Only way to be sure (outside of a crime lab) is to pick the lemons off the tree yourself.

How many of you get heartburn/indigestion/GERD?

I've been getting it really bad over the past 12 months and taking a lot of ranitidine tablets (aka zantac)

I'm not obese but a little overweight, I don't smoke but I drink about at least 3 days per week usually and I live on a reasonably balanced diet with a lot of spicy foods. None of that is probably helping but idgaf

You want something like in your pic?
Easy!
Keep your pan over medium-low heat, not too hot, or the egg will cook too fast.
Make sure your pan is well oiled so the egg won't stick.
Crack egg in pan (you can add a tablespoon or 2 of water to the pan, but it's not really necessary)
Cover pan and let egg cook over medium-low heat until the white of the egg is just set, but not hard. At this point, the yolk should still be runny.

It's really all about keeping the heat low so the egg doesn't cook too fast.

Never eat anything from the prepared foods section. I used to work there and it was fucking repulsive. The food on the hot bar is changed only twice a day. Some of the more popular dishes get turned more frequently simply because they run out, but most of it sits out all day in the open behind no glass and is routinely touched by customers/kids/various disgusting people. Ron Abuelo 12 has some smokey nuances, so a great choice if you're into scotch. It was one of my first good rums as a whiskey drinker as well.

I've also enjoyed every Flor de Cana aged rum I've had. Being from Nicaragua who has less rum demand means they sell a better product for the price. Their white rum is also my main go to for mixing but that's unrelated.

Enjoy, aged rum is delicious and well worth getting into, but quite a bit sweeter than whiskey.
