where's my suffering
Just got around to watching the episode. Someone wanted a webm of the finger wag?
This show's pace is so relaxed. Five episodes later and nothing really happened yet.
I like it.
And another from last episode. Unfortunately my method is too ghetto to let me automate Nekone's head rotating.
When I first saw this I thought I'd get be getting spice and wolf.
>Interested in the game
>Go to YT to see the gameplay
I guess Kuon plays like Eruruu, she's some kind of a healer isn't she-
>Suddenly magical kung-fu Kuon
You have no idea how much you are going to regret these words. I can guarantee you they'll be responsible for these threads going to shit as soon as the plot gets serious and "betrays" them.
You don't fuck with Kuon, man.
She'll rip your dick off with her feet.
>moving in next door
so wait is she after the Haku?
I hate this girl. It's annoying she is staying around. How can you guys actually like this? The nice and fantastic dynamic of the cast is now fucking destroyed with this girl.
Too much bromance
What do you think?
How wet is she for Haku at the end of the episode?
>Kuon casually answered when asked about her relationship with Haku
>Haku didn't give a fuck
>Kuon reacted at lewd mentions
>Haku still didn't give a fuck
Poor guy just want to have a NEET life.
God, I can't stop thinking about Atoui's funbags. They look so damn soft. Maybe its because her top is some sort of cotton-white cloth but still.
Sweet jesus, what I wouldn't give to do unspeakable things to that unadulterated softness.
We all do.
What is this shit, how good is this shit and how is it related to Utawarerumono VN?
>/a/ collectively at 3rd anime's 24th episode
>negi komi siodare
>salt based soup with green onion
It's a romaji-based writing
LOOK AT THESE FUCKING BIRBS
JUST LOOK AT THEM
were these even in the first anime/game? all i remember are those ugly dinosaur things
Neat Anon, this kind of stuff is cool. Rokka had a similar thing as well.
We don't need the bird now that we have a superior slut.
what kind of birb is this supposed to be you can't tell me its some sort of sparrow since it has massive legs and sparrows have tony little stick legs
[sarcasm]I'm waiting for the plot.[/sarcasm]
So Carrier has arrived?
>Atui asks if they're a couple
>Haku puts on typical bored face of denial
>Kuon uses political/diplomatic denial face
>Atui: dang, no NTR route here
>Atui asks if they're friends with benefits
>Haku holds typical bored face of denial
>Kuon gets red face for lewd implied implications
Happened to me in false mask. You have to watch the credits. I was an idiot and accidentally main menued or something and had to rewatch everything after the final boss battle
Will Kuon be able to defend her husbando from this semen demon?

The protagonist of Utawarerumono: Itsuwari no Kamen. An amnesiac found wandering in the mountains in a hospital gown, he is found and nursed back to health by Kuon, and subsequently taken care of by her when she finds that he is physically extremely weak by demi-human standards, being unable to perform simple tasks that even children are able to do easily. It turns out that this is due to him not being a genetically enhanced demi-human, but a regular human who was recently awakened from cold sleep. The Mikado/Emperor of Yamato later reveals to Haku that they are brothers, the Mikado having survived all this time through human experiments he had performed on himself which extended his lifespan. When Oshtor dies after defeating Vurai in a duel, Haku decides to take on his mask and pretend to be him in order to protect Ange.

The main heroine of Utawarerumono: Itsuwari no Kamen, and Hakuoro and Yuzuha's daughter. As Yuzuha had died giving birth to her and Hakuoro was sealed away, she was raised by Oboro and Hakuoro's wives, and she refers to Eruruu, Touka, and Urutori as her mothers, and Aruruu and Kamyu as her sisters (she thinks of Karura as a mother, but Karura insists on her referring to her as a sister). As a child of Hakuoro, she inherits some of Witsarunemitea's powers, giving her inhuman strength and the ability to control fire and ice at will. She takes a strong interest in ancient ruins. At the start of Itsuwari no Kamen, she has run away from home to go on a journey exploring the world.
it also made me realize how much I'm missing a third season of Spice and Wolf
I need more comfy travelling animes in my life
Not soon enough
The comfy parts of of Utawarerumono are the best parts, always
I could watch an entire season of the character's shinanigans, like how they did it in FMP Fumoffu
Nah, the war, battles and Eruru romance were pretty enjoyable, the story was pretty good too, better than the SOL.
The SOL only gets a pass because the characters are really likable.
