>Host at very busy restaurant
>5/hr + 3-6% of all the tips every server made while I was on shift, which usually comes out to about 40-60$ (which isn't taxed, and I walk out with)
Overal, it comes to about 12-18$ per hour.
most things are nationalized so electricity/water is not that much
we heat with wood so its like 150$/years for heat

I split the tipout between me and another host, and there's usually like 10 servers working.

(hint: speaking in letters instead of words isn't a good sign)
>vid related, start at 1min 51 sec
mainly vidya and old toys / antiques. Anything I can buy cheap and flip. Have sold some bigger stuff before like vintage speakers, instruments, bow and arrows, and big statues.
Pic related, found one of these for 180 sold for 650
its easy if you can get a setup like you have there.
kick. ass. I used to dishwash and I fucking loved my setup. 3 tables for sorting, wash, machine holds 2 racks at a time, drying with 2 tables to set stuff on. when i had nothing to do I'd work out.
You the skipper from earlier? You guys all pull the same stunts. Hours notice, but can I have the engine in 20? Fuck me were not starting a Honda civic down there. I've been on big boats all my career, nothing smaller than 740 foot
You'd probably get by with just a decent resume, with mentioning building a PC or two, knowledge with being able to use a multimeter... But I got a bullshit degree from ITT, so I was able to REALLY fluff up my resume.
Shift Manager - Blending Operator / laboratory technician.
3540$ Dollar / 2310£ / 3115 Euro - Before taxes
I feel you, man.
19 here too. I receive seatbelts, sort them, and then feed them through the line to the people that actually put them into the cars for 11/hr. I feel like scum. I know I should be grateful to have a job but I just want one with actual fucking challenge. One that when finally go home, flop to your bed and " Yeah, I /earned/ that paycheck" y'know?
Yes, but I think you have my confused. I have a licenses to operate up to a 100 ton. I run tugs, or party boats. I'm working my way up to my 200 ton, and then getting some tug endorsements. If I get my unlimited after that I'll be sure to keep thay in mind haha
How long have you been working on boats?
wtf is this shit.
>>Be supervisor for CVS
>>work there for 3 years

Yeah I get ya, just try not to be one of those dicks! I started in '09 as unlicensed (oiler), wrote STCW 3rd class last year. Need a bit more sea time and study time for 2nd class. Plan is to retire Cheif so long as I stick into the books. Shits getting automated as fuck on the newer ships.
Yeah, I fear it's a dying field for sure. The new systems are crazy. You can hold the exact position just by putting in the lat and long. I enjoy being on the water though. How many more hours you need?
That dirty ass coal. I hate hauling that shit. US inland haul?
Youth Development Counselor
Definitely time to find another job.
until someone puts an eye out
Is have to count em up but roughly be another 6 months seatime. Will be next year anyways. It's more about passing the exams at this point. There's 7 of them for 2nd class. it's changed even in the years I've been at it. Smaller crews and cheaper companies. Couldn't stand a desk job though and not battling city traffic to get to work is tits.
>Unemployed due to fracturing spine
> -$300,000 in hospital bills, amberlamps, surgery, etc
Feels good man
