ITT: God fucking tier foreign films
Seriously guys why are we not talking about this?
Where's Batman? I don't see Batman anywhere in that image OP, I need Batman, will there be Batman OP? If not you can fuck off I'm busy reading the newest issue of Batman and re-watching Batman: TAS.
Sounds really cool, i am going to watch
While we are talking about gold outside america (or outside our own countries i guess), i am going to post this animation i love
Worst Korea proving it can be Best at SOME things.
The original Kirikou was pretty good, how were the sequels?
Depends, the European release censors it and completely butchers the ending. The original South Korean version is pretty good with some heavy moments.
Yeah, but this time he narrates the entire movie so at least it doesn't feel as out of place as when it only happens at the beginning of the movie without ever being picked up during the rest
Actually it's fucking terrifying.
Cats and drugs and eugenics. Also graphic sex and gore.
Not sure if that is in the YT version, though.
It's like The Crimson Rivers meets Watership Down.
Film Board of Canada is GOAT
Also have some Schwizgebel
the rest of the movie isn't very good
There's a scene near the beginning where a guy plays the piano too.
I think Maitres du Temps is better than La Planete Sauvage. There I said it.
Now go watch the other great Korean animated movie Aachi ans Ssipak. Movie is fucking great and incredibly out there in story and animation. I have never seen any movie remotely like it. Closest thing I can describe it as is like Eva, South Park and Robocop all rolled into one.
Watership Down. It's British, so it's foreign to an American like me.
Secret of Kells is pretty great. Very excited I finally get to see Song of the Sea tomorrow.
>there will never be a sequel where they get in to shenanigans as they travel around France singing together
>they will never end up together at the ending
>it will never turn out that one of the chemicals that created him has mutagen and that the scientist worked for the kraang
>there will never be a time travel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover musical episode
why even live
Well that's certainly one way of putting it. I also want to mention it's based on an autobiographical comic.
