Today we will be making healthy herbed chicken nuggers with basic mashed potatoes! Feel free to follow along.
You will need: chicken breasts, eggs, bread crumbs, wheat germ, oil, potatoes, butter, milk, red pepper flakes, basil, parsley, salt & pepper.
There will probably be no cook along next week because holidays and stuff.
Begin by preheating oven to 425 F and cutting chicken into 1 inch pieces like so.
Next beat 2 eggs with a little water in a bowl and add the chicken. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, wheat germ and all previously mentioned spices.
Could I safely eat one or two ripe common nightshade berries?
figured no one here went to culinary school or does this for a living but i figured id ask.
what do you think about going to culinary school? and which school is the best. i could do med school or culinary school, and there's no way i'm passing up med school unless i can get into one of the best culinary schools.
If you're in America CIA is hands down the best school. Do you necessarily need culinary school to do well in the industry? In most cases not really, although it definitely helps. Best chef I ever knew worked his way up from prep chef without ever going to a single cooking class.
if you want to pay off tens of thousands of dollars in loan debt making $8.50 an hour in prep for the first few years, i guess.
a better alternative is to find a resort or conference hotel in your area and put in your dues without all that crushing debt. either way you're blanching kale and shucking oysters for the first couple years.
who /thinking about thos beans/ here?
Can you name any of these foods?
Sup /ck/, can you recommend me some cheeses?
I'm preferential toward bolder flavors, and I'd especially like to start trying cheeses that are acquired tastes. Also, any serving suggestions and pairings would be appreciated.
God bless you, anons.
How does someone end up fat, /ck/?
It's been bugging me. I eat like shit, fast food almost every day, never work out, spend most of my day sleeping and masturbating, and while I won't claim to be healthy I still don't look like an elephant.
What's /ck/'s theory on obesity? Personally I think it's just matter of not snacking and avoiding sugary drinks.
>no mushroom thread
Anyone ever eat indigo milkcap?
Not the best but it'll do. What should I pair it with?
out of all the fast food what do you pick and why?
What is your go to food you bring camping/hiking?
I used to settle for noodles/hot dogs, but last time I went I tried bringing foil wrapped potatoes to cook under the campfire, canned corned beef, eggs in a hard case and some hard tack I made with jam. What have you had success bringing along?
Hungover as fuck...
Debating if I should make a scratch pizza or just go out for tacos.
What do you drunks do for hangovers?
Why do people say "Never trust a skinny chef?" I know there are fat people who can cook out there but it seems like even if you leave out Martha Stewart/Food Network type garbage most famous or talented chefs are in decent shape.
There is literally no correlation between a chef's taste and/or skill and how much he eats.
Any good chef should be tasting food all day long, but also burning even more calories running around getting things done.
I'M GONNA NEED A ONE WAY TICKET TO FLAVOR TOWN STAT!
