New tenants seemed fine at first..until a college aged child came back for holidays. Now I smell pot smoke at times...completely unacceptable considering not even cigarette smoking is allowed...how do I lay down the law.
You are not understanding...smoking is not allowed ..ever..under any circumstance...Problem is this kid is like maybe at most 4 years younger than me....I dont want to destroy relations with his parents but I need to keep up appearances in the building as I am the landlord...Should I just tell his folks?
I'm 23, I just graduated college, and I've never had a girlfriend. Is it because of how I look? (pic related) People tell me it's because I'm not "confident" or whatever but I seriously think I'm one of the most naturally people I know.
I have Asperger's and I feel like I look like I have autism, like those autistic people that get made fun of on 4chan all the time. If I saw myself in the street I'd probably think I'm just some retarded guy. In school I got left out of lots of fun stuff (I didn't have a good group...

Being completely honestly, I don't see anything wrong with you physically. The beards working for you, maybe it's the angle but I'm not concerned about your forehead, in all you look like a pretty average guy. If I had to guess given what you've said, I'd say it's your lack of confidence. Chicks don't dig that
kudos for being brave enough to post the photos so we can see. that being said, id say the bigget issue seems to be your weight. i cant see the rest of your body but from the photos you look a bit chubby, arent yo?
outside of that you look average and with the right grooming possibly handsome. losing weight will also take the fat out of your cheeks and who knows what you'll look like then.
my recomendation? get fit. its the best chance to get the best girls you can get.
after that, its...

