Holy shit it's actually real
>Three threads up about this with Anna in the OP
I thought people forgot about Shimoneta.
>"The 21st volume of Zero no Tsukaima novel will be delayed at least for two months. Please forgive me! Damn! I'll live on. I had been desperate, but I miraculously got an opportunity to take the operation. There is a possibility of survival. I really want to live."
It's not just that. Bad healthcare, plus expensive medicine, plus japanese mindset when you have to work (going to school, etc) no mater what, is the reason why there's such high death rate from cold in Japan.
>Matsuki had announced in July that she would be taking a break from her work to focus on treating her pneumonia. She said at the time that she had a fever since the start of the year that wouldn't recede, and then found out she had acute pneumonia after repeatedly going to the hospital for check-ups.
>she had a fever since the start of the year
>after repeatedly going to the hospital
>announced in July
>passed away on October 27
>IN and OUT of hospital for months
>Doctor said its miracle she live to her 38 birthday
I call bullshit, it's leukemia
Pneumonia is manageable during it's early stages but can get pretty severe if complications occur. Reading her blogs makes it pretty obvious she waited too long for treatment.
>anna was her final promise of becoming a sexual tyrannosaur preying on herbivore men if she had beaten the japanese cold
This image becomes funnier.
no not all of them are threatable
it is 97% or something like that
Japanese colds are no joke, anon.
It's a case of not threating illness in its early stages.
Also it seems like after she finally decided to actually do something after some months later, it took weeks for doctors to figure out it was pneumonia. Like, they didn't send her to make chest X-ray the instant she visited them and didn't hospitalize her on the next morning.
>There is a possibility of survival. I really want to live.
worst news ever ;_________;
I got pneumonia once.
One day, it I got winded a little easier than usual. A few days later, I lost my appetite.
The next day, I got a bad fever. Then I threw up. And I coughed a lot. And I was really tired.
I was at a clinic the next day being diagnosed and put on antibiotics, a steroid inhaler, and bed rest.
And she dealt with it since the beginning of the year and several doctor visits. That's bullshit.
this world that takes lovely people from me has left me in despair
Exactly. A few days into my bout with pneumonia, I was at the "this shit isn't normal and I need to see a doctor" stage. I can't imagine waiting weeks with those symptoms to see a doctor.
This is the year 2015 on 4chan.
You're going to have to try harder than that if you're going to troll.
In fact, I'm not angry, I'm more sad having to read this. How angry at the world do you have to be to write this drivel and not feel any shame?
They don't treat the cold like they should, meaning keep your ass at home, relax, and drink lots of warm liquids. I know here in the U.S. people go to work sick but they don't drop like flies, I kind of don't get it. We're better at getting our butts to the ER if we find it hard to breathe?
That was not going to happen anyway.
You do realize how condescending you sound, right?
And at least in this thread, I don't see anyone refusing to accept the hardships and meaninglessness of life.
hes 12 and had his first existential crisis and thinks he had a huge epiphany that he needs to shatter everyone's world with
of course that is if hes not trolling
I feel incredibly empty.
Also, you are a retard for loathing people like this just because her choices don't conform to what you consider the right way of living.
You talk about the cold truth of meaningless death yet make a judgement of values.
No, I wouldn't
Nobel scientist have done this and are more likely to be remembered for centuries than I will currently
We are in the state of being in which we will become nameless graves in less than a century after death.
The value of men is in their work, just as this VA's value will largely be remembered in hers, albeit, probably shortly.
Essentially, unless you are noteworthy, nothing you've done is really more impressive than the common man-you've been doing something common, something that has been done before or is of little importance
Not everything that happens has to do with one values. Sometimes, shit happens. Perfeclty avoidable shit in hindsight or looking from outside, but not to themselves.
Was it a stupid decision to neglect treatment for so long? Yeah of course. But that does not invalidate the way she lived nor the work she left.
And we have no way of knowingif she valued work so much, if she felt coerced by social stuff to keep it it to herself, or if she legit thought it was just a cold and she would get better or something until it was too late. You assume your neat talk about values and worthare correct and is making your whole argument about how she was a sad workaholic who died like a slave based on it.
It's a problem with the way the japanese live
You know how at school there was that kid whose parents would never let play in the dirt, get hurt or go out, and yet he was sick three days out of four?
That's the entire Japanese population.
They don't shake hands, they hardly touch physical money, they constantly wash their hands, their whole society is made on avoiding dirt and contact.
