"meme pans" like cast iron and carbon steel are actually useful. the "copper pan" isn't a "meme pan" because no one on the internet with any pretension of expertise claims that it's useful at all. actual copper cookware is different, but much more expensive and finnicky and way out of reach of people who talk about "meme pans".

You literally cannot name a better pasta dish that Cacio e Pepe. It's simple to make, and is the perfect combination of spicy and savory. I would eat it every single day if it wasnt just pure carbs.

Do you make your own curry pastes/mixes? You need to do that so you can control how many chilis you add to it. It's better to add the chilis to the paste so it can cook in the oil and release the flavors and heat (also called "tempering"), than to try and add heat after the curry has already cooked. You want to build that shit up.

My idea was to fill his chest with carrot and ham cubes and seson the meat with rosemary, salt and black pepper. Then place it to cook warped in aluminium foil while drenched in seasoned white wine for about 30 minutes. After that I take the foil off, reserve the wine to make a sauce and cook it for 15 minutes more to golden a bit.

Sounds like it should pick up some nice flavor which is good because sometimes rabbit can be bland. Consider making a reduction with the drippings in the foil with a dab of butter at the end for a simple but flavorful sauce. Sometimes it can be a bit tough, so you might consider marinating in the rosemary and wine 6-12 hours prior to cooking.

For me, I'd get the biggest containers. If you want to stock your kitchen with spices and not have to do this shit every time you actually want to make your own chicken this is a good idea.

Youll need to work out atleast 800-1500 calories per day. By lifting weights, running, easy exercises like situps/etc, and biking, pretty much every single day.
The regular human diet is around 2000-2500calories depending on how amerifat you are. So if you want to always be eating youd probably be eating like 3500-4000calories per day.
To not get fat youd have to work out seriously hard. And all your snacking and eating would need to be some seriously balanced shit. Not alot of sugars. Veggies. Meats. Grains. Etc.
