I'm all for one of these threads, but this isn't a recipe, it's an infographic showing us what seasonings someone put on a raw piece of tilapia and what temp they baked it at in the oven. I guess "foil pouch" constitutes a cooking technique, but there were no sauces made, no real effort put in; it was just a piece of fish that got cooked. That's it. If you're going to start a thread like this, do it right please.

With the leftover cake scraps and yolks, I ended up making a bread pudding with the scraps.
OP here, tip for the gelatin, if you have Knox gelatin powder I suggest using 1 and a half tablespoons of gelatin to about 1 and an eighth cups of water for the bloom. It set my mousse up perfectly.

I slowed down last week because the doctor said the booze was effecting my sperm count, and my wife and I are trying to have a baby.
Two days ago I told her to get fucked, I'll drink when I want. She can have her shitspawn with someone else for all I care.
I moved out and have been drinking ever since. Called in sick to work today, and I don't think I'm going back.
Wake up shots and day drinking is when your coming up fast on rock bottom. I'm back on the sauce but only at night. Taking a break for a day or a few, its boring but I don't get withdrawals.

Black bean burgers are my go to veg /vegan (if I need it to be, for some fucked up reason) recipe. Can of black beans, cup of oats, cup of cooked rice. Mix it all up, add a flavoring of choice ( they're bland otherwise). I usually mix in some bbq sauce. Then cook like a burger. Wa-la

I don't even know where to start giving suggestions. Most recipes lack meat, or are just as good without it. I'm not saying meat is bad, it's just that there are way more other types of ingredients than there are types of meat.