Ukon is a bro
But bros can only do so much
KIKOUE KURU KIIKOUEEE KURUUUU~ UTA WAAAA~
As someone new to this series, just what in the fuck caused humanity to die out?
I see that humans have died out and now demi-humans inherited the world, so why is Haku still around?
For what purpose besides being a normal human?
Scientists caused humanity to die out by somehow making the atmosphere/environment deadly to humans. Said scientists created demihumans that could survive outside in the hopes they could isolate the survival trait and transplant it into regular humans. Haku's brother was the researcher in charge of that so presumably he's a successful test subject. All humans who are not Haku are now the jelly monsters you saw in episodes one and two because they got cursed,
Depends on how the next game goes.
A final question, if humanity was indeed killed off, what of their monuments, buildings, and cities?
Shouldn't shit like Mount Rushmore, Statue of Liberty, Eiffel Tower, Pyramids still exist?
Shouldn't huge empty metropolises like Tokyo, LA, New York city still exist? They should be overgrown and decrepit?
Im pretty sure that our humanity was some thousands years before the scientists found iceman and create the demihumans and the actual time are some thousands years after that. Not sure though have to reread the flashback.
It's been eight thousand years. Stop trying to bring reality into your comfy anime about cute animal ear girls. You will only be disappointed
I sure hope so.
Don't click on the spoiler pic.
>Recently learn this is a full 2-cour
God damn, I'm really looking forward to 6 months of Underwater Ray Romano. Its been way too long. Whens the third game gonna come out? Hopefully it won't be in development hell like this one was for, like what? 10 years?
>Whens the third game gonna come out? Hopefully it won't be in development hell like this one was for, like what? 10 years?
Already in production, broseph
Her precious Haku is gone
Dope. Shame by the time it comes out Itsu no Kamen won't even be translated.
Guys stop trolling me I'm scared
So which one would you choose? Left? Right?
It's okay, anon.
The Emperor gets assassinated, leading to civil war and a power struggle that Ukon ends up on the better end of. He then gets assassinated, giving his mask to Haku and asking him to take his place and protect Nekone, the princess and his people. Haku, wearing the mask, gives Kuon the fan and tells her that 'Haku' died in the assassination attempt in place of him. Kuon, heart-broken, curses him as being responsible for the death of the man she loved and flees for home, finally collapsing in tears in her uncle's arms.
Game ends there with Haku in charge of Ukon's forces preparing to secure control of the Empire for himself to fulfill Ukon's dying wishes.
So yeah, better strap in if you're going to stay on this wild ride.
You forgot to mention to fufill
his brothers wishes. Those are very important to him too. Maybe more than Ukons.
did remember his own name after the lab incident.
also left the fan at Oshitoru [Haku's] feet which I guess means Haku gets protag spot again.
Not sure Kuuya can do that. Hell, not sure Sakuya can do it either because she'd just be ready to put her foot into her mouth
or bite her tongue when she tries to pronounce difficult words
He has no hope of fulfilling his bro's wishes without control of the Empire.
I get the impression that the third game will switch back and forth between Tuskuru and Yamato during the war - possibly Haku and Kuon leading their respective armies.
Tuskuru was an herbalist respected as a pillar of the community for her ability to bring people to order and calmly think things through.
Which sister does this sound more like?
Benawi and hammertits have something going on after the war
Just watched this episode. She's midly annoying, but nowhere near as bad as you make her sound. She definitely doesn't destroy the dynamic of the cast (at least not yet).
>VR will eventually let you live out this kind of life
I'm going to get married, have kids, be a normie and then one day i'll disappear and be stuck inside a vr capsule with a dragon dildo up my ass and be pulling on c@tails all day
>you might end up in a cryo within your lifetime and wake up within thousands of years later when apparently everyone has animal ears and tails
No matter how many times I see it, Carrier's new design drives me nuts.
Some finally decoded it
why do fujoshits ruin everything
Why wasn't Kuon worried about some strange girl going after her husbando?
How much of a bro is Ukon?
10 bros out of 10
Would get drunk as fuck naked in the bath with him
I haven't been on 4chan since last week, what the fuck is all this desu sempai shit?
It will all end well eventually. I just know it ;_;
>2 episode with no best girl
Episode 10 is titled "falling love". So it could be the gang helping out the reverse trap mission and nobody except Haku knowing it's a girl or Atui getting tricked by the blonde nigger and everyone following them. After that, I think everything will be OVAed.
