Tom and Jerry movies have insanely high quality waifu material.
I don't know how they do it.
Why are belgians and french so good at making comics?
And they are good at animation in general.
the question is,why?
Easier access to "inspiration"
I think it's because they weren't as big as Americans on censorhip, and artists who aren't bound by things like a comics code tend to develop a stronger footprint. That said, the same kind of went the wrong way with manga in Japan but it's probably because Japan had massive cultural turmoil in the XX and XXI century.
Merry Christmas, /co/...
Here's a treat not seen for ages.
The stories of an unusual character.
A hero beyond compare, with no equal.
One who will go above and beyond easily.
Herbie Popnecker, The Fat Fury #1-10 or so.
We wish you a merry Christmas

Why people even bother recommending any other X-Men books. Claremont is dated trash, it HAS NOT aged well. Also inb4 Uncanny X-Force. It's only good during the Dark Angel arc desu senpai.
I'll take the bait.
Messiah CompleX and Necrosha were good reads.
I'll take as well. Claremont is god, and his book actually were, and still are ahead of the time.
Just because there are no quips or the stories are compressed doesn't mean that it's not good.
People recommend x-books, because they are the only good stuff that marvel ever produced. X-Men, Kirby/Lee FF and Spider-Man
Why you even bother to be born as a retard? Your parents obviously don't want you. Your very existence is a big mistake. You should be locked away deep underground with nothing but a loo and a rat as your privilege.
Anyone got any thoughts so far? It's got a few pages, though it's just barely getting to the story right now. The comic is on tumblr, if that isn't obvious enough.
I'm looking for some comic book recommendations. Something with cool looking art, my favorite comic books are the works of Mignola (Hellboy), Moebius (Arzach), Brandon Graham (King City), Tony Sandoval (1000 storms), Enki Bilal (Nikopol Trilogy) and Sam Keith (The Maxx). Don't want any D.C. or Marvel comic books. Also liked Saga, Sandman and Transmetropolitan but wasn't as much of a fan of the art.
>Something with cool looking art
Fearless Dawn (including spinoffs The Bomb an the Strange Tales one-shots)
Mr. X (including related titles Electropolis and Terminal City)
Chandler Red Tide
Akira (Epic Comics version)
Ghost In The Shell
Bambi and Her Pink Gun
Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot
Best Simpsons Xmas episode?
The couples that should have been.
>Zuko was scarred and dedicated to his family
>Toph was blind and defiant
>Both big name family
>Two countries are at war
Hm, might have actually gone somewhere Romeo and Juliet, but Toph seemed to really open up to Sokka and Katara for some reason. I guess being normal folk like she wanted was her pull.
Why does this make you so angry /co/?
Because the character being a girl doesn't automatically make them a good character. Too many girl characters don't have an identity beyond they are a girl so everything comes back to that.
When you write a character they have more than their gender or skin or religion as an identity and too many writers are just, ",Look a girl, buy our comic, videogame, book, movie"
And that's worse than objectifying or not even having them, because it just makes them look bad because they...

RETURN THE SLAB
Can we have a classic (read: traditional/2D) Disney animation thread?
I'll start by askingg: Will it ever come back? If so, Robin Hood sequel when?
Don Bluth and 2D Dreamworks discussion is allowed too I guess, but don't overdo it.
What's the point of all this Zuki shit? We know Sukka is end game. Is it just shipper bait or is Yang/Bryke pulling some more stuff to shit on Sokka?
