I am starting a diet and I have been struggling to find a healthy alternative to noodles (already tried Zoodles and they are alot of work, and in the end not very similar to a noodle). I stumbled upon shirataki noodles (also known as miracle noodles) and they seem like a really good option.

Lemon juice and vodka. Healthy pour of each, over a lot of ice. Maybe a splash of some soda just to balance the sour, or just add a lot of water and dilute it.

Lemon juice is extremely strong tasting, making it nearly impossible to taste (especially if you have enough ice and/or water) and the burn of the sour liquid masks the alcohol burn, your body won't know which is which, probably just the lemon.

I get it by the liter from the dollar store. Cheap, efficient, literally doesnt matter what...

How do you make your oats, /ck/? Looking for inspiration.

I buy rolled oats, put milk and oats on medium-high until boiling and lower to medium for three minutes. Then pour on top of a sliced banana and top with some cinnamon.

I like to put blueberries in before cooking when they're in season and not stupidly expensive. I've heard steel cut oats are great, but I'm not sold on spending 20 minutes making my oatmeal.

I have some clams in the fridge from clamming the other day that I need to use so I've decided either to do clammy pasta with white wine and butter, or just fried clams in a basic flour dredge. I know how to make clammy pasta so I won't ask about that, instead I need some help with frying them.

So first of all, are these clams still good? I caught them 2 days ago, purged them with salt water 4 times, and they've been in the refrigerator since in a bowl with no water. None of them are open or obviously dead.
