Why does /ck/ pretend to hate bacon?
honestly i think most ppl here just really enjoy food, and so probably ate a lot of bacon during their teenage years and are kinda bored of it now.
or theyre part of the small minority that didnt like it when they first ate it, not helped by the fact a lot of people badly cook already awful quality bacon.
So I always wanted to eat just the cereal marshmallows when I was a kid but my mom would never let me because then we would just have a box full of cardboard tasting cereal.
I just got a bag of cereal marshmallows. It tastes like shit. Why did I do this.

Making wacky cakes with mama's old recipe.
Gotta start with the dry ingredients nigs.
>1.5 cups self raising flour
>3/4 cup caster sugar
>3/4 cup cocoa powder
>1 tsp baking powder
I sifted in the cocoa because it's easier than breaking up the lumps once the liquids are in but do whatever you want.
Then the wet ingredients.
>1/3 cup cooking oil
>1 cup water
>1 tsp vanilla
>1 tbsp vinegar
I used olive oil because it's a flavourless kind that must come from the millionth pressing of the olives but anything that's flavourless is fine.
Added way too many but that's okay I'll get over it somehow.
Shhh anon, she's not a great cook and this is like the only recipe of hers that's worth cooking.
Smoked kielbasa from Martin Rosol's, Cabot horseradish cheese, and the best mustard in the world (Boetje's).
But if I'd brought bread, what kind should I have had?

toss with spaghetti and finely grated pecorino or parmigiano reggiano and parsley
stir off the heat with pasta water until creamy
plate up and enjoy

There is LITERALLY nothing wrong with canned jellied cranberry sauce
Nope, nothing wrong with it. I make homemade whole cranberry sauce myself, but I have no problems eating a slice of the jellied stuff either.
My grandmother used to make homemade JELLIED cranberry sauce. The trouble that woman went to......I swear. But, she was pretty amazing in the kitchen.
