There has to be some way to watch this online, right?
...Right? Can't even find a torrent.
But how the shit are they gonna make any money if they can't release the movie in theaters or on DVD
Many of you have heard of about this "interview" movie scandal with North Korea hacking the US. This is NOT true. I am apart of a rare group of inbred ayylien/Neanderthal leftovers. We try to keep peace on earth so we hacked sony and falsely claimed it was the gooks. Ask me anything
Let me reword that.
What I'm saying is why would they hack themselves as a publicity stunt? How could they make money from it? I don't think they'd sacrifice the release of a 40 million dollar movie for publicity.
I don't think we'll be seeing it anytime soon. It has been confirmed that the source of the hack was North Korea. They don't want anyone to see it, so they won't leak it. The major theaters caved to terrorism threats, so they won't show it. Maybe Sony will release it on DVD eventually?
But there were threats of terrorism. They can't just say "Oh boy we know they were threatening to kill people over the release of this movie but we're gonna release it anyway."
You know how many threats North Korea has made over the last year or so? Kim Jong Un was quoted saying that DC will be a sea of flames. Lol they use hyperboles like nothing. Even if these threats were actually from NK, they aren't legitimate
>ITT: Faggot underage kids who only want to see a shit tier movie because it is unavailable and not acknowledging the "good" terrorism can sometimes do as is case in point.
Of course they aren't legitimate, but that doesn't mean people won't believe it. The "hacker group" threatened a terrorist attack if the movie was released. People would despise Sony if they were to go ahead and release it despite terrorist threats. This is merica, terrorism is the biggest fucking trigger word you could possibly fathom
Valid. But the demographic for this movie is 18-30 for sure. And in that age group edgy=cool, so Sony will have them hooked. And you've also got the Murrica group who will go see it because its standing up for our 1st Amendment
ha! Ha! How does it feel to be desperate faggot craving a steaming pile of Hollywood SGIT!?
ENJOY BEING A LIFETIME FAGGOT, FAGGOT!
You're a fucking idiot. North Korea really fucked with Sony, I was really surprised.
When they were hacked the first time, a ton of information about their employees was released. Like their addresses and social security numbers. A bunch of information was also released about the company and its private history. For example, one of the documents showed that Sony had thought about taking legal action against Bill Murray for being so uncooperative with Ghostbusters 3.
A bunch of their staff also had their computers hacked. This image was flashing on their screens telling them to watch their backs, and that if the movie was released a few theaters would have a "Christmas surprise akin to 9/11". A bunch of people were shaken up about it and a few theaters bailed out showing the film. Sony gave permission to other theaters that they could opt out if they wanted, and after they thought about it they decided to pull the movie altogether.
Agree that NPR might as well be Glenn Beck.
But yeah, it's confirmed. For what it's worth, I hear they may turn this into a trial movie for direct-to-online streaming (aka Netflix, Amazon).
Someone watched The Daily Show tonight
>>Hating a country because they stopped the release of a movie
>Not hating a country because they regularly market and sell shit tier films to the general public, oh and allow various corporations to effectively poison the Earth
And yes, I agree the U.S. is a greedy corporate run war mongering Police state (HR 4681, ANYONE?), but I think my fix is better because people don't have to swallow as hard.
The Interview was pulled from theaters because the last scene was Kim Jong Un dying by a missile hitting his helicopter. The scene is in slowmo and you see Un burning alive before ingulfed in flames and blown up (edgy sad music plays as he burns alive)

Why not just change the ending?
if you mean legitimately full of viruses then, yes. yes, its full of tasty viruses that your computer cant get enough of!
Don't you guys see that all this is just a setup to build hype? Just like that flappy bird shit.
Hackers are "anonymous" or they often think they are. It could very well be Americans or Europeans posing as Korean hackers, labelling themselves as terrorists. It wouldn't surprise me, honestly.
saying you want to watch this is like saying you want to watch the super bowl from 1978, its fucking irrelevant as soon as people focus thier attention on some other mroe "pressing" issue.
im sorry you have no friends
>probably because youre not so good with strangers
here, have an honorary naked banana that we 4chaners give to new friends. its all yours, i insist.