Why should I have self esteem when I'm not attractive or smart?
well you can always do something about your life that can make you proud about yourself
I find it funny how everyone else thinks other people care about what they're doing.
at the end of the day, none cares if you are a loser or a winner.
do things for yourself
self esteem has nothing to do with being attractive or smart. I'm considered attractive and smart but I still hate myself and think I don't deserve to live and there's nothing good about me. THERE'S NO POINT TO ANYTHING
Hey guys. I just don't have any experience with this and am not sure where to start.
I've been single for about a year. I have been in a few relationships and they haven't really worked out for one reason or another. I've never really been serious about commitment anyway. But now I want to start seriously looking for someone.
I am very interested in online dating as I think it opens a lot more doors than hoping to meet someone you're compatable with on the street.
But I'm just not sure where to look. I tried POF and it was all flakes and people trying to hook up. I tried eHarmony and all the people there were in their 30's like 35 and older (I'm 26).
I'm also kind of weird anyway and most people I've seen don't seem like people I would normally talk to if that makes sense.
Does anyone have experience with this? Have you gone about it in a different way than traditional dating sites?
>Have you gone about it in a different way than traditional dating sites?
Talk to people when you'r in public and then ask them out on a date. If you have a hard time doing that then practice and get better. For real, there is no secret, there is no technique. Anywhere, anytime, just do it.
We're not going to be able to manufacture real life scenarios for you in which you can acquire a serious relationship, you're just going to have to figure it out.
If you are looking for the person of your life, to live till die and travel and etc, I recommend you to try and live first you own life to the fullest. Pursue a carreer, enjoy your family and friends.
What I'm saying is when you live your own life first, this things comes naturally.
This happens to me. The time when I was searching, I didn't find any person. When I stopped caring, boom, there she was.
So just have faith and live your life
My cum has a bleachy salty taste. Is that normal or am I fucked? I heard that it's not supposed to be like that.
So, basically, a friend I was going to trip with is just becoming an asshole and giving me bad vibes, so I've lost interest in the prospect of tripping for now. Problem is, I fronted money to a dude we know so he can get us shrooms. The one I fronted money to is a level headed person in my experience, but I don't know him as well as my other friend does. Should I ask the dealer directly for my money back? Should I try to ask through my other friend (might I add he arranged the deal), who would undoubtedly try to convince me to buy it anyway?
id talk to the dealer and just ask if you can get the money back since you hadnt used the shrooms. make it out to be like 'i totally miscalculated my rent or some stupid shit' and if he is in fact level headed and reasonable he'll give you the cash back.
that being said, why would you pay in advance for drugs?
Long story short,my friend let me use his moped for a couple of weeks,I moved states but left him the moped in my old roommates driveway and my roommate sold it without a title the same day I left, she also admitted it to him she did.
Can I be in any legal trouble for her stupidity??
Okay cause I sent him a message with the photo of the moped right before I got on the taxi and left and he just said it wasn't there the day after, and he sent me a screenshot that she did sell it without knowing of the title was needed and such,I Dont want to be thrown in jail for some dumbfucks choices,I also kept screenshots for it if it'll help
it will help, but if she already admitted to this its her he needs to press charges against. realistically he should be able to go to who they sold it to, make her give the money back and then show the title and take the moped.
if not he needs to press charges and such.
Does it? Anyone had any success?
Kinda, varies on what you want and what you look like or pack down there
depends, for sex or for romance?
and from that the answer depends on what you look like, and to some degree the kind of girl you are willing to settle for.
i also hear location helps, i hear success is easier in small towns at first, but you quickly burn through everyone around you.
in big cities you get less success becuase girls have more options, but becuase of the constant shift of people in the city you get more results in the long run.
I'm looking for this picture of a tiny dog resting it's head on one of those mouse pads with anime titties.
Does anyone have this picture?
No ones has it?
Believe it or not, looking for it through google gives me nothing.
so I accidentally used mineral oil on a TPR sex toy, thinking it was silicone
Now it's very sticky and the opening is a bit torn
how fucked am I?
I don't think they were talking about the opening of the toy...
Anyone ever feel that they're too old for going to college? I'll be turning 25 in a couple months and I haven't started yet. Is it to late? I don't want to be just graduating school at 30 years old...
Recent times I found that I enjoy using my hands when doing work. Examples: working with wood, locksmiths and etc.
The problem is: there isn't a carreer and a great salary for manual work.
Or there is it?
Pic really not related
Any kind of technician; ie mechanical, electrical, automotive, etc.
You don't even need a degree in some cases. You just need certifications, and in some you just need experience. It helps with electrical and more advanced things to get a proper education as it's slightly more technical.
I'm a mechanical technician for oilfield measuring equipment. I only have an Associates of Science degree. I currently only make $40K/year but in a few years when things pick up I should be around $60K/year.
Is /lit/ or /ic/ better for writing critique?
So this requires a bit of backstory
>grow up as overweight, autistic fag
>manage to lose some weight, still overweight but meh
>manage to at least transition from autistic to just socially awkward
>find out in last year of high school from mother that apparently girl from around the block had a crush on me for awhile, her and girl's mom always talked about it

Extend your sympathies. You have not been negatively involved in her life, there's no reason for you to not act in kindness in fear of creating an awkward situation.
It coming from her old highschool crush may actually make it far more meaningful to her, a lot of women have a tendency to "cling" to those for a few years after or until they get a taste of what they're after.
That all makes sense, especially your point about there being no reason to not be kind just cause it MIGHT lead to an eventual awkward situation. I mean, my only worry by reaching out is that if she has clung to that sort of feeling and she maybe tries to start up something that I'd be worried of how she'd take me not being interested (nothing against her, I'm just not really up for that) though that's probably me just overthinking/worrying too much.
What should I major in if I want to do 3D animation?
I've been googling the past few days and all that seems to come up is kind of niche programs at CSUs or for-profit art institutes.
Is it really worth it?
Anything degree that would have classes which would help would be art degrees, which are not needed at all. You are better off teaching yourself and beginning to develop a portfolio.
If you must get a degree, get a Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree, but be warned that what you learn will have little to do with 3D animation except maybe getting to take one elective course in computer graphics.
Don't you think studios might prefer hiring from colleges though?
I also am not sure if self teaching will be as effective as the classroom, many have representatives from these companies coming in to aid and network with artists for potential jobs out of school.
Yeah, it's pretty useful. You need feedback to get better. Also, school is the best place to start building a social network that will help you get a job and better your skills.
Now, i dont know about the schools in your area, but you should call them to get more information about what they are offering and what companies are hiring their students.
