I'm thinking it's BS, and other whetstones work. Can anyone confirm?
Is this a good first beer?
had one at a sushi place and it tasted like heineken if my memory serves me correctly. it was too expensive.
honest advice anon, dont overthink beer, once you're a little older youll realize that no one gives a shit about your taste in beer and you should just drink whatever you like. personally i like IPAs and shit but i can get down with a pbr or coors whenever.
you should also try pic related before the meme is dead. pretty good.
>This man approaches you and then slaps you in the face with his pear, saying that you're cooking sucks
These things are fun with a group or if you're trying to start a diet. (Not something I would rely on though)
Things I enjoyed the most when using them:
>midnight moon Apple Pie moonshine
Anyone have any other fun ideas...

It's good shit. When I was in the airborne infantry, we would train out in the field for as long as a month at a time. No showers, very few hot meals, mostly cold rations, drop dead tired after 20+ mile movements and so on. I would pack those in my ruck and eat a can of them twice a week. It was pure joy to have something out of the norm.
>STILL eating beef
For the animals.
For the planet.
(and because it's the right thing to do)
Keep it to yourself, Opinionated Oscar, I want some details here man. Some DEETS. Gimme those deets.
Okay /ck/, post your favourite methods of making coffee in order of preference.
For me it's:
1. Greek/Turkish coffee
2. Cold Brew
4. Moka pot
Keep in mind that I've never brewed or had pour over so it is not listed. I've only had one straight espresso shot from a meh cafe.
>Cold Brew (was with meh beans but it was still delish)
How good, or bad, is CIA?
Any of the larger programs will offer a good opportunity to learn. Which one is best for you is a different question altogether. Anyone who is trying to rely on what school they went to as a boost to their reputation or impression of skill level is a fucking hack.
i recently moved out of my parents and have found myself running into a problem when grocery shopping:
i can feed myself, and i can do it cheaply. but cannot feed myself cheaply and healthily. i just end up buying ramen and frozen dinners.
how does one do their grocery shopping? are there certain building block ingredients i should get? any tips in general? thanks
Stew meat on sale
This should turn out pretty damn cheap, add spices of choice and then spend whatever is left freely.
Cambodian cuisine, let's go.
Why are japanese so horrible in improving their cuisine?
worse than thai and indian curry
worse than pho
>japanese ingredients and flavors
not as versatile as chinese, or south eastern asia
Japanese are basically the Britons/argentines of asia when it comes to cuisine
What did your parents pour in your cereal when you were all out of milk?
Mine usually did apple juice. Was p good 2bh
I.. I dont.. what?
If we ran out of milk for cereal, I had dry cereal.
Or a Cereal Bar.
Who the fuck pours foreign liquids into cereal
>parents have to make your cereal
were you too retarded to be trusted with a gallon of milk anon?
Whenever I try to cook my burgers in a cast iron frying pan over the stove, the inside is always raw by the time the outside gets cooked. If I wait until the inside is cooked, the outside is too dry. I'm preheating my pan over a high heat for about 5 minutes, and using about 3 tablespoons of oil. What am I doing wrong?
Discuss tea here. Loose leaves, bags and everything.
I want to throw something to start : What do you do with your lefover tea? Fridge it and drink it later?
