i'm not bulking but i've been going to the gym again. i was going for a while and doing pretty well, then got tired of the routine and the way i was eating. 4 eggs for breakfast everyday gets old. i also think eating more than you need to feel full has a lot of negative impacts on the world.
i have a different routine in the gym now which is more fun and just eat how i always have, but i crave meat sometimes and eat a little more.
Actually if you look at the two pictures I posted about six minutes apart the main plate (bacon, eggs, toast, etc) is already completely done. I know it's bad to eat so fast but it's just how I've always eaten.
