After training for a few years, my punches and kicks now go "through" the Thai pads. They hurt the guy holding, he's worrying about his bones and joints and doesn't want to play with me anymore, basically.
What's the next step? I almost broke my fingers on the heavy bag because I punched too hard (fist sunk in too much - ouch). What about wall pads? How to stuff my bag so it becomes harder?
The objective isn't trying to punch as hard as you can it's to try to punch or kick with enough force to accomplish what you are trying to do focus now on speed since it sounds like you are slow as fuck

As you can see even in competition it looks like shit-tier self-taught judo. It would look even worse in a fight. What do you expect from people who spend all their time doing compliant drills designed to reinforce their belief that grappling can be done at arm's length?
remember a few weeks ago when he actually did the fallaway slam finisher left to right of the hardcam so he only had to pin the guy, rather than do that gay ass 3 point k-turn around the body to make sure hes facing the camera like usual
then he stopped an went back to the stupid fall-back from the camera
