Just made turkey meatballs out of 500g turkey mince, 1 half diced onion, 2tsp chilli powder&coriander. But when I fried them in some olive oil and ate them I found they tasted a little earthy maybe due to too much coriander, problem is I've already made the fuckers and I don't know what to do bout the others I have in the fridge that I was gonna eat tomorrow, how do I cover up the flavour or change it. Shall I just murder it with sauce?

Do you like it when it's dried? It's a nice and tangy/sweet sauce component when it's dried and ground up.

Also, it's much less watery if you get roma tomatoes, cut a little off each end, and then make one cut down the tomato cylinder you made. Once you toss the core and minimal juice, you have a rectangle of tomato meat. This also works with bell peppers for slicing them quickly. Now, use the rectangle of non-fetus-looking fruit in your sauce after chopping it up.

Fellow Ameriburger here. That's what I heard too. I bought one from the Hong Kong market on Bellaire in Houston. I was expecting it to be either the greatest thing ever or the nastiest thing ever. It was neither. I found it very "meh". Wasn't disgusting but wasn't great either.