They never develop an immune system and are done in by the common cold.
Japan is one of the countries with the highest death count from the common cold in the world, next to pretty much only third world countries in the rankings.
For all you know she had 5 boyfriends at once, got tons of dick, and had a happy life without wanting to settle down. Or maybe she was a lesbian and couldn't get married. Or maybe she led a happy fulfilled life without wanting any of that.
Maybe she spent every day with people she enjoyed being around. Maybe doing voice work was what she loved more than anything.
Where do you get off? You didn't know her at all and just want to make petty judgements. The sad thing is it sounds like you believe simply getting married and having kids will magically make your life fulfilling, or that you can't have a fulfilling life without them. It's about a lot more than that.
We can see from the twitter posts of her colleagues that there were lots of people who loved and cared about her and are sad to see her pass away. I would hardly call that dying alone.
For one thing, I'd value their dedication and resolve. I can't relate to people who live for their job at all, but I'm not going to talk shit about what makes other people happy. Especially if it's productive.
Let's cut to the existential bullshit, though... "the importance of your life"? What kinda bullshit is that? She worked hard and nothing to show for it? What about all the media she lent her talent to? What about the joy these works will bring to people long after you and I are gone?
What are you going to have to show for everything? The ugly kids you and your wife are gonna make, whom people are probably going to hate just as much as everyone else? They will be among the few to mourn your death. Miyu has not only her friends, family, and colleagues mourning for her, but fans of her work from across the globe.
>Anna will never molest Okuma again and say 'Okuma-saaaan' while a rainbow shoots out of her nethers
People who like to judge will judge regardless of how much assets you accumulate during your life.
People who do not will leave you alone.
People value different things in life. If a man willingly worked for free his entire life and died penniless, that was his choice and he saw value in it. I hope he enjoyed it and has no regrets.
She worked as a time bit VA doing a few anime roles. She's not Michael Jackson, she'll hardly be remembered like the pass hardly known voice actors to do
Oh but you remember her right? At the moment anyway, you'll throw her away too like the others. Come on, if you want me to play the role where I'm suppose to think she had the best life then I can't act that part.
She worked to the bone and into her death, which was nothing. I don't sugarcoat words, pal. I was taught very well from my grandfather, which is why I'm the person that I am today.
> It's the importance of your life that's important
Real top notch prose there anon, maybe those children you're counting before they are born will have the reading comprehension of a blind retard.
Being a bit voice actor and making a few thousand people happy is honestly probably more than what you are going to do with your life. You were the one who said that we all die alone, and then you try and say that you won't because you are have a girlfriend right as of this moment, but you don't know her social life or her family life, for all we know she also had a great social life and was a much loved daughter. If you died right now, you would probably have less of a impact on the world than she did, that would probably still be true even you had kids. And that whole "forgetting" thing? That happens with everyone, anon. Family members aren't special in that regard.
> If you died right now, you would probably have less of a impact on the world than she did
The impact of a low tier Japanese voice actor, what impact would that be exactly? She's in a country where you work to the death, the Japan won't have any time to really be influenced when they're too busy with being businessmen or women, while becoming drunk to forget that they're just workaholic slaves.
Yeah you keep telling that, champ. She had a real impact of showing what happens when you become a work slave that doesn't say no and let people control you. Tell that to yourself before you sleep tonight, anon.
You have a good rest as you know I'm telling the truth, when you just let everyone control you and you don't become your own boss then you're just slave that dies with hope. But that's what you actually like, right anon? Too afraid to say no because you're scared. I know anon, I know anon..
>he never saw Hidamari
>he never saw Seitokai Yakuindomo and the glory that is Suzu's Mom
>he never saw Hayate no Gotoku
Go back to whereever the fuck kids these days come from, you pathetic excuse of a human being. I wish I could hate your kind dead.
I got the Japanese cold when I went to Japan for a skiing trip. It hurt my head so bad and i was vomiting everywhere. My dad tried to get me some medication (still got the box as a souvenir), but I'm 90% sure he got heart burn pills because they didn't do anything.
> I don't know who this is, better try to fit in anyway on an anonymous imageboard
The impact of a person who worked in several pieces of media and put their all in it can actually be far reaching.
And here you are again, going on about things you don't know anything about. I will indeed rest well knowing that I have a business that is doing well as well as people who know they can depend on me.
