/biz/ I recently gave out a loan of $450 to a young mother I met online. She promised me $600 in return and let me hold on to some of her sentimental valuables, a necklase, pins, and a vape pen. She was beating around the bush about meeting up with me again and has not contacted me in 4 days after I have called and texter her. i know Her address because I met her at her small apartment complex the first time. What should I do? Any legal action I can take? Any experience with loaning money?
You get a single distribution, usually quarterly, aggregating all the dividends for that period. That distribution will be paid in cash or reinvested depending on the options you established when you created your account.
>>1032897 >Do all companies payout dividends at the same time or is this standardized across the financial world? Not every company pays a dividend, and there is no fixed standard for those that do. Usually, but not always, distributions are done quarterly, to coincide with the release of the company's financial statements.
can you use tor to increase your own ad revenue on your blogspot blog? as in creating a macro thatll continually click on the ads on your site and resets its tor connection so the ad agency thinks its from another ip(exit node)?
So I'm a college student, I attend Santa Barbara city college. I'm receiving yearly checks due to a settlement I got as a child. I'm originally from Bakersfield, where the housing prices are a lot cheaper. Should I move back and finish my college there? My next check is going to be $20,000. How should I invest this? My uncle is a realtor and says I should invest it into units (property) and rent it out. Can someone give me some tips or advice?
>>1032825 No. Buy royalty trusts. BPT and PBT and others for example. pays you the same as a rent house and you don't have to fix anything or deal with meth makers. Valuation fluctuates just liie fucking houses. Houses are high now and oil is low. Hint, hint.
>>1032856 >>1033011 The idea was to mortgage the units, make a couple hundred profit on each a month, and if I do it right, I could hire people to find tenants and continue on doing that. Possible or not?
>just got my settlement from the insurance company for an injury that happened 3 years ago >stocks are all down so i decide to invest it >have to wait 15 business days for the check to clear >stocks start moving back up Shit
I'm a double major in physics and finance from a big east coast school that just graduated. I've literally applied to 427 jobs (in drug companies, tech companies, finance firms, et) since I was a Junior in uni until now (graduated this month). Everyone says either they chose someone else and they aren't interested or they never got back to me.
It's not your major that matters. I was the top of my class. I juggled many odd jobs to help my guardian. I tutored so many students while in my studies. None of... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Sucks dude. I know Nepotism is the only thing getting jobs out there and it's shit. We were all sold a lie. The economy is shit and the jobs are simply not there, whilst the corrupt as fuck politicians try to outsource STEM jobs like yours to fucking inferior shit skins.

Nothing unethical about hiring a friend. If you know you get along with them and that they are capable of performing required tasks then you have no right complain. They are the same as you, just safer as they are certain to get along with the company culture.
>build industrial park close to a major city with good universities >build basic housing around said industrial park >offer free housing, utilities, food and small weekly income to any graduates or phd students who want to start a business or research project >make money back by taking 10% stake in any business founded

Ok i just finished reading this. Pretty sure i have cancer now.
>i fell for the education meme TWICE >muh new toys i need new toys >debt is so terrible ill just stop caring >readers, you too shouldn't give a fuck about being financially stable >my credit is only above 700 because of a government backed loan that i cant default on, so ill just pack on more debt
I expected a Bernie Sanders 2016 plug at the end tbqh
BUT. My thing is this: Universities need to stop fucking offering degrees that have zero career potential. It would be like doctors offering sugar pills and saying they cure a disease. its fucking dishonest and theivery of the university system to be convincing young people to get degrees without a profitable future to them.
So while I do agree OP, I think the current USA university model needs drastic changes.
