-OFFICIAL RAW THREAD- Keep all discussion here throughout the show.
Current Champions: > WWE World Heavyweight Champion: Roman Reigns > Intercontinenal Champion: Dean Ambrose > United States Champion: Alberto Del Rio > Diva's Champion: Charlotte > Tag Team Champions: The New Day
> WWE Tag Team of the Year: The Usos > Best John Cena U.S. Open Challenge: Cesaro > Hashtag of the Year: #SuplexCity > Celebrity Moment of the Year: Stephen Amell dives onto Stardust at SummerSlam > “Tell Me You Didn’t Just Say That” Moment of the Year: Brock Lesnar coins “Suplex City” at WrestleMania
Also, how the fuck did New Day not win Tag Team of the Year? Usos definitely deserved to win... last year. But with one of them being out for the better part of the year and losing their titles. This is like Reigns winning Superstar of the Year last year.
>family used to be rich >people recognize me and see me as if I were something special >go to a boxing gym >trainer tells me "kid, you werent born to be a boxer" >tfw trainer prefers to train a 10 years old nignog
>>839576 I haven't played with it. It's a butterfly shape, right? So it's good for 1a play? I'll look into it.
I can't get a yo-yo until probably after Christmas anyway because there are no stores nearby that focus on yo-yos, and I can't buy one online until I can get to the bank to deposit a check, then order it and wait for it to arrive. In the meantime, I'm watching unboxing videos like a weirdo, and reading as much as I can about yo-yos, how to take care of them, and so on.
what's everyone's opinion on the Aeons? why the fuck are usd trying to shill their overpriced plastic bullshit when their carbons are the best on the market (minus Adapt, but fuck that pricetag mang, no one needs handmade skates). seriously no reason to buy into this bullshit. if you're not riding carbons then you should be at work to get the money to buy some goddamn carbons.
also, Enin won breakthrough skater of the year. no surprises there. also, what are you all hoping to see in 2016? are we gunna see some Eugen Enin... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
FURIA TRAINING CENTER Furia is BJJ based MMA. The teacher is affiliated with a type of BJJ based off what its suppose to be about, Vale Tudo style BJJ mixed with a modern striking MMA style to complement it. They also teach boxing, kickboxing and submission grappling/MMA.
FUSION FIGHT CO. Fusion is Muay Thai based MMA. They use to teach Behring style Jiu Jitsu which is like a cousin to Gracie Jiu Jitsu and self defense oriented but moved to sport Jiu Jitsu a year ago. They focus on Muay Thai. They throw a little Judo in with Jiu Jitsu but... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Theres a Gracie Barra near by with BJJ world champs and pro MMA fighters teaching but its McDojo as fuck! If you compare mat space from here to the others its like a hallway compared to a warehouse. Shits way too corporate and formal; you have to wear their uniform. Showed up after studying BJJ for half a year and wasn't allowed to free roll; you have to be 3 stripe. After a year of study and no free rolling I quit. Its half year later and I want to fucking roll so figure a MMA place has got to let you roll.... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
For threads like these, it's better to just ask at Sherdog. There's more people there from different whereabouts, and each of us know our local MMA scenes and gyms but there might be professional level gyms around your area that are far superior to what you mention here
>>839109 /asp/ in general isn't a big fan if anything other than sanda/sanshou, unless you say that you're doing it for the cool factor, because you're into some philosophical Chinese shit, or are a straight chinaboo. Mostly because of questionable effectiveness/it taking a hell of a lot longer to be good enough for it to be effective than some other arts. Personally, I've seen some not shit grappling from certain cma stuff, and taichi seems cool because muh health and doing it unto seniority. Plus, I figure... Comment too long. >>839220 Isn't Sanshou basically said martial arts just applied to a competitive setting? Mcregor and Lyoto have a traditional mart arts style and it works for them, Mcregor especially flows a lot like Bruce Lee.