What do you think "being your own boss" means? Being a dick to everyone you can so you can stroke your ego? Believe or not, you're not in as much "control" as you think. There is always something you have to answer to, whether it's a higher ranked person or circumstances. She didn't off herself to please her boss, she died from a disease that's a serious problem where she's from. She chose to put passion into her work, can you actually say you have passion for anything you do anon?
Anyone who actually will have a impact on society and will actually have a legacy will have people who depend on them, people who are gladdened by their presence and their works. Maybe you will be a positive force for those around you, even after you're gone, but if your posts are anything to go by, that won't be the case.
How the fuck is Hidamari supposed to heal me now when I can't look at Yoshinoya again without tearing up?
I read she really died of suicide. She didn't want to live with her up coming arrest for cocaine use at a party she attended last month. Apparently some other VA chick was tortured by the JPs and gave up names.
>the japanese seiyuu world is forever stuck in the hollywood disco 70s
>Shimoneta was so shit that killed her
poor innocent woman
>implying baito-kun isn't right that there's no such thing as "impact" on VA work, just like there's no real impact to the brainwashing which is the athlete marketing
>Me, once I'm cured of this sickness, I'll seriously try and get married
I never said you had to think she had the best life.
I said you don't know a single fucking thing about her personal life so you have no right to claim it wasn't happy or fulfilled or that no one should care that she died.
No, I probably won't even remember her tomorrow. However, I will remember Yoshinoya-sensei and Anna every time I think about Hidamari Sketch and Shimoneta respectively, and the joy that those characters brought me. Just like I only care to remember MJ because his music was the shit.
Lets be frank here, she got paid to talk in silly voices. This is a dream very few people on earth are lucky enough to make happen. Hardly fits the bill for this horrible wage slave life image you're so desperate to imprint on our memory of her.
Everything sounds like you're projecting about your own horrible life, especially since you're so quick to deflect everything people have said about your worthless life by criticizing hers further.
You're not very specific about whether you think it's simply not sugarcoating words and speaking your mind or being confident and in control of your own life that your grandfather taught you. Either way, dear gramps is probably rolling in his grave because I'm sure he didn't teach you your hopeless edgelord "Everyone dies alone and worthless" worldview.
His original claim was that the importance of one's life was what matters. It doesn't really matter if he's right, because they are still more important than he will likely ever be. That just means all he's doing is trying to bring others down to his pathetic level. I highly doubt someone with his attitude is involved in saving lives or teaching our kids.
Subjective. We're talking about a person's happiness and enjoyment of life, not the fulfillment of their evolutionary duty. Are you saying the pope feels unfulfilled dedicating his entire life to his god and the benefit of others simply because he can't marry and have kids?
>We're talking about a person's happiness and enjoyment of life, not the fulfillment of their evolutionary duty.
Why do you think people have the capacity to feel happiness in the first place? If you try to pursue happiness while denying the purpose of happiness, your mind will die. Logical thinking necessitates acting with purpose.
And the pope is a different situation. The categorical imperative doesn't apply here because only one person can be the pope.
I just get off on having stupid arguments with people.
Anyone on 4chan for any other reason besides porn is either fooling themselves or pure cancer only here for le dank memes and shitposting.
It isn't because of a "homogeneous population".
It's because of a lack of contacts, as they are on a island.
Trading is enough to bring all kind of shit.
I'm thinking of rats from china and the Black Death that happened in Europe.
>It also allows anyone to find their own purpose in anything, though.
No it doesn't. There are reasons for reasons and it all eventually meets at one origin. People act to act, so any action that does not preserve itself is self contradictory, because that would be act to inaction.
Season 2 different voice
Gonna be hard to find a VA that can match the intensity and realism of that girl's orgasm voice.
One of the very few female VAs that made me think she was creaming her skirt each time she was in the booth.
>Miyu Matsuki ,the voice actress, had been under treatment for acute pneumonia since July 2015 until her death on October 27.
>Miyu Matsuki ,voice actress, had been under treatment for acute pneumonia since July 2015 until her death on October 27.
>Miyu Matsuki ,voice actress, had been under treatment for acute pneumonia since July 2015 until her death on October 27.
Simoseka season Ⅱ will never come.
noooooo! she was my best seiyuu, I'm not joking
I don't think that she died of a cold and pneumonia.
The Japanese medical care is a world highest level.
The cause of death has not announced. In most such cases,
it is suicide.
She might commit suicide?
Simoseka season Ⅱ will never come.
