Give us a background of your skills, connections (family, friends), finances, general location, and aptitude. I just got accepted into a top 30 United States MD program. If I don't get any scholarships, then I'm potentially looking at upwards of $300,000 of student loan debt by the time I'm in any position to begin paying it off.
