Where exactly would I go to purchase "young broccoli" ?
A recipe I want to try out says to use that but I have no clue where I'd pick it up.
I live in a relatively big city (Berlin) so I'd assume it would be available somewhere.
In 'murika, "baby broccoli" is what a lot of places call "broccolini". Cross breed between broccoli and chinese cabbage.
Used to only be at fancier health food stores. now you can find it most anywhere.
Broccoli raab or regular broccoli are pretty acceptable substitutes.

Will they stay alive indefinitely if I keep giving them new substrate? Or will they die after I harvest them a few times?
This is relevant to my interests. My grandparents used to grow mushrooms in our basement, but I never saw those, I was too little. I found a place where I could buy oyster mushroom bags really cheap and I want to give it a go. Waiting for someone with experience.
Did you change or add to the substrate at all, or just let it keep going?