Dude that was whopping cough.
I got that shit from the most digusting roommate possible back in college.
He was a foreigner and must have been missing some vaccinations or something.
Coughed non stop for like nearly 3 weeks straight.
Fuck, if any of you faggots in this thread are still in college, try to not room with a foreigner that might be from a 3rd world shithole.
I had no choice in picking a roommate. The college choose for me.
Japan has enough suicide rate that 10 more per year won't do shit to statistic or surprise someone, while such death rate from a cold is fucking embarrassing, especially for a country with "world highest level medical care".
Also she said she had a fever for half a year before she or doctors did anything.
>That plague was essentially what made Europe strong enough to conquer the world.
Not true. The Mongols were very close to enriching Europe after wrecking the Muslims but due to tradition, everyone needed to go back home to attend a family funeral and the new leader wasn't interested in Europe that much compared to his predecessor.
Rather strengthening Europe, the Plague weakened Europe.
With so many people dead, the Church managed to gain unopposed power among the population.
And that is why shit common sense at the time like the Earth is flat remain unchallenged for a good long while because the Church kept reinforcing such ideas.
Why are chinks so fucking weak?
Who the hell dies because of pneumonia in this day and age?
Japan doesn't have some specific deadly cold viruses. It's just nips being nips and they don't treat "simple cold" or "high temperature" as an illness, because glorious nippon samurais folded over thousand times don't fear puny cold.
No, it's more like she killed herself. It's trivial to treat in its early stages, but she kept putting off treatment to do VA work until it got so bad that she was destined for death.
Although in a way, I guess you can also blame Japanese society for that.
Pneumonia may have been the cause of death but she must have had some underlying other disease like an immunodeficiency that was the underlying cause for it.
A 38 year old person shouldn't really have severe pneumonia with no underlying cause, it shouldn't last that long and it should respond well to treatment. Having pneumonia as some sort of long-lasting or recurrent health problem means that something is wrong at a deeper level.
>Me, once I'm cured of this sickness, I'll seriously try and get married
FUCK THIS. FUCK EVERYTHING. Xmas cake gone.
I think it's the other way around - they have such strong immune system that only handful die from such diseases while doing nothing to cure it.
>The reason health care in Japan is not expensive is that it stinks. Don’t ever get sick here. The quality of care here is below most third world countries. Being hospitalized in Japan is the scariest thing that has ever happened to me. And while you may disagree with me, as someone who has practiced medicine for more than 20 years, my perspective is backed up by education and experience.
>I am an fully trained physician living in Japan and unfortunately have many interactions with Japanese health care as a patient. Care here is far worse than a homeless person receives in a civilized country. There is no sense of urgency in care in Japan. Doctors would much rather do nothing than do something with a slight risk, even if that means the patient dies. There is no consideration of individual patient needs. The evaluation of a patient is entirely based on tests and there is no consideration of basic things like a patient history or physical examination.
But if you treat the symptoms so a person isn't so weak and stressed out you reduce the chances of total health declining or catching something worse.
The, seemingly common, story of getting sick for a month has got to be demoralizing.
lel oh you crazy japs
I'm just glad I'm a neanderthal hispanic with a nigh invincible immune system and liver
when I got a horrible stomach flu while visiting family in central america as a 12 year old they had me swallow garlic and rub a cold smooth stone on my face
I lost like 20 pounds in a month
>tfw I just downloaded 12 episodes of Shimoneta because of Anna
>was going to enjoy myself
Colds are caused by viruses, which are not treatable with antibiotics.
No they don't. Smaller hospitals don't take new patents at night, but it's not like everyone just goes home. Larger hospitals have 24-hour emergency departments.
Japanese health care is on par with any other developed country. They have a universal health insurance system and medication is quite cheap compared to the US.
No, closer to 0% of colds are treatable. They just usually resolve on their own within a few days.
The amount of stupid in this thread is impressive even by 4chan standards. The suicide hypothesis is plausible, but people also die of illnesses. If she had a fever for months but nothing significant was found during checkups, she probably had some kind of low grade infection that weakened her immune system to the point that she developed secondary pneumonia. Some viral pneumonias are difficult to treat and progress rapidly to death. Severe bacterial pneumonia can also kill quickly, especially if the pathogen is antibiotic resistant. Antibiotic resistance is spreading rapidly among bacterial species that cause pneumonia, so expect this to become more common in the future.
