What movie is worst? Amazing Spiderman 2, Thor 2, or the recent Fantastic Four?
These are the only ones of the recent comic movie fad that I haven't seen, are they worth watching at all?
new fantastic four is the worst
it is not just bad, it is boring, and forgettable. there is no humor, the fights are terrible, the story is bad, the characters are as far as possible from their original
that last one might have been forgivable if they were likable, but they all come across as selfish and outright dumb
at least thor 2 and asm2 have pretty good special effects and fight scenes, and had some good humor, if nothing else
What did you guys think of the blackest Night event?
This is a member of the Inhuman Royal Family. Everyone, EVERYONE, even the other Inhumans just treat him like a pet. Has any other character so consistently been treated worse than Lockjaw?
He gets dumped on sometimes but he's a bad guy. A Spidey bad guy. And he gets respect from other criminals.
Lockjaw gets patted on the head when he does a good job. That's about it. I really don't think anyone has treated him like a human being since his transformation.
> Find out you're an Inhuman.
> Offered to take in the mist and discover your true power.
> Chance you'll turn into an animal and lose your identity to everybody and be treat like a shitty pet.
Do you still expose yourselves to the mist?
"No. No. People WANT to win the lottery, people WANT to screw Scarlett Johansson, no one WANTS to risk their life so some MORON can walk through the projects at night."
>That one TTG episode where they realise villains get to have all the fun while heroes had to clean up shit all the time
>Robin: "Heroes don't have henchmen, they have sidekicks! And believe me, that gets weird fast."
Heathcliff participates in a bubble gum marathon.
>Stop what you’re doing and go buy this graphic novel.
>If you’re reading this before Wednesday, then pre-order it, sleep out in front of your comic book store until it opens, or hop in the DeLorean and hit 88. If it’s already out, then go slap down your cash at your comic shop, sell your soul to your deity of choice, or trade a kidney for it. Whatever you have to do! This story is that good.

I'm looking for a comic book with sexy, ass-kicking ladies similar to Black Lagoon.
>People complain about Slott
Pic related is the worst Spiderman writer
Will it make a bigger impact than Sausage Party?
Is he right, /co/?
>Backstory where the female character was raped
Like that's the only bad thing that can ever happen to women, ever? Webcomics are especially guilty of this. Pic related.
Basically rape is an easy way out for a traumatic experience for a female character. It doesn't kill her or any of her family or leave her severely injured, so when you need a tragic backstory without any death you just pull the handy rape card.
I like how this webcomic subverted this and played the rape off as a joke, while the rest of her backstory was serious.
Also she still just smiles through all of that.
Can we have a Stand Still Stay Silent thread?
Tried reading this once... couldn't get into it.
The whole timeskip thing was really weird and then all of a sudden it's throwing all this exposition at you and you're trying to switch gears to a completely different cast of characters.
Does it get noticeably better once all that shit's out of the way?
It gets super chill once they leave the safe area.
It's not just me, right?
Digital art fucking sucks 95% of the time?
i'm pretty sure it's just that modern artists suck, or the ones that are good aren't as trained in digital stuff
it's like how cartoons and anime that switched to digital all suddenly sucked and sometimes got colors wrong
Let's decide this once and for all, /co/.
Which hero has the best rogues
>Didn't brag about it to the heroes face
>Didn't also kill the kid
Wait, I forgot. Spider-Man killed his kid
What are some good noir or police procedural comics?
I really liked Gotham Central if that helps.
Is Megas the most powerful mech?
Anybody have any thoughts on Lady Mechanika?
>DROPPIN'. THOSE. EAVES!
Thanks for reading!
>she gets that pretty-ass spirit world
>can't even see it because she's blind as fuck
Probably the most tragic thing Zack will ever write.
YOU THINK THAT'S BAD
Member that time we membered the A Team and
Who's your favorite of the British Invasion trio?
>"The Flash" movie will actually be a Flash and Cyborg buddy detective film
That's racist. Why isnt it called "World's Finest" or something
Ooo Help me Doctor Zaius
GET YOUR PAWS OFF ME YOU DIRTY APES!
Why are the kids friends with Cartman?
He's a racist, causes a lot of trouble and is especially merciless on Kyle but when they aren't fighting they get along. What gives?
This. Had some little shit named Gayvin (gavin) from down the road. That kid was always trying to pick a fight with us but we always invited him out to play when we were bored. We only excluded him from rare occasions. Last I recall he got expelled from High school for stabbing someone but that was years ago and I moved away
Theres a difference between having an asshole friend and having a friend that literally killed some guy's parents, became friends with culthulu, and crashed a couple of jets. We all know he has done more, but those are the example that I can think of off the top of my head.
>tfw we'll never see a standalone episode of South Park ever again.
Are we doomed to have every episode follow a single strict series long narrative? What about the small stuff like Pokemon Go and other general BS? Anyone else miss that? When we could get stuff like "guitar queero" and "Make love not warcraft"?
I like the change. South Park was feeling a bit stagnant and the season long narrative gave it a needed boost last year and seems to be going fine this year.
Though, Stick of Truth is still the best South Park media of the last several years. Hopefully The Fractured But Whole is even better.
I miss it also, i really hope this is the last season they do it like the last epsiode this season goes into the new southpark game then next season they go back to random standalone episodes
Left or right?
How would you kill Duke ?
Bow and Arrow
With a pregnant woman that is carrying his child because statistics states that he have a high chances of becoming an absence father.
A flashback episode where garnet befriends a hunchback in the middle ages, and accepts her own unique apperance in gem society by bonding with said hunchback.
ITT: People who did nothing wrong
Surely, if she'd done anything wrong, she would have suffered some kind of lasting repercussions for it.
Last night on the Simpsons
-Sherri or Teri drowned to death while the other twin and two random magician kids just stood there.
-Ralph is burned to death and entombed in molted metal.
-Kirk's arms are burned off.
-A eye surgery doctor commits suicide.
That's not funny, am I supposed to think this cruelty to children is funny? Kirk's arms falling off and the doctor suicide was kind of funny. But seeing one kid drown and another kid covered in molten metal is disgusting.
The Simpsons is just trying to "out-edge" Family Guy...