>tfw more pessimistic on how it will end cause unlimited time to think it over and obsess over what will happen.
I just want the next game out now.
I haven't played the game and aside from the blushing (in situations where it probably couldn't be helped), I thought it was pretty clear that she wasn't after him, considering how she teased them about their relationship.
She behaves more like a mischief maker.
Does Yamato not have any major cities or ports in Kujuuri? Seems like a pretty easy invasion point both ways.
Oh man, Haku gets to feel up on this amazing body.
Going by the amazon reviews of this game, the japs were so pissed of by the ending and it being a cliffhanger.
Who's the writer for this series and does he like to do tragic endings or something?
Just because its nice and firm and not some giant slab of fat, does not mean it's no ass.
Nah, the game sold well and the anime is ranking well.
I took it as they were upset it ended like that but still got the emotion from it and want to see the continuation.
It wont matter to me if the anime gets a s3 since I can read the VN in japanese but I hope it does.
Comparing it to a modern day map, it seems like white circle is Kujuuri with the black circle being close to Yamato capital. I guess there was some rearrangement. Would land mass change that much over around 2000-4000 years or is that too short a timespan?
And Nekone is now the only one who knows the real Oshitoru is dead. She's the only one who knows Haku is alive. The twins will probably notice easily though.
And the twins
and the oni clone of the wife are actually knowledgable of the emperor's entire intentions. The main reason that the twins were given to Haku was because they know the secret path in the palace to the lab so that Haku can meet with his brother. Haku didnt need to tell them anything. The oni class were created by the mikado to basically be sealers/magic users on the level of angel people. His wife's clone even knows she's a clone and not the real thing.
They will be if the plot calls for it. Bet they will be self maintaining satellites. The time the humans got cursed and iceman uncovered was well in the future compared to our time.
She'll probably latch on to him hard. It was at the very end of the game.
Haku is pretty good at oshitoru impersonation so she might just latch on hard. He did trick Nekone once before.
I guess Nips don't particularly like her.
Ok /a/ ive been trying to hold back from reading spoilers and I'm really liking this anime so far even without knowing anything about the rest of the series.
What's the order for the whole series since its getting harder and harder to resist spoilers.
Also forgot to mention that Hakuoro conceiving a child with Yuzuha who will become the main heroine in the sequel was omitted from the anime. With the sequel focusing on Hakuoro's backstory and his daughter it's recommend that you play the VN.
Yeah but two of the three OVAs were anime original. Most of the SoL scenes weren't adapted.
Nips have shit taste.
You're not going to be leveling up two different armies and both sides like that, and fully switching between each, not only would it not work but it would just be an excess pain in some ways. You need to establish a clear "This is the side" and "That's the other side" even if neither side is necessarily evil or good.
Third game will be Haku reuniting his nation, and for reasons he'll have to wage war against Tuskur, fight against Kuon, make up with Kuon, and then the real enemy shows up that unites both nations.
The oni class were created by the mikado to basically be sealers/magic users on the level of angel people
That's why they are the best unit in the game. Heck, they could solo the entire map with enough SPD.
I couldn't remember how was the first game gameplay compared to the second one except the second one's difficulty got nerfed down a lot. It's fully voiced so you may be just fine for the SOL part but I bet you'd be lost when they are talking about war strategies and such.
oh. How do I go on about doing that and do I need to replay the game to replay the missions? I kind of want to just get achievements by doing stuff like killing the boro giri giri.
I'll never understand how Japanese writers/directors put together scenes where characters spend the entire time going "I don't want to do this. This is stupid. I'm bored. This is tedious. This is dumb." There's a maxim in writing that goes something like "Are you showing the most interesting part of the characters' lives? If not, then why not?" What scares me is that they might be showing the most interesting part. Anyway, the first 9 minutes or so is drivel. After that, things somehow get worse when it devolves into mostly a date montage.
Your mileage will probably vary depending on how much the obnoxious new character that they introduced pisses you off. For me, it was a lot. She talks like she's touched in the head for one. And always through the nose. And always with an upward inflection at the end like an obnoxious, confused, sing-song balloon deflating. How does she drive things or make them interesting then? Well, she bumps into Haku and then spends the afternoon with him. They're chased by some archer… who they ignore, until someone else bumps into them and everything is resolved. Christ, guys. You could've done this entire episode in about 30 seconds before the OP played.
