I can't bother to cook everyday and I stopped eating any kind of frozen meals which used to be everything I ate, especially frozen pizza.
since then Ive lost quite a bit of weight which I dont want to since my weight before was healthy and all I can really think of eating that goes fast and isnt unhealthy is whole grain bread with different toppings. and salads.
can you recommend me some helathy snacks that aren't super low on calories?
Do I cook them whole and then clean them or do I clean them beforehand and then cook them ?
And recipe ideas ?

Are your prawns head on like in the picture? If they are, you can use the heads and organs to make some thai dishes. Or remove the heads and shells and make seafood stock out of them.
Either way, I would clean the shrimp first unless you're broiling them. Clean all your shrimp and remove the vein if you so desire. After that, you can make a shitload of great things. Ceviche, shrimp and grits, stir fry, tacos, fried shrimp, scampi, etc. I probably like Scampi or Shrimp and Grits best.

Espresso from an actual coffee shop (after 12 PM, which means by definition after eating lunch). Only a demitasse cup, consumed immediately while standing up, never a disposable cup or it goes STRAIGHT TO THE TRASH
Pourover from a micro-lot (paper filter ONLY, before 11:59 AM ONLY)
Cappuccinos or lattes occasionally (not accompanied by anything larger than a small sweet pastry, never after 11:59 AM, only ever whole milk)
Permissible in case of emergency tier:
Mass-market drip coffee (starbucks, dunkin donuts, etc) mixed with large amounts of half & half and cane sugar to mask the taste (only when there is no other option, and never after 11 AM)
Canned coffee of any type
Burned-ass cafe con leche from the dominican/puerto rican restaurant around the corner
Pre-workout powder mixed with water
Cappuccinos, lattes, or espressos from Starbucks or any similar sort of establishment
Espressos from any restaurant whatsoever no matter how many michelin stars
Espressos from a paper demitasse cup, fuck you
Pourover made with real coffee, but ruined with sugar or dairy
Mass-market drip coffee without half & half and massive amounts of cane sugar
Delis that don't mix the sugar before pouring the mass-market drip coffee but instead provide sugar packets
Kill yourself tier:
Agave instead of cane sugar
Black coffee from Starbucks
Nespresso and similar
Those weird chemical creamer packets with noxious flavors like "french hazelnut creme"

Also I forgot to add to kill yourself tier: skim milk or 2% milk. But I figured that goes without saying.

What food do you usually like to get at the mall?
Me, I usually go for whatever pizza is there, because hey, it's pizza. You find some oddly-named pizza places this way, like "Villa Pizza or "Pizza Roma" or some other weird generic thing.
That or Chinese.
Some random Korean dessert to eat while I stare lecherously at all the young Korean girls yapping in Korean.
When's the last time you made French bread pizza?
Pic related. I threw this together last night since I realized I had everything needed for it. It was pretty good!
Well, that's the problem with French bread pizza. The dough itself is already cooked. So you can only leave it in the oven so long before it burns, and usually this means you won't get nicely browned cheese like you have on a regular pizza.
Anything better than these rolled in butter? Nah
