this board won't fit
we both know that's impossible
i want this so bad, just so i can pull it out my pocket when i see a manish woman when i'm in public
I sucked at this game like every other video game but I had some parts to the set
that was my first set
So the most terrible thing just happened, I realized I had lost my childish creativity and I'm drawing a blank on what to build. But here's qui-gon with a big gun
Favorite 2 of 2: Legoland Airport (circa 1990's)
Not to mention packing the parts in numbered bags to make them even more of a babby's first building toy.
Screw the new spaceships, I'll take my flying bricks and use my imagination goddamnit.
I never needed someone to slam my face into something to tell me this is what it's supposed to be.
Give me a giant bin of random lego pieces and I'll make whatever I would want without the special pieces
Some are, some aren't, although they still work with all the older bricks. I've been dying to get the Lego Movie "Benny's Spaceship" set because it reminds me so badly of the old 1970's / 80's Classic Space sets
Could anyone figure out the set from this one piece? I would be impressed
They done done and done it, huh? I cant remember if they did that with rock raiders but I never did shit like that, I still have a never built 32 deuce coupe model(non lego) cause I pieced it up and didnt think to numbers
got my nephew this for christmas, my sisters going to kill me as she has to put it together
The new/specialty pieces are a good thing. They give people more building possibilities. It's not like you're forced to use them anyway. I think most of them are pretty cool and don't introduce anything too radical. Besides, 90s Lego had so many specialty pieces. Introducing pieces like this isn't new. Give me an example of a piece you don't like.
haha mommy couldnt afford real legos for you. lol
Also, it's the same way that they've gone with GI Joes and Transformer toys.
I had a ton of GI Joes that had all kinds of neat shit.
And with the Transformers toys, I remember you had to pretty much have a damn engineering degree to switch them from bot to vehicle, etc.
I had the planet Transformer and it took me 3 days to figure out how to change it back and forth without looking at the directions.
Now all this shit is based off of the movie characters.
Fuck off! You always pull apart my models to make legos vaginas that you try to fuck after I leave and blame them being destroyed on your dad or some shit. Go shove a legos in your dick OP! I hope it gets stuck so you can never get lego pussy again!
you truly have no fucking clue what lego is about.
oooooooh i remember him
i used him as my "main character" for some time
(customized with black space police oxygen tank+ black helmet with plain black visor)
was a pain in the ass to find a plain black visor in the 90s
The UFO sets from the late 1990s were my favorites. I had all of them.
This one right here. Made it with my dad back in the day. Got it for Christmas. Loved it.
specialty pieces were rare it felt like as a kid. i would eventually end up dismantling sets and make my own creations using those special parts. now the internet exists and i can buy any piece i want
best set themes EVER
anyone who opposes can either an hero or 1on1 me
those are just what would fit under my bed, the real shit, like pic related, are built in bins in my barn
im at my parents house for christmas...all these sets and alot more are in a million pieces in the attic
holy fuck i wanna build them
Actually maths is an abbreviation of mathematics... Math is only used in the states where you are lazier than the rest of the world, Maths is not a plural...
Or were you trolling?
alright alright, on to the next one. anyone know where these came from?
if you think "their way" is the "only bricks matter" one then yes, they briefly lost it in those sets but i think they had not too much fancy stuff, just about the right amount. and who wasnt into aliens and all that deep sea stuff as a kid? I sure was
Fuck yeah! I've got an entire room in my house for fucking around with LEGO. Too many models from the 70's to today for me to remember!
