I'm curious if there will be any investment opportunities for normal people in the future. It would make sense that wealthy people and entities would buy up as much property as possible if real estate is the big thing.
Will there be any left for normal people?
I'm pretty sure there will be plenty of single-family, residential properties for "normal people." Large real estate companies will probably continue to manage large building, apartment building and industrial complexes.
I don't think housing prices will suffer much from any future turmoil in the real estate market. Large and expensive things like golf course, resorts, hotels, etc., will suffer terribly from a loss of value.
if you don't wanna verify with an exchange but wanna buy some Ethereum I'm willing to trade up to 60 ETH for CS:GO items.

I didn't look too much at the thread, but someone a few weeks ago was asking about whether or not growing marijuana was a viable method of making money. So I have some questions; what is the threshold for making good money in terms of quantity? How much should I sell for? What are startup costs? Etc.
Proof that people on /biz/ lie.
Once you've submitted your application, how long does it generally take for employers to get back to you?
What should I do if I have tonnes of free time or want to do a lot of stuff (e.g. learning programming, learning more maths, etc)? Daily schedules that I follow or waiting for inspiration / motivation and giving myself small challenges?
Do schedules work or are they used to shirk actual work? Mike Tyson, Tiger Woods, (so high performance people) had schedules. Even college professors have schedules. They schedule their research (i.e. what they're good at and what they've worked on all their lives) around the many hours of shit like teaching etc.

Will there be enough room for more than one in the future Crypto Economy?
If they all turn out to be technically viable and functional will one be enough to handle the weight of the entire global economy?
Plus the others are so cheap now if you invest the same amount in all of them, the gains from the eventual winner will vastly outweigh the losses of the initial investments because the eventual winner is certain to increase well over 300%
Power law applies. The most successful cryptocurrency will capture 80% of the market, all the rest will share the other 20%. Currently its bitcoin and I dont see it changing any time soon (memes in ur picrelated).
Im so glad to see these jews getting crushed. Empires can still fall after all, when people get pissed off.
That's what happens when you abuse copyright/trademark shit.
How do you feel when your trading skills don't have a rap yet??
Hello /biz/. My college class is doing a stock market project on MarketWatch. We have $200,000 and three months to increase our net worth as much as possible. What the hell do I do. How do I guarantee money in three months? Help me /biz/
I am soon going to start studying economics in Germany and I just watched 'The big short' and it got me interested in stock trading.
Do you recommend any books to read before I am going to uni? Especially books regarding stock trading.
Not a book but if you want a very interesting introduction to how people in competition think, try this...
It's a Yale University class on game theory. It's free, the lectures are on video and you can download all of the class material, notes and tests.
VERY interesting class...
This is exactly why Bitcoin will deprecate everything and will reach trillion+ marketcap in the next 10 years.
This is also going to make the price explode. 0.12 soon too. Halving soon. Sidechains soon. God it's going to be a hell of a show.
/biz/ is so fucking low IQ. You deserve to stay poor and dumb.
Is a degree from an online institution worth the hassle?
Are online universities a scam?
What do you think, /biz/?
I would like to understand how the youtube marketing works. How to grow a channel, etc. Do you guys know good books/websites about that ? Thanks
>be a cancerous normie

>wasted the last 10 years learning to make games because it was my passion as a kid
>now that I've become old I no longer give a fuck about playing games and the worst of all, I started to care more about money
pls tell me some good stories of people making money (not millions) by developing games.
I just need motivation.
