Why is CN having such a hard time with this channel? It seems like the same shit as the main channel except sometimes they show a bunch of Courage episodes.
I get that some of the older stuff they used to air doesn't have much of an audience, but with everyone cashing in on nostalgia a Cartoon Cartoon block seems like a no-brainer. Did they lose the right to broadcast that shit?
HD Televisions became common place in the last few years. People want television that works with their television, so anything 4:3 doesn't cut it in the market anymore. It's why you can't find shows like Moonlighting and Homicide Life on the Street despite their success.
Aha, here's the problem. Too many superhero threads!
Nice of Hiroyuki to make a western porn board, gay /co/?
Best Era for DC was hands down the 90s
for every crap book like extreme justice you had a morrison jla or a waid flash, not to mention Vertigo and the whole slew of other great books like Starman and Spectre. Doug Moench's Batman was good too.
Almost forgot Hitman too
80s was the best decade for DC especially the latter half of the decade.
80s was the best decade for Marvel as well even though the 60s was more consistent.
80s was also the best for indies.
I can't say I've read much of old marvel except for some books like Miller's Daredevil, Moench Moon Knight and Shang-Chi
currently making my way through the jack kirby black panther. any other recs for old school marvel?
If you want to stick to the 80s, there's Byrne's Fantastic Four and Peter David's Hulk (which started in the 80s and ended in the 90s) plus Silver Surfer Requiem, just to name a few.
ROM Spaceknight is also worth reading if you don't take it too seriously. Same goes for Micronauts to a lesser extent.
Marvel's G.I. Joe was also spectacular.
And if you got back to the 70s there was Howard the Duck, Man-Thing, and Conan.
Is it worthwatching?
Pic related. So co, recently I've gotten a stupid, stupid idea in my head: What if a character that's been around for decades was an impostor? not like a Skrull or anything, what if they had an enormous long con where they pretended to be someone they weren't until the best possible moment, down to their very appearance, powerset, and personality?
Groot's pretty cool. He says only three words and can regenerate from almost anything. But this is what makes him ripe for something like this. What if Groot isn't actually "Groot"?...

you mean like when they revealed groot wasn't groot but a child member of the same species that's been pretending to be groot the king of planet x?
i'm pretty sure that happened on robot chicken
when cover art is made how come the official cover not resembling the page inside?
of course I understand why a company want a good looking cover but how come it doesn't count as false advertisement when we get stuff like she-hulk (2015)
Good evening owls of /co/,
The ultimate goal is Frankencastle, but why not start at the top
Public Service Announcement: Jared FATE is now being Comixology'd.
I eagerly await the digital rips.
I have read just about zero Punisher material. Is this one of those runs where Frank is portrayed as a sympathetic nutjob, or is this just full on asshole time?
>I know you're out there somewhere. I just haven't figured out how to get to you, but believe me, I will... I will...
How many times has Adventure Time teased something big only to resolve it in the most anti-climatic way possible?
We've merged into one company now.
Pitch us a comic /co/.
It better be good or you'll never write again.
Justice Society of American set on a permanently Post-WW2 America, with a neo-art deco style.
The heroes fights mostly your generic Baron Evil Nazi BadGuy and it's just a big cheese fest Golden Age nostalgia wank.
I don't give a shit about Marvel but maybe a X-Man comic in the style of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, i.e. focus on fights (not just energy blast spam, the characters actually have to use their brains) and fun character moments.
Would you bend over for Miss Andry, /co/?
A couple of years ago, Argit was popular on /co/. I know his popularity didn't last long and he was long-since forgotten even though he did some pretty cool things in Omniverse. I doubt he'll even be in the next Ben 10 show. But I liked him and still like him. He had a good arc and I liked his relationship with Kevin.
Let's have a Ben 10 thread.
You mean to tell me that people have been bending for untold centuries and not a single earthbender ever made the connection that metals came from the earth and could be manipulated until Toph just kind of worked it out and figured "hey, I might actually could bend this?"
>You mean to tell me that people had been dying around shit and garbage for untold centuries and not a person ever made the connection that refuse carries disease and though "hey, maybe we should clean this up?"
nevermind that, metal and rock often work opposite in elemental shit.. after all, metal conducts heat and electricity like mad, rock doesn't.. water and ice and plantmatter can erode rock but bounce right off of metal. rock crumbles, metal dents, etc
what bugs me is the retcon where instead of toph simply realizing earth was earth, and acclimatizing her to different earth mana as metal, that metalbenders were simply moving the mineral impurities IN metal. that makes no fucking goddamn sense, it woudl mean...

Let's put a spin on the usual waifu thread:
