Crab was steamed.
Stems were sliced, blanched and shocked to retain colour.
I cleaned the crab meat from its shell, put it into a container with the stems, topped with a pat of butter, some crisp-fried garlic and a bit of salt, shook it to mix, microwaved to warm through and ate it with a salad. Then I had some biscuits/cookies (oat and apple with cinnamon) because fuckyeahbiscuits.

Standard, American-style, chewy oatmeal cookie recipe with chopped, dried apple added to the dough, made into balls, rolled in cinnamon-sugar and baked. Nothing special.
Very little I eat is fancy or special.
They were the last two biscuits from a batch I baked two or three weeks ago.
Going to bake some other biscuits/cookies later, but unlike the oaty ones, these are from a storebought tube of dough, meant to be cut, placed on the sheet and baked.