>there are peons here boasting their apathy
Who are these shitposters trying to convince on a imageboard? That's just beyond pathetic, what the hell are you even posting?
That anon is clearly referring to other posters on this thread...
Even if it was just an inside joke, the bit about wanting to get married and the solo wedding cake she was given is so damn depressing.
Infinite sadness and mild shitposting.
>the highest average life expectancy in the world
>not even close
>Japanese health care is worse than USA's
So this is what Obamahaters preach when they want to shit on Obamacare, right?
>Heaven does not exist.
>You die and you rot.
>There isn't anything beyond death.
> yfw you remember Uncle Phil's seiyuu has also passed away
I'm never deleting my Shimoneta or Nyaruko folders.
Read the translation of her last blog post in the sticky.
>There was a wedding welcome board on the table and it totally felt like a wedding ceremony.
>What a wonderful solo wedding.
>When I get better, I'll work hard toward getting married...!
Are you sure about that? In fact, many people value her roles so much that it is devastating that she is gone now. She probably want to rest but...
That, and either you're in denial, or you're interested in some nonsense like Aldub for example.
>There is something called BRON, which has become notorious on Internet forums for destroying lives. In an extreme example of one set of standards for foreign products and one set for domestic, BRON is a nasty concoction of codeine and ephedrine.
Pneumonia is a very variable disease, especially if you don't treat it immediately
250lbs of lumberjack takes a week off work to drink chicken soup and watch sports.
130 lbs of actress fights hard for a half year as her body fails despite the support of modern medicine.
>Anna will never get the dick she wants
Why are we doomed to never have another season?
Its not like a 3rd one would happen knowing where this plot is going.
I'm reading through this series now, and its going to be painful when I reach the end.
The anime ended with an anime original ending. The LN were never finished because of the author's death.
>they gave a crazy, fluctuating, loud as hell role with a wide range of expressions such as Anna to someone who was ill
>they make her put through it even on the hospital bed when the doctor was advising against it
What the fuck were the japs thinking?
Anna wakes up.
>I had the strangest dream.
>I was a voice actress of an anime character, but now, I can't remember much of it.
>Yet, why do I feel so sad?
>What are these tears?
>Why am I crying?
It's kind of sad that all she's going to be remember as outside of her immediate friends and family is that girl that played that token yandere character in that show that nobody actually really liked.
>The LNs were never finished because of the author's death.
Apparently, the staff that work with the Zero no Tsukami's author got the details on how to end the story by the author while sick in the hospital, dictating the whole thing. The final volumes of the story are supposed to be written and published some point soon.
What gets me is how inefficient the Japanese medical system is.
How could they let her be sick for so long.
Why they didn't use antibiotics to treat her.
Still, pneumonia isn't an injury free sickness. If she had gotten over it, she might have ended up with asthma for the rest of her life.
She totally hasn't voiced any other memorable characters. She totally didn't voice a main Type Moon character. Only Anna. Even that aside, Anna was great and super entertaining, and she did a great job as her. I'd be proud of my performance.
Time for Naoko to do twin swich in real this time.
Megumi Hayashibara. She basically defined anime in the 90s, she was THE voice of female characters for a whole generation.
Her last words were about marriage.
When death took her, the last images she held dear were of meeting someone, of marrying.
Her heart gave out just as her hands reached for something. There was nothing that could be done. Many believed that she wanted someone, to hold her hand during her last moment, yet she did not have that friend.
Her arm was found dangling outside her bed while she glanced to the window.
She appeared to be smiling.
I'm sorry. There was nothing that could be done.
I don't need this shit right now /a/. I'm turning 29 tomorrow and it's really sinking in that I've never found anyone and may never have a family of my own. I don't need to be thinking of people who died before they ever got a chance.
>reading this thread
>people don't know that cold can kill even at this day and age
even more because he's statistically closer to life expectancy
>>133066653 explained it well
He voiced many remarkable characters.
Can we not even try to think the possibility?
Maybe not much here in the West (unless you're a Dangan Ronpa fan), but in Japan, it would be a big deal. Also, same reason as Wakamoto, as she's also old as balls.
She was supposed to be replaced for both that and her Sapphire work in Prisma Illya, apparently. Maybe she was the one who wanted to continue working.
And damn, what a hell of a job did she do. Anna was amazing. ;_;
I don't want to imagine a world without Asumi Kana's genkiness. I hope she's doing okay after all this, given how close she was to Miyu.
>They seem like they really like a lot of the characters they voice.
