Its not necessarily wrong but its not really right either. I really like all my food spicy but eventually I noticed using too much can just mask the natural flavors of a dish. Now I like to get a mostly flavorless hot sauce off the internet and just incorporate a drop or so into a dish if I want the spicy sensation but still want to get the all the notes of a dish.

Being the chili pepper guy still isn't as bad as the old man who dumps a pound of salt on everything (I get that their tastebuds are dying but still) or the actual retards who have to have everything "plain"...

The best kebabs have thin bread which have been pressed on a grill. This stops the bread from being doughy and being ruined by all the juices. It also provides an amazing crunch when you bite into them allowing you to chip away at the kebab bite by bite.

The beef should be the standard poor mans beef which they shave very thinly. Added with cheese and tomato sauce it tastes amazing. Hummus tabouleh lettuce tomato and onion are the go to salads.

If there is a small time kebab store selling kebabs wrapped in fluffy thick bread then don't even bother, those people...

Yo, im having about 15 people over for making wontons together tomorrow.
My plan was to just do a gigantic batch of porkfilling and make everyone fold them into premade dough, like a wonton-gulag with me beeing stalin.
