/fit/ here looking for some advice. I'm currently bulking a little and am only eating the following foods:
chicken breast grilled
organic peanut butter
any suggestions for healthy calorie dense recipes using these foodstuffs?
Also do you have a sticky, the one on our board is really good even though fitness can be subjective depending on your goals.

I like to get wasted at weekends and I'll eat maybe pizza or wings once in a while. I just feel better when I exercise and eat cleanly. I've never touched any drug harder than liquor or coffee

all post videos of what they eat and how they cook, follow them
