Marvel peaked in the 80s and hasn't been there since
You're weak /co/, and you know what makes you weak?
Your loyalty to your pathetic waifus
What does this mean?
>Because genetic determination of some coat colors in cats is linked to the X chromosome, calicoes are nearly always female. Because of the genetics involved, calico males are rare, and generally have impaired vitality and are almost always sterile.
I have never ever ever watched this.
Will I like it if I like capeshit cartoons?
Best boy is back
Can we have a thread of past glories ?
This show (Xaolin Showdown) had one of he most unexpected storyline and best voice actor for a vilain.
Sure they killed it when they tried to reboot but hell it was fun.
For all your robut discussion needs.
I just wanted to make a thread and ask if pic related was worth picking up
Let's read a little Conan.
Roy Thomas and Barry Smith.
I haven't read any of the Howard stories yet, wondering if knowing the stories through the Marvel books will diminish enjoyment
Conan's prehistory setting is the same as Devil Dinosaur's imo
>A single tv ad is better than the entirety of the current "The Muppets" season.
Why can't they just bring back The Muppet Show? Only update its format slightly but still keeping it a fun and weird sketch show, stick with one guest per episode and keep the original theme that everyone knows the lyrics to by heart.
The old show had a few hidden adult jokes backstage, but it also had creative musical and comedy sketches. The new show is like if the backstage banter lacked subtlety, and was the only thing that existed.
The original series was a parody of the variety shows that were popular in the late sixties/sevens.
This current show is supposed to be a parody of shit like The Office.
The two things that drove the original show were the short sketch format, and all the celebrity guests.
It's probably a lot harder and more expensive to get celebrity guests now than it was 40 years ago.
It even has a 'making off' well kind of, they still hide the muppeteers.
Not just off stage or hidden, they just did them. "The Muppets" does lack a lot of its original charm and creativity, I agree.
Are there any /co/ superheroes with
The hulk is immune to it.
(there were complaints in the letter columns at the time that the hulk being immune was an ass-pull. it wasn't, the hulk was shown as being immune any known terrestrial disease or virus for decades before the aids story was printed. quite a few bricks are highly disease resistant. interestingly enough, Ben Grimm seems to have a mundane immune system, he has been shown having the common cold several times over the years)
>Just so you know, BATMAN 49 is going to make you guys cry. Just to warn you in advance
So what do you think's coming?
Post hot cartoon women from the golden age of animation. (1930s - 1950s)
Post the Garfield strip published on your date of birth
>Lewis and Phylis want to do more IO shorts
The plot was originally supposed to be a lot different, so these probably wouldn't be able to be placed in with what we have now.
Though I wish there was a bit more of super-antagonistic Joy in the final product ;^)
>not-so-hidden cat in panel one
in my opinion it's Fred, since Seventeen was kind of unwanted but never really minded until she was old enough to understand; and by then she had a new family. Fred was all his dad had, and he worked hard to get his dad back on his feet, then his dad left him for wife 2.0 because she was jealous of some dead/gone ex-wife.
