I have $1000. How can I turn this into more money?

>>608894489 Well there is the stock market for one. Its basically the most accepted form of gambling you can do. Or you can invest it in making a bitcoin mining PC and just leave it running like all the time.
Obviously this was intended as a joke but in all seriousness, the bank is a terrible place to store your money. Capital controls and bail-ins are coming. When the markets finally crash the banks will keep your money. Look at what happened in Cyprus.
I don't know how serious you are, but if you're not looking to buy and sell anything material, your best bet is probably like the stock market. Do some research and invest in a stock that's going up.
If you want to like try to start some sort of business, it could go a decent way to a start at like a game server hosting website. I know this dude that started a minecraft server hosting website at the start of last year and he's got like 150k in his paypal right now and goes out and parties and fucks bitches every weekend, hes like 28.
Otherwise you can always buy like some weed in bulk and sell it to middle schoolers or something
>>608894489 You can buy BTC and then buy a crypto called "CRAVE" which has been doubling in value every few hours for days You can also buy drugs and then sell them for more than you bought them for. I hear you should "buy for a dollar, sell for two"
Bit of work but minimal risk- sell concessions outside sporting events. My friend's kid plays soccer so he is always at matches on the weekends and he packs a cooler full of bottled water, soda, etc. and snacks that he buys cheap at costco and resells for 5X the price. Says he brings in a couple hundred each weekend that way.
>>608900917 You asked how you can make more money with $1000. I told you how. Its not my problem if you are too scared cause you lost money before or you don't know how to buy/sell drugs. I did my part, you want to make excuses, so Fuck off.
>>608900725 Works, soccer moms love snacks. In middle school i sold sodas from my locker since they couldn't do it in the caffeteria wen't great. Sold bought them for about 1$ each and sold for 2,5-3$ each.
>>608902042 Generally, it's bitter people who lost money in the market that consider it gambling. If you don't like to gamble, cool. But don't think that the stock market is "gambling" just because the majority of idiots use it that way.
>>608902330 But is is in fact gambling. You place a bet(buy stock) and its up to lady luck if your stock goes up or not. There is no way to predict how a certain stock will go. Its just a guessing game. You could trying investing before they realse a new product if you know their quarterly goals but that's still a guess. You can't tell how the public will react.
>>608902783 You're confusing the fact that there are elements of luck with the idea that the entire enterprise is dependent on it. It's not. I'm sure you can think of lots of things that you could make an educated guess and be right about way more than 50%, although never 100.
Sit down for half an hour and figure out a Craigslist scam. What I did was sold pirated FL studio for $50 to teenagers who want to all be l33t brostep producers. Only made like less than 200 because one of the kids dads watched over my shoulder and was pissed it wasn't a disc version. I wrote a random serial number down on a piece of paper and told him to download the trial version and enter that code in if he ever wanted to activate on a new cpu
>>608904480 Although note that its just my extreme laziness keeping me from making a lot more off of this. Do it with whatever you want, fl studio was just the only ripped program I've ever gotten a decent copy of.
How can you buy this stuff so cheaply, and then sell it so high?
Is this just a case of economies of scale, buying cheap in bulk, and then selling dear to individuals? Or are these products less than what the claims suggest? Are the products legit or are they cut with anything to save costs? You're getting a 15 fold ROI which is crazy high.
>>608905087 Parents don't want them blowing their money.
But you're gaurunteed to get what you put in and you'll get more than what you put in. Only if you go for like 10 grand plus. They're really just an alternative to locking it up in a trust fund so you get a bit more out of it. My 10 grand from when my dad lost his job unjustly is in there, honestly I'd rather it be in there too BC I'd blow it all on vidya or stupid shit
>>608905194 yep start out on Amazon, they even have their own fulfillment centers, so you would essentially never have to leave your computer.
You buy the product from any private label nutraceutical company, then have them ship it out to your Amazon fulfillment center, sit back and watch the money roll in.
Then if you get big, you can leave amazon and go with a better fulfillment center. most nutraceutical companies actually offer there own fulfillment (but it's a little pricey, so don't bother until you've established your brand on Amazon).
then later down the road if you get REALLY big, you'll want to look into merchant processing, traffic sources, CRM, etc. but that's usually only if you're moving like 20,000+ bottles a week. I have a few clients moving 50K bottles of fucking garcinia a week. Dr. Oz gets all those fat housewives talking about a certain product, then we sell the shit out of it.
I'm currently working in Indonesia, where a lot of legit stuff is made in factories - big brands like Nike, Banana Republic, Colombia, Guess, Hilfiger, etc. These are sold locally at a fraction of the retail cost in the West, I mean 90% less, and it's not fake, it's real. I always thought about exporting this stuff to campuses in the West. Uni students would love this stuff, no?
