I'm interviewing for a very nice job tomorrow. I think I'm in good shape for it, but they just emailed me to say that I need references from supervisors at each of the previous jobs I have listed on my resume. One of these jobs was a remote position and I had no real sustained face-to-face contact with any particular supervisor there, so I'm not sure getting a reference is even possible. How do I fake this instead? I was thinking about setting up a fake business email, is that a good idea?
Why would it be bad if you had no supervisor? Just get one reference and that will be enough. If you never worked long enough anywhere then bargain for a probation period and bullshit about how much you know. Unless it's small company people barely give a shit about references.
I was watching a video on YT and I wonder if anyone knew the website on the pic. I can't for the life of me read the url.
The chart is showing GLD prices btw.
I wouldnt use it, though

Is begging a profitable business? I heard that the average is $15/hour. Is that true?
You would probably find street performing much more profitable. Plus you wont be a scumbag mooch. Pic related
>I didn't buy Ethereum in time and its 3x more than when it first appeared to /biz

What's she going to say tomorrow guys?
Should I hop out of my short positions until it's over?
>thinking she won't order the FED into a new round of QE because God forbid we have a bear market.
Most likely? Some new god-forsaken program to rob us and subsidize the banks an stock market. The public is beginning to figure out that they got the short end of the QE stick already, so they have to do something else.
Or they could go full madman and annouce QE infinity.
So, /biz/, I have a question for you.
I own a startup I've been working on over the past year. Me and my cofounder both do not have a business background, but we know several business people.
We're trying to figure out if we should take investment money. We're both only 19, so getting large sums is going to be almost impossible. Our main product is also almost entirely finished already, so we don't strictly need the money. In fact, we'd probably just spend most of it on insurance and advertising.
Is it better for us to just market...

Do eBay sellers with a higher feedback tend to give their buyers positive feedback more often?
I'm asking because I'm planning to buy some stuff just to get positive feedback (to be able to sell faster later).
ETH to break 0.01
nocoiners on SUICIDE WATCH
>mfw nocoiners think the price will go down and still won't buy now at $3.60 and then it goes to $300 next year.
What is a "CoCo"?
exactly what it says, its a bond that gets converted into company equity once certain levels are breached.
That means you wave goodbye to all bond coupons and principal repayment and you now have (a probably rapidly deprecating due to capital structure stress) piece of equity.
What the fuck is happening? Share values crashed 10% yesterday and it's continuing today. Is this the great depression 2.0 we've all been waiting for?
Meanwhile ETH is up 16$ in 10 hours.
Why do people even bother investing in legacy corporations with all of their massive overhead, thousands of worthless employees just sucking the life and money out of an investment..