Hell, Inada's twitter is "@trombe_boss"
He hasn't voiced much of note during the last years and is pretty much only known for shitty side character roles nowadays. (because he's too expensive for more). If Wakamoto died now, it would only affect Matsudaira in Gintama and some other guy in UtaPri.
He's mostly remembered for his old roles.
And Wakamoto is also a shit compared to Koyasu and Tachiki.
I know Midorikawa Hikaru would probably hit me the hardest.
Similarly to Megumi he voiced a lot iconic characters in the nineties, but besides that he is know to be a huge fanboy and loves to spoil his fans. He is very relatable.
You can also choose the opposite route and pick someone very young and terribly talented/well-liked among people in the industry like Aoi Yuuki.
It's funny comparing audience reactions during the TalesFes.
When a seiyuu screams "Majinken!" there is a lot of cheer and shouting but when Midorikawa does it it's like the entire building creams itself.
I remember when he did a short video with Terada showing off 2nd OGs when it was out, and Terada basically says "if you use Akashic Buster we're going to have to cut it out, we don't want to spoil how it looks yet" and GreenRiver is basically like "but I wanna see it..."
Having short life spans sucks, but living forever and with no goals sucks, too. The prospect sounds amazing, but immortality isn't all it's cracked up to be.
BUT THAT'S HOW YOU AVOID GETTING SICK
It hasn't been TWO FUCKING weeks and here I am sick again. I get it more from other people but how can I fall sick when my friends don't when they come into contact with me?
This bullshit is unbelievably unfair, I try so hard to avoid getting sick but it doesn't matter.
Except its not. Being in an overly sterilized environment means your body never gets the chance to build up resistances, so when it gets something serious it gets completely destroyed by it
Well... you're supposed to be in the dirt etc etc when you're a kid. You get sick, you get cured because you have a strong organism, you develop antibodies. What do you think vaccines are? .
>That feel when just finished this show a month ago.
That's a little eerie.
Don't expect much though. This image I'm posting is an LN image though.
I still remember the first series where I became a fan of hers.
How? Serious question. I downloaded it and it's taken me months to get a few episodes in. The thought that there's 20 more blows my mind.
If we are talking about old VAs close to kick the bucked, Joji Yanami, King Kai's voice in DBZ is literally dying one episode at a time, if you watch DB Kai from the start to current super you can hear how closer and closer to death the man is getting
Thank fucking god someone with a brain spoke up, because I was itching to.
I've always had a good general idea about pneumonia but let me tell you both my education and experience with the subject went through the roof at the start of this year when I caught pneumonia for the first time in my life. Imagine bronchitis, but much much worse. I eventually had to go to the ER, twice. I was coughing so much and so hard that I tore rib muscles in 2 different spots. Imagine not being able to sleep due to cough, and each cough causing a spasm of torn muscles, which are so exhausted from coughing that they're weeks beyond the whole 'sore from exercise' bit. Only a few hours of sleep were possible using T3's. I had to go on 3 rounds of antibiotics, and I was lucky it was a bacterial type, and that it was not resistant, otherwise I might be dead. I was coughing for 2 months straight.
Pneumonia is serious shit anons.
I am shit at identifying VA's in their roles and I don't bother remembering the ones I do hear about. I don't think I can name a single VA right now.
but seeing so many familiar titles that she took a part in really sucks, RIP
if I knew I had to live another life after this one i'd kill myself right now.
>yfw Saruman's Seiyuu passed away this year too.
2015 has not been a nice year.
The entire blog post was full of classic death flag lines.
She was an anime VA so I thought she knew better than to say those kind of lines before the final battle.
It's pretty sad though. I feel bad for the VA's parents.
Reminder, listen to your body. Hospitals fucking sucks and doctors are faggots that never have time for you but do listen to your body and go get yourself checked if something feels wrong.
>12 episodes to learn how to grab a dick
She's dense but damn when she gets it right she is great.
life is one big stressful struggle to (probably) ensure you wake up the next morning
its not fair, it's extremely fragile, and if it weren't for hard-wired survival tendencies we as organisms have evolved, there'd be way more suicides in the world.
there's no point to life besides passing on your genes if you look at it from a purely logical standpoint, your happy memories and experiences throughout it are lost and all that's left is what little of a legacy you've carved and what offspring you leave that may or may not continue your lineage.
at this point I'm just sitting in my apartment drinking and waiting to die
It doesn't help that being a VA doesn't pay shit, which means you're practically working 24/7 and any time you take out of the schedule to go to a hospital probably causes huge amounts of stress on its own.
