Why don't Americans eat fish & chips?
I can't speak for the entire country, but here in Arkansas a plate of catfish and fries is popular.
>people actually dislike the godly cucumber
Pork is superior to beef and ostrich
Beef is better than ostrich
I always feel slight pangs of guilt eating other mammals. Like, an ostrich or fish might as well be a vegetable, but pigs and cows always kind of seem like second cousins. I would definitely not eat a second cousin.
I usually make pulled chicken in the crock pots on both high and low for 4-8 hours. What I choose is dependent on if I'll be home, awake, etc. when it's done.
What is too long? Would 12 hours on low be to long for something like pulled chicken breasts?
You can safely leave a slow cooker on for 12 hours at low given there's enough liquid. Will it overcook the chicken? Almost certainly.
The only difference between low and high is the amount of time it takes to simmer. In other words, they will both reach 209 F but at different rates.

You know thay Pretzel Cheese Dippers come in packs of 6 for $1.00 right..?
Whats the best way to cook Penne Pasta?
I've seen restaurants do some kind of frying thing, and most times I've just seen it salted and boiled like usual.
I'm doing a simple Marinara-Feta chicken pasta with it, if that matters.
All thats on there is the boiling instructions, and some gay white-wine-zombie-mom Parmesan Chicken recipe
Anyone else work with total flyovers?
Here's how a recent conversation with co-workers went
>how was your weekend anon?
>pretry solid. Found a super good Mexican restaurant. Had some authentic tacos with nopales and everything.
>what the hell are nopales
>oh it's like some cactus. Texture is weird but when they grill it up its not terrible.
>HEY GUYS DID YOU HEAR ANON ATE CACTUS TACOS

Dont really ever cook with lamb as its too expensive for me really, but picked up a shoulder of lamb at a really good price from my local butcher and need ideas with what to do with it as i dont have a clue!
Well the butcher would be an obvious choice.
However, you could actually do without and use something like parsnips or carrots to hold the shoulder up instead; it won't work quite as well, and the gravy will have less taste, but it'll still be great.
Hey co/ck/s what do you guys drink while shitposting?
>order a drink anyway
Why would anyone do this? The soup is technically already a drink. You don't need another one.
Is baking cooking?
Now this is what a taco is supposed to look like.
What did they mean by this?
What are some good spices to add to a pasta bake? I'm going with chopped onion and garlic with it but need to spice it up a bit.
Basil is a solid choice. I find it's better sprinkled on top as your pull it out of the oven, but you could add it before cooking as well.
Black pepper is good too, as long as you don't overdo it.
