>>2054216 That dude's fuckin' nuts. I saw the ones where he got stuck by a porcupine and bit by an alligator snapping turtle.
I love him because he's NOT that retarded "Turtle Man". It's definitely a good thing that he's not on tv, or else they'd have to have some stupid drama bullshit to deal with every episode because that's all that 'Murricans will watch now, apparently.
Had that happen a long time ago. I had a couple of gopher snakes sharing a 4x2 cage and the bigger one was being a really shy eater. Got a live rat just for him, and the smaller snake stabbed it's head out from under the side of the hide and grabbed the rat. The rat was too big for him to eat safely, so I had to tear it away. This did not go well for the rat.
... long story short, I took it out on the patio table and cut it's head off with a kitchen knife. It's the best I could do on short notice.
So /an/ i found this weird plant growing out the back of my house i didnt plant it at all and i was hoping someone could help me id it so im gonna post some photos and if someone wants some.plants id i can try and help thank you!
>>2054036 I don't think that that many people seriously advise 10-12 weeks. The reason why you wait at least 8 weeks though is partly for physical development and partly because it's a period of socialization where among many other things the puppy learns that hard biting fucking hurts and that you shouldn't do it
About two weeks ago I bought a Weimaraner puppy, she is really nice and behaves really nice when we´re not at home (About three hours per day) but lately she has been trying to bite every family member and I just can´t make her stop. Any tips? By the way she gets hiccup whenever we´re playing, I took her to the vet and forgot to ask Is it normal?
>>2054031 Thanks! I´ve already talked to the local trainers and they told me that Haskell (The puppy) is way too young for training and that she needs to complete her vaccine schedule before being able to go to training. This is the first pet I've ever had so I'm kind of overwhelmed. Just one more question: How do I make her stop sleeping in my bed? She got used and now it seems impossible to make her sleep anywhere else
Anyway, just have patience. Weims are pretty high strung, but you'll get the hang of training. >bed Give her something warm to snuggle to and maybe an old shirt. It's pretty lonely and scary for a young pup to sleep on its own.
Then we can free all our cats, chickens, dogs, birds, fish, reptiles, hamsters, cows, etc. They're all just caged animals, after all.
Also, whales are adept at living in tanks. All animals without advanced thought are. The same as a clownfish in a 20 gallon aquarium. They don't have a lot of 'deep thought' going on about their plight. Their deepest thought is "oh, its getting light, that means I eat soon"
>>2053857 If that was my dog I'd keep telling him to stop that and train him to lie normally or he'll get fucked up joints. My dad had a Belgian shepherd who would lie with his back legs spread at the hips but his feet tucked together under his tail. The vet said his hips were fine but advised us to correct the dog's behavior or he might develop spinal trouble. We tried but we couldn't watch the dog 24/7 and he would sneak this madness into his life whenever he could. 7 years later the dog was paralyzed and incontinent.