Doctors for adults fucking suck balls.
I kinda wish my long ago retired childhood doctor was still active and could treat adults as well.
That was the last time I ever felt that a doctor cared about me.
>my perspective is backed up by education and experience
That reminded me of pic related's lines.
i'd assume being a doctor in this day and age for adults is soul draining
>I DONT WAAANT VACCINES
>I DONT WAAAAAAAANT STEROIDS

>I READ ONLINE ABOUT THIS DISEASE THAT I THINK I HAVE....
>WHATS THIS IN YOUR HISTORY ABOUT GENDER? I FIND IT OFFENSIVE THAT YOU APPROPRIATE ALL OF HUMANITY INTO ONE OF TWO "SEXES" BLAH BLAH BLAH
>IM A DRUG SEEKER GIVE ME VICODIIIIN
and then you have to deal with patients dying and people hating you out of their grief too
the nice people that appreciate doctors are few and far inbetween, and even then they might be a little bitter because medical expenses are so fucking huge in some countries.
I go out of my way to be polite my doctor but I can tell he doesn't even register it anymore, he just waves me away after writing my prescription.
>Japanese health care is worse than USA's
Ironic, considering the US is (or rather WAS before we got sodomized with OhbummerApathy) the leading destination for medical tourism for patients from countries with socialized healthcare systems (including and especially Europe and the Commonwealth).
Right now, even though there are features that make it somewhat accessible to people overseas, its still pretty much geared towards the Japanese audience in terms of usability. Hopefully in the future it gets better. For now the best thing to do is use image boards featuring artwork with links which take you directly to the artists work on pixiv. It's easier to search tags there and when you get to pixiv you can just bookmark an artist as you see fit.
If real this show is going to live in infamy.
But American citizens prefer getting expensive dental work outside of America on the other hand.
Foreigners likely go to America for complex surgeries more like heart surgery for example.
But for dental care, I think foreigners have it better than Americans who got fucked over when it come to dental.
expensive dental work usually isn't covered by health insurance
american doctors are generally regarded as more skilled, and often also have better available technology to help even if it's so damn expensive you'll be paying an arm and a leg to heal your other arm and leg.
I hate the waiting room the most when it comes to visiting the doctor.
It is always so small and cramp and the worst thing is sitting next to a person who you know is way sicker than you are right now and coughing and sneezing all over and you put your sleeve in front of your nose and try to not breathe the air around you as much as possible or when you can't take it anymore, stand up and hang out near the hallway or doorway, instead, until your name gets called.
It almost makes me wish doctor's offices were open air or open to the environment.
I always wondered Eye and Dental were not part of health insurance.
It is like they want to fail to try to convince everyone that your eyes and your teeth are not part of your body.
But Christopher Lee lived a full life. His passing wasn't so abrupt as someone who hasn't even reached well into their 40s or 50s yet. Doesn't hit you as hard as people who go way before their time.
health insurance companies are scummy shitholes that will collect your payments then go over every second of your health records to find even the flimsiest reason not to pay up when you need it
eyes and dental are the most easily targeted. need eye surgery? Well you shouldn't have damaged your eyes so much playing video games now should you? need dental surgery? too fucking bad now you should know you should've listened to mommy when she said candy will rot your teeth faggot, nice try
>That moment somebody coughs or sneezes in the same room and instead of holding your breath a bit, you inhale deeply
Rest in peace, Mutsuki Miyu. You had such a charming and delightful voice.
Man, I'm really going to miss hearing her. It's going to hurt hearing someone else replace her for her ongoing roles, too.
It always sucks when a voice actor dies young. This reminds me of when Utena's VA died in 2011 as well.
Shimoneta gives me some serious early 2000s ecchi vibes.
Too bad it gets repetitive and its "romantic writing" is just as trigger inducing as Love Hina.
For you, the day Anna graced your screen was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday.
Was there a sticky? I slept the entire day instead of being a productive human being.
I'm glad there was such a response. Middle of the night or no, this thread is pretty slow, so I was feeling pretty down about it.
The Japanese cold strikes again.
Just googled the treatment for pneumonia, and it seems it is shit easy to cure. Unless she was immune to antibiotics, I can't understand how she died from this.
Take rest and follow the treatment plan. Nothing more, nothing less.