Ok you don't even need money to make money with the system I am going to tell you about. print a fake certificate saying you are a certified senior citizens self defense instructor, go to park boards that have senior centers, go to higher class senior living centers, churches, ect ect ect. Teach them how to swing a cane, swing a purse, and some other crap. You collect the dough. sell shirts and hats to them that say the class name. more dough.
In Canada, loansharking is legal. They don't call it loansharking, but the legal maximum rates are clearly usurious. As a Canadian, who is accustomed to lots of government safeguards against scammers, I was surprised to learn that this is entirely legal. It made me want to open a lending business myself. I still might, once I save enough.
>>608894489 saw it a bond film and it makes a bit of sense buy foreign gold that's cheap but still valuable and pure and sell it in/ to countries with a higher selling price rinse and repeat should theatrically make more money but you'd probably have to pay tax on it so you could just smuggle it in
Fake a donation. If you know your shit about publisher make a few packets at a library about some sort of charity (selling candy for red cross) with prices. Print out little 'thanks you! Receipts with a random address on it (not a number BC if they decide to call it to make sure its legit you're in deep shit, addresses they'd have to drive to). Then get a younger relative and go out a couple dozen miles to a random community (DONT go to the suburbs. Go for a kinda poor town.) Get him to go door to door "selling" shit saying all donations go to whatever you've decided, promise him 1/5th cut or whatever you want. Go town to town.
Have been debating on doing this for a while but haven't been in a dark enough place
>>608906625 Facebook is kind of decent to start out with. I would def create a facebook for your brand, and jump all over social media in general.
And eventually you will want to have your own website/landing page where people can purchase directly. Start out with Amazon doing straight sales, and then maybe branch off into risk free trials. Honestly, most of the marketing is already done for you via the Dr. Oz show. Find out what product he's pushing and then jump all over it.
>>608906907 competition is stiff, but it's easy to get started and make decent money (with virtually little work). You could essentially do all of this from a laptop, and never see one bottle of product. Getting to the point of moving 50K bottles a week takes time, and money, and the right resources. But you could just kick it, selling 1-2K bottles a month and make very decent money. Live very comfortably, and totally legally.
I've been in this industry for only about 4 years now, but I will say this: it does NOT take a genius to make money here. My clients cant even construct a simple email, but they're making shit loads of money doing this.
>>608894942 this guy is right, bitcoin mining is dead, the only thing how you could benefit from it is to buy the bitcoin minign device and after it paid itself off, sell it quickly, but it's risky as fuck and isn't worth it.
>>608895367 I hate you people, you ruin all good blow. I remember I used to be able to do a line and my face went numb, not only that, it would last for an hour.now you can't do a line without having to take a shit, and it barely does anything.
Selling pot illegally is one of the worst ways this nigger can invest his money on.
He should instead buy his medcard and use the grand to buy a really good grow op and buy some potent strains and then sell his crops to local dispensaries, shit maybe even your stupid nigger idea and sling some on the streets too. He'll be netting as long as he maintains his operation.
That and growing/selling shrooms, it's like a 85 dollar investment and you can yield huge amounts and sell an 8th of that shit on the streets for 25-45 dorru
>>608910059 Going to cost a lot more than 1K to set up shop making weed that you can sell to dispensaries. The competition is fierce as fuck. You can't just "grow weed and sell it" and expect to compete with the legal top notch shit
>buy shitty 1980 or 1990s truck, 4wd, preferably chevy. miles irrelevant, but lower is better. >buy lawnmower >during spring/ summer/ fall do landscaping >find out garbage days in area, drive around and pick up anything aluminium/copper[to test if something is aluminium vs. steel use a magnet. magnets don't attach to aluminium] when you have a feww hundred pounds of each metal sell at scrap yard >profit >with profits buy plow for winter/trailer/better lawnmower with bigger blade >get hired as private snowplow[or start own private plow company-> eventually hire others and profit off of sitting around], if not in snowy area scratch plow entirely or move for the winter season
tips: >chevy may not be the best or most reliable truck, but it's the cheapest and easiest to repair by far. >when going door to door for landscaping don't bother with low-income neighborhoods. look in rich areas that aren't gated and areas with a high demographic of elderly people. these are the people too old or lazy to do their own work.
plow is highly reccomended as if you live in a snowy area u can work 80 hour weeks and be making 20$/hour
do secret shopper if you live in a metro area
search for IRA's that offer high returns [they exist] currently have one that pays out 22% compounding annually that i add 250-300 a month to
buy small shitty properties in population dense areas, rehab them to meet code, rent them out at $50 lower than the cheapest apartments in town.
sell drugs if you want to but be careful as it never pays out in the long run.
