refers to a being who is worship not someone who is powerful
That's fine, but I explained early on that I was using a normal English definition of the word which still applies, and here
I explained my point.
The definition of god isn't an issue.
>am dyslexia that why am bad at grammar
Pacing in the LN was ok
Pacing in the anime became irregular, episode 2 was too rushed, scenes changed too fast and the dialogue was too shallow
You've got a point tho, the Sitri rating game wasn't that great and Ishibumi made Loki too irrelevant, so they are putting him to a better use now
>You've got a point tho, the Sitri rating game wasn't that great and Ishibumi made Loki too irrelevant, so they are putting him to a better use now
Neither is perfect, but I'm perfectly ok with how the anime is handling it. I don't agree with complaints at all.
>and the dialogue was too shallow
This is one thing I disagree with, though. Dialog (as with all LNs of the genre) is shallow and repetitive to begin with whenever characters start going on about past trauma or motivation or emotions. Not getting bogged down with it and repeating the same thoughts over and over is a good thing as far as I'm concerned.
>Best girl makes her appearance and shows her Sacred Gear's powers
>She blushes at the faggot she likes
Why is she so best oh my fucking god
How is Issei going to survive this? Those were pretty serious wounds. I am not sure if the phoenix tears can heal them, I don't think they were used on someone with this level of damage.
>***, 351 of / ***, 450 of ★ (** 1,595 pt) [*, ** 3 Reserved] 2015/07/24 High School D × D BorN Vol.1 [Blu-ray]

I would highly suggest waiting for Hiryuu. FFFuckup uses modified CR subs and often messes up with their translations. If you you don't mind CR subs you can wait for GBA which uses the AT-X uncensored release.
It's changed quite a lot, Issei was healed with Phoenix tears without any drama, isn't pure enough to carry Mjolnir, Barakiel was always there, protects Akeno but gets seriously injured, Bilingual on Akeno's tits, Tit God, win.
Yes but this episode's battle mirrors the final battle for the most part. I remember the first fight they had with Loki was very short and it didn't involve Vali's team at all. I think they are trying to get Loki's arc out of the way as soon as possible.
Not really, the first battle was more of a surprise attack by Loki. Issei gets shredded by Fenrir midway during the counter attack, and Vali team shows up a little after to push back Loki.

I'll cut you.
No. It's NTR. She is Saji's heroine and her crush. This is a type of NTR. Elf had Kakyuusei 2 get called an NTR because the heroine in one of the routes gets with another guy.
