Realize that this will take up +60 hours of your life a week and you will have to sacrifice for a long time, without the guarantee of success. This means less time for friends, family, hobbies... your life will become your enterprise.
Does it make sense that the world fits perfectly in a one size fits all answer to your question?
Whether owning a home is financially wise or not depends on multiple things, all of which has been rehashed on /biz over and over again. Some of them including location, rental prices, mortgage rates, age, employment prospects, etc
Currently my point of view is no, I'd rather take my 20% down-payment and put it into riskier investments... I guess this will change as I get older but I don't see a problem with renting a top-tier town-home for $900 where everything is taken care of for me so I can focus on growing my investments.
Hopefully by the time I desire a home I'll be able to buy one with cash, in full
Why should I find the girls? I need at least two, Also should I pay them commission over hourly pay to give them a incentive to work harder and save money?
Rent will be £11000 per year Massage will be around £25 for 30 mins £45 for one hour They are not set in stone and I will offer quite a few over services and deals
I will operated from 12pm till 3am so I'm looking to run it around the clock, I want to catch the drunks late at night who feel rowdy and willing to spend. They will be "Extras"... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.

I think you have it backwards, anon. The problem is that the girls will be the ones getting the 'tips' and it's better if you can claim ignorance as to what goes on. It would be better to have them paid the legal minimum and they pocket all 'tips' except for an 'hourly rental agreement (not necessarily the same as the regular house fee)'.
I'm 18 years old working for my parents, and eventually in the next decade or so I'm going to take over their company. Now the problem is, it's in a trade which I have no interest in. I have a sharp mind, I was brought up with less than most of my friends, was taught to work hard, and yet I'm lacking that desire to pursue this business which in turn will provide me pools of money.
Help pls, I don't wanna be some normie fag being the manager of a local Best Buy
>>1048746 get out and see shit. try out different jobs just to experience them. You're 18 dude, the most fun you could be having is bussing tables at a resturaunt and flirting with the hostesses/waitresses.

I'm 20 years old and I'm in my third year of university (biology) without a job.
I have saved up around $40,000 (maplebux) which is just lying in a shitty 1.75% interest savings account from trading vidya game items ($10,000 tied up in other shit).
Lurked the board for a while so I have a very minimal idea of investments and certain meme stocks that are talked about. However, not too sure what to do to better my situation and put my savings to work.
I live with my parents (in a rented house) so I don't really have any... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Why are so many people ignorant of the concept of economics? All over the internet you have people advocating for a push in science education, and they're the same people who have had very little to no experience in economics education.
One trend I've noticed especially on social media is Sanders' proposal for a federally mandated $15 minimum wage. How do these people not consider state wages and purchasing power?
>>1048645 Except economics is a pseudoscience. It has no predictive power over the economy, nor has it ever had any predictive power.
There is no consensus whatsoever within the economics community either. Many economists actually support things like higher minimum wages. You and many individuals like you simply use "economics" as an appeal to authority against anything you might disagree with, even if some aspects of economics actually disagree with your positions.
There's a difference between nature being too complex to understand and outright making shit up. Would you call Psychology and Meteorology pseudosciences?
>It has no predictive power over the economy, nor has it ever had any predictive power.
It has explanations for trends, you know, cause and effect. You get some predictive power out of this, just not accurate predictive power. For example, you... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
While I'm not going to challenge the main point: I will point out that locating factories in China or Nigeria is going to greatly increase the overhead in other ways. The level of bribes you have to pay in highly corrupt third world nations seriously eats into profits. Additionally,... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Good luck when the Nigerian gov takes your factory or when that cheap labor steals your materials or cant even show up to work.
Like Mr Wonderful says.... "Money goes to where it feels safe" no one will ever say this but real non corrupt money attracts to the people with the most integrity and the ones that are morally superior. Lying, cheating, and stealing is never works in the long term and thats why no money goes to Africa, because you cannot trust those animals. People think giving money to them will help, ha a proper philosophical base is what is needed... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Save up for the 20 years of therapy you'll need after you get out so you might have a miniscule chance of reintegrating with society and being a normal human again by the time you die. That is, if it doesn't kill you before you get out and you simply fade into obscurity as nobody ever remembers you and you never manage to do anything or accomplish anything with your life. It's a good thing that with just about every other job being replaced with automation that we still can convince people into self population control err... I mean putting boots on the ground!
